【新唐人2013年06月11日訊】中共腐敗深入膏肓，無官不貪已是當今中國民眾最基本的共識。不過，一家海外中文媒體，突然高調刊文，引述前中共前總書記胡耀邦文膽—-阮銘的話，指出中國腐敗的高峰，還是江澤民時代。就在原中共鐵道部部長劉志軍涉嫌受賄、濫用職權一案開審、前重慶市委書記薄熙來案還未審判的同時，這篇文章有甚麼深意呢？一起來聽聽分析。
82歲的退休老人阮銘，近來接受媒體採訪時表示，江澤民時代是中共最腐敗時期。他說江澤民跑到美國紐約華爾街去敲開市鐘，把高盛引進中國，壓低農民工的工資，讓圈地的地產商發財。
阮銘還說，江澤民的三個代表比鄧小平的讓一部分人先富起來更壞，到了江澤民時代，勞動不創造價值，只有資本才創造價值，後來爆發金融海嘯，阮銘認為，禍源就要追到華爾街和江澤民。
時事評論員藍述：「這個東西跟江澤民本人沒有多大關係，但是造成金融海嘯的不法商人，他們是被江澤民這一批人所掌控的。所以當江澤民這一批由於絕對的權力而走向腐敗的人，和華爾街那一批因為絕對的金錢而走向腐敗的商人，當他們結合在一起的時候，他就開創了中國歷史上絕無僅有的腐敗的時代。」
《真實的江澤民》一書披露，在江澤民執政的十五年中，中國的假冒偽劣氾濫達到了空前的程度，各類假冒產品不僅充斥全中國，而且走向世界，成為了江時代的一大特色。而引領這個假冒時代的，正是一個精心偽造的江澤民。因為江不僅偽造家庭背景、出生年代、大學學歷，他還把自己偽造成所謂的愛國學生和烈士遺孤，並偽造了自己加入中共的歷史。
原大陸史學教授劉因全：「上樑不正下樑歪嘛！江澤民自己擔任（中共）總書記、最高領導人，但是他自己又是一個假冒偽劣的典型代表人物，一個假冒偽劣的製造者，也是一個假冒偽劣的受賄者，所以上行下效，造成全國假冒偽劣成風。」
文章總結了江澤民的五大特點，其中居首的第一大特點就是貪婪。慾豁大開、甚麼也無法填滿的江澤民，在錢、權上、悶聲發大財是他的著名口號。而在他之後，中共便進入了無理念、無底線的時代，大大小小、以權謀私的官員們，迅速集結在他祭起的自私貪婪的惡魔旗下。
劉因全：「中共這種制度本身就為腐敗提供沃土，在江澤民時代他又變本加厲的推行。一直到現在，腐敗問題是愈演愈烈。在這個制度下，我相信中共官員的腐敗問題是沒法解決的。」
9號上午，劉志軍涉嫌受賄、濫用職權一案開審。劉志軍與薄熙來一起被視為江派寵臣，劉案的開審，也被認為是薄案開審的前奏。
時事評論員藍述認為，有著中共官方背景的海外中文媒體，在這種敏感時期下，再次刊文，把江澤民時代定位為中國最腐敗時代，背後意味深長。
藍述：「我覺得這應該是中共內部因為薄熙來問題上達不成共識而徹底分裂的一個跡象。薄熙來案件裡面的核心問題就是江澤民的角色。審薄會不會牽扯到江澤民？這是中國人非常關注的問題。不論是政治層面的腐敗還是經濟層面的腐敗，審薄它都不應該是薄王事件的結束，而是真正衝向解決中國社會所面臨問題的開始。」
藍述分析，從這篇文章可以看出，中共內部還有一批有良知的人，他們希望通過在今年即將到來的對薄熙來案件的處理，打開被江澤民統治時代掩蓋的整個黑幕。

Why did the media report Jiang Zemin’s era as the most corrupt?
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) corruption runs so deep,
today’s Chinese feel that “no official is uncorrupt.”
Recently, an overseas media outlet highlighted a statement by
Ruan Ming, former ally of CCP General Secretary Hu Yaobang.
He indicated that the Jiang Zemin era
is the most corrupt era in CCP history.
While former Minister of Railways, Liu Zhijun,
is on trial for bribery and abuse of power, and
former Chongqing Party Secretary Bo Xilai’s case
has yet to be tried,
what’s the meaning behind Ruan Ming’s publicized statement?
Here is the analysis.
In a recent interview, the 82 year-old Ruan Ming said
the Jiang Zemin era is the most corrupt in CCP history.
He explained that Jiang Zemin rang the opening bell for the
New York Stock Exchange, brought Goldman Sachs to China,
and lowered migrant workers’ wages
so real estate developers could get rich disingenuously.
Ruan Ming indicated Jiang Zemin’s “Three Represents"
are worse than Deng Xiaoping’s “Let some people get rich first."
Jiang Zemin believed capital, not labor, creates value.
The financial tsunami was caused, according to Ruan Ming,
by Wall Street and Jiang Zemin.
Commentator Lan Su:
“It has little to do with Jiang Zemin.
But those unscrupulous traders who caused the financial
tsunami were controlled by the Jiang Zemin faction.
When Jiang’s faction, the corrupt one with absolute power,
collided with those on Wall Street,
out of financial greed they created unprecedented
corruption in Chinese history."
The book, True Jiang, reveals that in 15 years
of Jiang Zemin rule, fake and shoddy products made
in China flooded the country as well as the world.
It is a characteristic of Jiang’s era.
Just like Jiang portrayed himself as a person with fake
and shoddy information, from his family history, birth year,
to education, he created himself a patriotic image with a fake
identity of a martyred orphan and false history of joining the CCP.
Historian Liu Yinquan:
“Jiang has set the example himself!
Being the highest leader, Jiang Zemin is a typical
representative of a fraud who bribes and accepts bribery.
Consequently, the whole state became one fake
and shoddy entity."
The article summarizes greed as the number one
characteristic of Jiang Zemin.
His famous slogan, “muffled fortune",
shows his endless greed for money and power.
After his ruling, the CCP stepped into a senseless era
filled with selfish and greedy power play officials.
Liu Yinquan: “The CCP is a fertilizing ground for corruption.
Jiang Zemin furthered the corruption to a point which
I don’t believe will ever be solved."
On the morning of the 9th, Liu Zhijun’s case of bribery
and abuse of power went on trial.
Liu and Bo Xilai were both considered Jiang’s minions.
Liu’s trial is believed to be a prelude to Bo’s trial.
Commentator Lan Su is suspicious of the meaning
of the overseas media’s report defining Jiang Zemin era as the most corrupt in CCP history.
In such a sensitive time, a report by a media with
regime background is highly questionable.
Lan Su: “I believe it signals a split in the issue of
Bo Xilai within the CCP.
Jiang Zemin is the core of Bo Xilai’s case.
People wonder if Bo’s case will involve Jiang.
Be it a political or economical corruption,
Bo’s trial should not be the end of Bo and Wang incident,
but the beginning of solving issues China is facing today."
Lan Zu analyzed that the article tells there are people within
the CCP conscientiously hoping to expose Jiang’s shady cover through the upcoming Bo Xilai trial.
