2月8號,被關押了12年的福清紀委爆炸案主角吳昌龍,突然被轉為監視居住,獲釋回家。一直被外界視為無辜者的吳昌龍,與家人重聚時相擁而哭。

據大陸《維權網》報導,吳昌龍的姐姐吳華英介紹說,福建高院說是先監視居住,讓吳昌龍回家過年,高院將在三個月內給他們判決書。

2001年,福建省福清市紀委司機吳章雄,意外觸動一個放在紀委傳達室的郵包,發生爆炸,當場被炸身亡。這個案件被媒體稱為「福清紀委6.24爆炸案」,吳昌龍作為被告人,於2001年被捕。但外界一直認為,這是一起冤案,他的姐姐吳華英也一直為他鳴冤,使案件得到了國內外媒體和人權組織的廣泛關注。

大陸訪民發起歲晚送暖行動 遭打壓

北京一些維權人士發起到監獄和勞教所探視在囚的訪民和維權人士的歲晚探視行動,但是遭到中共當局的阻撓,部分參與者遭警察傳喚警告,禁止出門。

據《自由亞洲電臺》報導,探視行動發起人之一葛志慧表示,2月6號,活動的參加者相約前往維權律師倪玉蘭在囚的監獄,探望倪玉蘭,但是部分訪民被公安攔截在家而無法出門,而到達監獄的一行人,最後也被持盾牌把守監獄大門的大批公安武警驅趕。

葛志慧說,2月8號,她因此被警察傳喚到豐臺區派出所問話近兩個小時,警察禁止她再參與任何維權活動,否則這個年就不好過。

重慶交警暴力執法遭千人圍堵

2月6號,重慶市發生上千人圍堵警察事件,堵塞道路,導致交通癱瘓。

據《中國茉莉花革命》報導,週三中午,在重慶酉陽土家族苗族自治縣城,一名男司機違例駕車與其他車相撞,司機被開罰單不服,與交警發生爭執,多名交警圍毆司機,引發路人不滿,包圍交警交涉,齊聲指責。

事件導致上千人聚集圍觀,大批警察隨後到場戒備,直至晚上,人群才逐漸散去。

諷刺宋祖英 紐約中領館被塗鴉

當地時間2月7號,中共駐紐約總領館的大門上,被6位80後出生的中國年輕人寫上了「宋主吟茉莉花革命」的字樣。

據《中國茉莉花革命》網站報導,參與者表示,這個舉動是以行為藝術,諷刺宋祖英即將在《央視》「春晚」節目上演唱《茉莉花》曲目,同時也是送給習近平的新年禮物。

這些年輕人認為,習近平的「中國夢」,實際上是中共企圖「長治久安的夢」,這是所有熱愛自由的人反對的。

報導說,塗鴉活動的參與者之一——女歌手黃璇佳表示:在寒冷的冬夜,不知有多少訪民和冤民受凍挨餓,她們雖然能力有限,但依然願意用行動來揭露中共統治下的粉飾太平。

塗鴉過程中,中領館的保安曾出來查看,但並沒有勸阻或干涉。

Suspected Main Culprit Released Home After 12 Years in Jail

On Feb 8th Wu Changlong was suddenly released home after
serving 12 years in jail and placed under residential surveillance.
Wu, widely considered innocent, was convicted as the main
culprit for the bombing in Fuqing city in 2001. Weeping, Wu was reunited with his family.

quoted Wu Changlong’s sister.
She said Fujian Supreme People’s Court had informed them
that Wu was released and placed under residential surveillance.
Within the next three months, a court verdict will be issued.

In 2001, a driver at the Communist Party Commission for
Discipline Inspection in Fuqing was killed by an explosion.
He accidentally touched a parcel placed in the Reception Room.
Wu Changlong, deemed suspect, was later arrested.
Wu was widely considered wrongfully convicted. His sister
insisted on seeking justice for him over the past decade.
This has drawn wide attention from the international community.

Rights Activists Blocked from Visiting Jailed Peers
on Eve of Chinese New Year

Some Beijing rights activists initiated a visit to jailed petitioners
and rights activists on the eve of Chinese New Year.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) authorities blocked the
action.
Some participants were summoned by the police and
forbidden from going outside their homes.

According to Radio Free Asia report, Ge Zhihui, one of the
initiators, said that on Feb 6th participants planned to visit jailed Ni Yulan, a human rights lawyer.
Some of them were blocked from going outdoors.

Others who arrived outside the prison were driven away
by a large number of armed police.

Ge Zhihui said two days later, she was summoned by police
and interrogated for nearly two hours.
The police warned her there would be trouble during Chinese
New Year if she continues involving rights defense.

Chongqing Police Violence Provokes Reaction Of Passers-by

On Feb 6th in Chongqing, over 1,000 people besieged
traffic police, triggering a traffic congestion.

Molihua.org reported that at noon on Feb 6th in Chongqing’s
Youyang County, a male driver collided with another car.
The driver, was given a ticket but unconvinced, quarreled
with a traffic officer and was beaten by several traffic police.
The violence provoked criticisms of passers by.

The incident finally led to a gathering of over 1,000 onlookers.

Later a large number of police arrived at the scene.
By the evening, the crowd gradually dispersed.

Song Zuying Mocked at gate of Chinese Communist Party
(CCP) Consulate General in New York

On February 7th New York CCP Consulate General
had graffiti writing on the gate.
Six youngsters born in 1980s wrote “Communist Queen Song
Sings Jasmine Revolution".

Molihua.org reported the participants said this is mocking art
about Song Zuying who will sing “Jasmine Flower" in the forthcoming CCTV Spring Festival gala.
This is also a New Year gift that the participants
gave to Xi Jinping.

Reportedly, these young people said that Xi’s “China Dream"
is actually the CCP’s “dream of long-term regime stability”.
It is against the wish of all those who love freedom.

The report cited singer Huang Xuanjia, one of the participants.

She said in such cold winter nights, they don’t know how many
petitioners and victims of injustice are suffering hunger and cold.
Although they have limited ability, they’re willing to unveil
false peace under CCP rule, said the news.

The report said when the youths wrote on the gate a security
guard went outside to check, but didn’t discourage them.
