【新唐人2012年4月20日訊】重慶市前市委書記薄熙來被撤職後，中央政法委書記周永康的惡行醜聞也被大量曝光。大陸東北地區出現了許多「法辦周永康」的條幅標語。另外，大連一個區委政法委的網站被黑客侵入，首頁出現了「打倒中國共產黨」的字樣。評論人士認為，江澤民、周永康代表的「血債派」，在民眾中積怨已久，胡溫應該抓住這個機會，清算「血債派」的全部罪惡。
《大紀元》新聞網報導，近來，大陸東北出現了許多「法辦周永康」的條幅標語。另外 ，大連甘井子區委政法委網站遭黑客攻擊，網站的首頁出現了號召「打倒中國共產黨」的字樣，和「中國共產黨之墓」的圖片。
美國「哥倫比亞大學」政治學博士李天笑表示，這就說明周永康他這個江派當中的「血債派」實際上在民眾中積怨已久，通過這個事情，老百姓表達自己的憤怒。
李天笑：「首先這個現象就說明周永康這個人本身就是不得民心的，因此在這次內鬥當中，他因為牽扯到跟薄熙來兩個人進行謀反，還有他以前所有的罪行，借這個機會民眾就把對周永康以及政法委這種不滿，一下子就湧現出來了，通過張貼橫幅等等這些事情，就顯示出來了。」
美國「喬治梅森大學」客座教授章天亮認為，在中共黨內的權力鬥爭中，周永康雖然失勢，但是，老百姓知道他失勢，都會很高興。
章天亮：「大家看到這樣的圖片都很高興，大家都覺得幸災樂禍，終於喊出了他們的心聲，而且是在政法委這個網站上，出現了這樣打倒中國共產黨，或者是取消政法委這樣的圖片，或者是標語口號，我覺得這個實際上是反應社會的民意。」
章天亮進一步指出，民間貼出這些反對周永康的橫幅，對於胡溫拿下週永康是一種鼓勵，胡溫更應該下這個決心。
章天亮：「周永康他其實是屬於那種毛派、或者極左派、或者說是血債派，他的罪惡其實是共產黨裡面最大的，他應該屬於共產黨裡面那種最兇狠、最頑固、也最殘酷的那麼一種勢力。」
2007年，周永康作為江澤民的親信，接管政法委書記，從此，一手包攬公、檢、法三大部門。對上訪民眾和法輪功學員實施搜證、抓人、判刑一條龍，製造的人間冤假錯案無數。特別是對法輪功學員採取了「群體滅絕」政策。
《明慧網》的資料顯示，自周永康擔任中共公安部長以來，不到三年的時間，被迫害致死的法輪功學員人數就由700名左右，上升到2940名。
而北京數百訪民在寫給周永康的公開信中表示，對民眾的殘酷鎮壓，加劇造成了社會混亂現象，政法委書記周永康罪責難逃！
章天亮指出，政法委是凌駕於法律之上的機構，這樣的機構存在一天，中國就不可能實現司法獨立。另外，章天亮說，周永康以及他的政法委機構，故意製造社會不穩定因素，以此來擴大他的勢力。
章天亮：「這個社會越不穩定，政法委就越有藉口去占有更多的資源，你像現在為甚麼一年的政法委撥款七千億給它做維穩，就是因為社會很不穩，社會越不穩政法委拿到的資源越多，等到整個中共的鎮壓機器全都為鎮壓迫害而存在的時候，政法委自然就成為最高國家權力機關了。」
李天笑也認為，胡溫應該抓住機會，充分的順應民意，對江澤民「血債派」的全部罪惡進行清算。

Banners in China Encourage Justice with Zhou Yongkang
After Bo Xilai, the former Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
Secretary of Chongqing municipal committee was removed,
many evil scandals about Zhou Yongkang, chief of Political
and Legislative Affairs Committee has been exposed.
In Northeast China, many banners were hung out calling
for justice with Zhou Yongkang.
