German Media: The CCP is Staging a Mysterious Battle

Infighting within the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has drawn world-wide attention with Bo Xilai』s ouster. Voice of Germany cited Germany』s Die Zeit reviews, stating that “the (CCP) top leadership is fully nervous and sensitive.” The internet has been consciously used for the power struggle.
The widespread rumor “is clearly a spiral with a self-growing strength”. The review shows that, “in order to grab the leadership, a mysterious battle is being staged inside the CCP.” Die Zeit also comments on the CCP』s recent
online cleaning-up.
“This shows that the leadership in Beijing and in all other regions are extremely disturbed.” The review stated that the serious work done by the CCP』s discipline inspection organs can only strengthen the public』s view that “the conspiracy is under way.”

U.S. immigration regulations state that all U.S. non-immigrant visa applicants are required to fill in the online form DS-160. Since June 2011, the form DS-160 included an extra question about “live organ harvesting” for reviewing the applicant』s background checks. The question is: “Have you ever been directly involved in the coercive transplantation of human organs or bodily tissue?”

The Epoch Time』s political columnist Liu Xiao commented.
Liu says that the question about “live organ harvesting” issue targets Chinese applicants. The large-scale “live organ harvesting” is an unprecedented evil that has and is taken place in China. The inclusion of the organ-harvesting question on form DS-160 proves the U.S. government is well aware of the CCP』s persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. It also recognizes the crimes of organ harvesting that the regime has committed so far, Liu analyzes. Liu Xiao believes that the newly added question is warning those applicants involved in “organ harvesting" crimes. That is, any applicant implicated in “organ harvesting" shall bear the consequences if he wants to go to the U.S.

As the Tomb-sweeping Day nears, people from all sectors of the community initiated a number of appeal activities.Besides the official high-profile article』s commemorating Hu Yaobang, the former residence of late Zhao Ziyang was open to public mourning. All mourning visitors are allowed to enter inside the house although under police surveillance. Zhao』s daughter, Wang Yannan, told HK Cable TV that she believes there is a day of rehabilitating “June 4th".
As times goes on, Wang Yannan said she has increasingly felt Zhao Ziyang’s decision is correct. Democracy and the rule of law are the true keys to solve the problem, said Wang.

One day before the Tomb-sweeping Day, petitioners across China swarmed to Beijing. In the way of mourning or visiting graves, they voiced the defense of their rights. In Beijing Babaoshan Cemetery, petitioners were intercepted by local police, as well as across other regions of China. At least 2,000 petitioners were forcibly sent into Jiu Jing Zhuang, a notorious black jail in Beijing. Some petitioners said that Jiu Jing Zhuang is overcrowded, and a lot of people have to stay in the yard. A collective protest broke out, with many petitioners pulling down the iron gate and successfully escaping.

Another 10 Chinese petitioners from various regions went to visit Yang Jia』s grave in Beijing. They were captured by police, and are all still detained.
