Xi Jinping Talking About Executing Anti-corruption Without Care For Life Or Death:Relayed To The CCP But Blocked On The Internet

Zhou Yongkang, who is identified as the biggest tiger
(highest ranking corrupt official), has been officially placed
under investigation in the anti-corruption wave.

On August 4, Changbai Mountain Daily newspaper
disclosed that Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Head Xi
Jinping’s said, “during the fight against corruption, I don’t
care about my life and death," triggering public concern.
A Beijing political scholar told an NTD reporter that Xi’s
speech is being communicated to the party, but has been
blocked by Liu Yunshan, the member of the Politburo
Standing Committee, responsible for propaganda.

Changbai Mountain Daily reported that on Aug. 4,
CCP Head of Baishan City of Jilin Province Li Wei
presided over an enlarged Municipal CCP Standing
Committee meeting on the morning of Aug. 1.
During the meeting, he quoted Xi Jinping who said the two
opposing corruption and anti-corruption armies were
confronting each other, and were at a “stalemate."

He also mentioned that Xi Jinping said that,
“during the fight against corruption, life and death,
personal praise or blame, do not matter to me."

Mainland websites including Sina, Netease and Caixin
as well as Hong Kong’s Takungpao all reprinted this article,
but later they were all deleted.
Even on the Changbai Mountain Daily website,
a link to this article has expired.

Former president of Military Academy Press, Mr. Xin Ziling
told NTD that Xi Jinping’s speech has been circulated within
the CCP, but Politburo Standing Committee member
Liu Yunshan who is responsible for propaganda,
ordered that the relevant articles be deleted.

Mr Xin Ziling: “This is a fierce fight within the party
being conducted by Liu Yunshan.
Liu Yunsan commanded the propaganda power,
which does not tie in with this.
Such a speech has been published to boost the ambition
of reformists and destroy the corruption group’s power.
This is to increase people’s ambition
and destroy the corrupted officials’ power."

Former Communist Party secretary of the State Council
Yu Meisun said Xi’s, “do not care about life and death"
remarks reveal the fierce fight at the high level.

Yu Meisun: " So many tigers including Zhou Yongkang,
Xu Caihou, such big tigers, Bo Xilai, have been constantly
embattled.

Behind each big tiger there are a bunch of small tigers
(low level corrupted officials).
This is a great force.

So in order to crush the forces of the corruptive officials,
how serious the massive counterattack is!
What a great game it is!"

Xin Ziling said China corruption was rampant,
which is inseparable to the ruling strategy
of untouching the corruption developed
by the former CCP leader Jiang Zemin.

Xin Ziling: “You see Jiang Zemin, he ruled for ten years,
and continued to hold power for ten years after retirement.
He took power for twenty-three years altogether.

He used this corruption to corrode officials
and to recruit his gang members.
Then in China, the corruption has been grouped,
departmentalized and regionalized.
So this thing is serious, and to punish
one official will involve a bunch of officials."

After “Tigers" Xu Caihou and Zhou Yongkang fell, the Central
Discipline and Inspection Commission of the CCP Central
Committee rushed to station in Shanghai.

The public is invariably focused on the behind the scenes
boss of Xu Caihou and Zhou Yongkang—
the highest level Tiger— Jiang Zemin.

Xin Ziling: “If Jiang Zemin is to stop the resistance,
admit mistakes, and to assume his own
historic responsibility, then in the future
he may be spared with lenient measures.
But if he continues in such a fight to the end,
then it is hard to say.
Because if you do not completely topple him,
then you would not get through the barrier.
The largest tiger is on the road, so you have to hit him."

Xin Ziling believes that Xi Jinping’s statement, “don’t care
about a person’s life and death" means that he is determined
to cross this threshold and no one can hold him back.

The Central Discipline and Inspection Commission
of the CCP Central Committee stationed in Shanghai
is to thoroughly solve the problems
of the Shanghai Gang led by Jiang Zemin.

An anonymous professor of Zhejiang University
said his friends were all talking about this matter,
and from all indications, Xi Jinping is targeting
the “ultimate big tiger" Jiang Zemin.

A professor from Zhejiang University: “I believe
it’s not entirely the busybodies’ guess.
There should be some ways to deliberately leak
some inside messages more or less.
It is intentionally releasing news via non-official channels,
which forms a public opinion and eases the pressure.
When the news is really released, this will not cause
a lot of social unrest.
A big tiger like Zhou Yongkang can be investigated,
so is there bigger or older tigers to be investigated later?
So it should be said that from the current trend
it seems to be certain.

Recently the media mouthpiece “People’s Forum" published
an article “To Prevent The Big Tigers Who Teamed Up For Counterattack."
This professor said if there is really a counterattack,
and it turns out to be a concrete action, then identifying
larger tigers by Xi Jinping is also just around the corner.

The professor analysed that the CCP media recently
reported that there were 18 provinces and autonomous
regions expressing their strong support to the Central
Government for the investigation of Zhou Yongkang.
That means 13 provinces haven’t publicly
expressed their attitudes about this event,
and it will be able to see out a problem.

It is said that six provincial CCP head with the identity
of members of the Politburo have not yet expressed
their attitudes.