In Dalian, a CCP district Political and Legislative Affairs
Committee website was hacked.
The homepage showed the slogan “Knock Down the CCP”.
Commentators thought Jiang Zemin and Zhou Yongkang
are representatives of the 『Blood Debt Faction』.
Over the long-term, this has become hated by people.
Hu-Wen should seize this opportunity to liquidate
all the evil of the 『Blood Debt Faction』.
Recently, the Epoch Times News website reported that
there are many banners calling for justice with
Zhou Yongkang displayed in Northeast China.
In Dalian city, the website of CCP Ganjingzi district Political
and Legislative Affairs Committee was hacked.
The homepage showed the sentence 『Knock Down the CCP』
and the picture of the tomb of CCP.
Li Tianxiao, Political Science PhD. of U.S. Columbia
University commented.
This indicates Zhou Yongkang and the 『Blood Debt Faction』
of Jiang Zemin faction is hated by people for a long time.
People expressed their anger through this event.
Li Tianxiao: “First of all, this phenomenon shows that
Zhou Yongkang himself wasn’t accepted by people.
In this CCP internal struggling, he and Bo Xilai are involved
in the rebellion. He also has other crimes.
To use this chance, people expressed their dissatisfaction
with Zhou Yongkang and the Political and Legislative Affairs
Committee. They are posting out the banners, etc.”
Zhang Tianliang, a visiting professor of U.S. George Mason
University spoke about this issue.
Zhou Yongkang is a loser in the CCP internal power struggle.
People know his situation and they are very happy about this.
Zhang Tianliang: “People are very happy to see these photos,
they feel very happy because it represents their opinions.
In the Political and Legislative Affairs Committee’s website,
it shows 『Knock down the CCP』 or revocation the Political
and Legislative Affairs Committee, or related slogans.
I think this represented the public opinion.”
In addition, Zhang Tianliang pointed out that the banners
against Zhou Yongkang are an encouragement to Hu-Wen.
They should make the decision.”
Zhang Tianliang: “In fact, Zhou Yongkang belongs to
Anti-Maoist faction, the extreme leftist or blood debt faction.
His crime is the worst within the CCP, and he could be the
most vicious, most stubborn and most brutal one.”
In 2007, as Jiang Zemin’s crony, Zhou Yongkang took over
the leader of Political and Legislative Affairs Committee.
From then, he controlled the three majors sectors of Public
Security, the Procuratorate and Court.
He implemented the investigation, arresting and sentencing
numerous petitioners and Falun Gong practitioners.
He made countless miscarriages of justice.
For Falun Gong practitioners, he used a policy of “Genocide”.
According to archived data of “Minghui Net", after Zhou
Yongkang took the position of Public Security Minister,
the total number of Falun Gong practitioners tortured to death
increased from approx 700 to 2940 within less than 3 years.
In a public letter of hundreds Beijing petitioners, Zhou Yongkang
persecuted the people that increased chaos of the society.
Zhou Yongkang, the chief of the Political and Legislative
Affairs Committee cannot flee from his crimes.
Zhang Tianliang pointed out that the Political and Legislative
Affairs Committee is an organization above the law.
China can’t have an independent judicial system with
any of those kind of entities.
Furthermore, Zhang Tianliang said Zhou Yongkang and
his Political and Legislative Affairs Committee created social instability to enlarge his power.
Zhang Tianliang: “If society is more unstable, the Political
and Legislative Affairs Committee will have more excuses to occupy more resources.
Now the yearly budget of the Political and Legislative Affairs
Committee is 700 Billion RMB to maintain social stability.
They will get more resources if society is more unstable.
When the whole CCP government exists for suppression,
the Political and Legislative Affairs Committee will be the top power unit.
Li Tianxiao thought Hu-Wen should seize this opportunity
to fully comply with public opinion, and liquidate all the evils
of the Jiang Zemin’s “blood debt faction”.
