【新唐人2014年07月14日訊】最近，美國官方曝光大陸黑客入侵美政府聯邦僱員信息系統。同時，美國司法部對中國一家航空技術公司的老闆提起訴訟，指控他竊取了大量關鍵技術信息。11號，大陸官方媒體對此進行了另類回應，聲稱美國「蘋果公司」生產的智能手機，對所謂「國家安全構成威脅」。下面請看報導。
10號，美國《紐約時報》援引美國高級官員的話說，今年3月，有黑客攻入了一個美國政府電腦系統，試圖竊取系統裡儲存著的美國所有聯邦僱員的個人信息。專家追蹤發現，這些攻擊源自中國，但並不確定黑客本身是否來自官方。
隨即，中共外交部發言人洪磊對此進行反駁，指稱美國沒有充分證據，是在抹黑中方。
實際上，早在今年5月，美國司法部就曾根據掌握的證據，起訴中共61398部隊第3支隊的5名軍官，侵入美國公司以獲取商業情報。美國對外公布了對這5人的通緝令。
10號，美國洛杉磯檢察官還披露了一份訴狀，指控中國一家航空技術公司的老闆蘇斌（音），和另外兩名中國同謀，入侵美國波音公司(Boeing Co.)和其他美國國防承包商的計算機系統，竊取技術並提供給中國的多家單位。這3人涉嫌竊取有關「波音公司」C-17運輸機，和「洛克希德•馬丁公司」(Lockheed Martin Corp.)F-22和F-35戰鬥機等多項敏感信息。
美國《華爾街日報》中文網報導，蘇斌，是中國公民，生活在加拿大，目前已被捕，等待被引渡到美國受審。蘇斌在一封發給同夥的電子郵件中，興奮的介紹了自己竊取的技術。
11號，大陸官媒《央視》在面向全國的新聞節目中，抨擊「蘋果」移動操作系統iOS7的「常去地點」功能，指稱這個功能記錄了手機所有者活動的位置和時間，如果有人獲取這些數據，就能了解中國的更多情況甚至國家機密。
旅美中國社會問題研究人士張健：「隨著大數據時代的來臨，智能手機越來越會在多方面對個人的嗜好，包括年齡段、性別、工資收入，有一個全盤的統計計劃。這個計劃是每一個公司都有的。」
旅居美國的中國社會問題研究人士張健談到，中共對「蘋果」手機的攻擊，是在偷換概念，混淆中共的網絡監控和間諜活動。張健表示，不光手機廠商，包括網路社交媒體——推特、臉書等都採用數據統計，這是廠商對數據正常的合理需求。但國外公司的數據收集和中共的數據收集不一樣。中共在很多軟件上都加了後門，用來監控、盜取中共所需要的各種機密信息。
張健：「中共的目地就在於：第一，要把自己的意識形態、自己的能力滲透到西方世界。第二，用宣傳媒體來告訴中國人，挑動中國人從各個心態裡、各個領域裡對美國產生非常厭煩的感覺。」
中國是「蘋果公司」長期的製造業基地，也是越來越重要的消費市場。據報導，最近一個季度，「蘋果公司」全球收入的24.8%，是來自包括香港和台灣在內的大中華區。為此，記者特意致電北京一家「蘋果」手機專賣店，詢問《央視》的報導是否會影響「蘋果」手機的銷售。
北京蘋果手機專賣店員工李小姐：「應該沒有影響吧。沒有人反映這個問題，他就喜歡用這個功能唄。那國家安全部門涉及這方面的，就別讓他用這個手機唄。」
12號，「蘋果公司」針對《央視》的報導發表聲明說，用戶定位信息只存儲在該用戶的手機上，「蘋果公司」並沒有收集個人隱私信息，也從未向任何政府機構「開後門」讓其獲取用戶數據。

CCTV Criticized Apple In Response To U.S. Indictment of Chinese Hackers
Recently, U.S. media released reports revealing that Chinese
hackers broke into a computer system that stores the personal
information of all federal U.S. government employees.
The U.S. justice department has also charged the owner
of a Chinese aviation technology company with stealing data
of key military projects.
On July 11, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) mouthpiece
officially “responded" to the charge by claiming that
Apple’s iphone is a “national security concern."
Let’s look at the following report.
On July 10, The New York Times quoted a high-level U.S.
official who said hackers had broken into a U.S. federal
government computer system this March in attempt to steal
all personal information of federal government employees.
After tracking the hackers, experts found that the attack
came from China although they could not confirm whether
the hackers worked for the CCP authorities.
Hong Lei, the CCP foreign ministry spokesman, immediately
made a statement saying U.S. government was smearing
the CCP authorities as there was no sufficient evidence.
This May, the U.S. justice department indicted five military
officers from the CCP’s military “Unit 61398″
based on evidence it had.
Those five were charged for hacking American enterprises
to steal trade secrets.
Wanted pictures were also released to the public.
On July 10, Los Angeles prosecutors unsealed a complaint
accusing Su Bin, the owner of a Chinese aviation technology
enterprise, and two other Chinese accomplices with hacking
the computer systems of Boeing Co.
and other U.S. defense contractors.
The three were suspected of stealing sensitive information
about Boeing’s C-17 military transport plane and the F-22
and F-35 fighter jets constructed by Lockheed Martin,
and other military projects.
According to a Wall Street Journal repot, Su Bin is a Chinese
citizen living in Canada.
Mr. Su has been arrested and is awaiting extradition to U.S.
for trial.
In an email to his partner, Su mentioned
the technologies he stole with excitement.
On July 11, CCTV broadcasted a national program about
the “frequent locations" function in Apple’s iOS7
mobile operating system.
The CCP mouthpiece criticized that the function records
the location and time of all activities of phone owners.
“By stealing the data one can easily obtain knowledge
of China’s situation or even state secrets."
Zhang Jian, China social issue researcher: “As the era
of ‘big data’ comes, smart phones are more frequently used
to collect information such as personal interests, user age,
gender and income.
Every company has a program to do that."
Zhang Jian, a researcher of China social issues, said
the CCP’s criticism against the iphone used a disguised
concept to confuse readers about real Internet censorship
and espionage.
Zhang said smart phone producers and even social networks
such as Twitter and Facebook are all collecting data.
Enterprises, which have a completely different purpose
that the CCP, have a more reasonable need.
What the CCP does is to add backdoors into many software
to monitor and steal secret information that the party needs.
Zhang Jian:"The CCP’s purposes are, first, elevating its
capability and the impact of its ideology in the western world;
Second, instigating anti-American sentiments
among Chinese with its propaganda."
China has long been the manufacturing base of Apple,
and has become an increasingly important market
for the leading smart phone producer.
It was reported that 24.8 percent of Apple’s global revenue
in the last season came from Greater China Region
including Hong Kong and Taiwan.
A reporter had also called an Apple Store in Beijing
asking whether the CCTV program would have negative
impact on iphone sales.
Ms. Li, employee of an Apple Store in Beijing: “Probably not.
There is no feedback on that issue.
One can use that function if he likes.
Those working for state security departments can simply
avoid using phones installed with that function."
On July 12, Apple made an announcement as rebuttal
to the CCTV report.
Apple said user location information is only stored
in the user’s phone;
It did not collect private information and had never opened
a “backdoor" to any government agency for data collecting.
