【新唐人2013年08月08日讯】挖人祖坟，在中国传统文化来说是犯了对方大忌的。不过，本台记者8月6号接到一位姓林的女士投诉，大陆福建海口镇镇政府为了谋取暴利，把土地出售给商人，凌晨偷偷挖掘了她家和其他村民的祖坟。对此，村民们非常愤怒，双方发生冲突，村民被打，中共官员还扬言要抓前往制止的村民，同时禁止媒体进行采访报导。请和本台记者去了解一下。
移民香港的福建后裔林女士6号向《新唐人》讲述了事件的经过。8月1号凌晨4点，福建福清市海口镇镇长带领当地派出所，国土资源局，以及公安边防派出所等相关机构的100多人，偷偷潜入海口镇岑儿村的一片坟地，在没有任何手续的情况下，企图用挖土机挖掉那里的200多座坟地，将土地出卖给一位商人建造游乐场。
村民发现后前往制止，派出所官员却动手打人。林女士表示，目前已经有7副棺材被挖出，并将尸骨爆晒在太阳下。林女士的家族是当地的名门，100多后人全部旅居异国他乡，因此当地政府先从她家的祖坟下手。林女士曾向国内媒体举报，但没有任何媒体敢于前往报导。她说，她了解《新唐人》是敢于为大陆底层民众说话的媒体，所以决定向《新唐人》投诉她的遭遇。
林家后人在得知消息后，匆忙赶回家乡处理祖先尸骨。一位赶往家乡的林家后裔林福畴告诉《新唐人》，6月20号，当地政府曾经挖掉两座坟墓，愤怒的村民们得知后，跑到山上和官员打了起来。官方被迫停止挖坟，从此民众半夜跑到坟地守护自家坟墓。官员们商量对策后，只好先偷挖他家祖坟，没想到同样遭到乡亲们的阻拦。
林家后裔林福畴：“一个老人70几岁，他说那个坟不能挖，人家是老县长，原来对我们村贡献很大，我们敬重他，你不要去挖，派出所所长把他按在坟墓上，说要把他抓起来。”
林福畴说，官方把棺材挖出后，打开棺材，让尸骨在烈日下暴晒，人们非常气愤。
林福畴：“又不是国家征地的，是商业用地，你又不给它安置，人家的祖坟你要给它安置好，要通知我们，还要赔偿，这都没有，一点工作都不做就是强制，如果手续是合法的，再多我们也要把它移掉。”
大陆网路作家荆楚指出，中共中央政府收走了地方的主要财政收入，造成地方政府靠卖地赚钱。地方官员为了完成GDP任务，为了自己升迁发财，肆无忌惮的掠夺农民土地。
大陆网路作家荆楚：“共产党就是抛弃祖宗的，彻底的唯物主义者，人死了以后什么都不存在了，那挖了就挖了，这样一种思想理论体系，它没有道德讲的，挖祖坟是伤人感情的，它没有这种内疚感，所以这样子就愈演愈烈。”
挖祖坟，在中国人眼里是最令人痛恨的事，一旦祖坟被挖，有血性的后代子孙一定要豁出命来报仇雪恨。历史上，很多时候两军对阵时，一方为了发泄或者激发对方出战，就跑去挖对方家祖坟。也有很多人因为对方挖了自己家的祖坟，而激发出百倍的勇气，誓死一战。
在当下的中国大陆，随着农田和空地占用完毕，各地挖祖坟的现象频频出现。去年年末，河南周口市的“挖祖坟”运动，遭到民众的反对，还砸死2人重伤1人。甚至连中共将军叶挺的祖坟也遭挖掘，叶挺的孙子叶大鹰在博客中写道：“祖父在天之灵也会落泪的。”

Fujian Authorities Excavate Local Ancestral Graves
In traditional Chinese culture, it is a big
taboo to excavate others’ ancestral graves.
On August 6, Ms. Lin spoke to NTD Television.
In Haikou Town, Fujian Province, ancestral
grave excavations have been taking place.
Local Chinese Communist Party (CCP) authorities,
have secretly dug out ancestral graves of Ms. Lin’s family.
They have also done this to other villagers.
By doing this, the local authorities intend
to sell the land in order to make money.
The practice has outraged the villagers, who
clashed with local officials. One villager was beaten.
Local CCP officials have openly threatened to
arrest the villagers who try to stop the excavation.
Local media has been prohibited from reporting
the issue. Let’s see our report for details.
On August 6, Ms. Lin, a Hong Kong immigrant,
told NTD Television about the whole story.
The incident happened on August 1,
at 4 am, in Haikou Town, Fujian Province.
The town mayor, taking a group of over 100 people,
with excavators, attempted to dig over 200 graves.
They did it for the purpose of selling
the land to build commercial properties.
Villagers tried to stop the vandalism. They were
attacked by the officers from local police station.
Ms. Lin says that seven coffins have
been dug out, with bones exposed.
Ms. Lin was born in a local prominent family. Over
100 of her descendants have emigrated abroad.
Therefore, her family’s ancestral graves
became the first target for local CCP authorities.
Previously, Ms. Lin had exposed the issue
to China’s media, but none dared to report it.
She decided to reveal it to NTD Television.
She says that NTD is an outspoken
media that speaks for civilians.
Upon learning of the tomb excavations, the offspring
of the Lin family rushed back to their hometown.
They wanted to relocate the ancestors’ bodies.
One of them, Lin Fuchou, tells NTD Television that by
June 20, local authorities had excavated two local tombs.
The furious villagers came to blows with
the officials, which stopped the digging.
The villagers were thus forced to keep guard
of their families’ graves during the night.
The officials then decided to dig up the Lin family’s
graves, which was still prevented by local villagers.
Lin Fuchou: “The old magistrate, in his 70s,
prevented them from digging up the graves.
He has been respected by us all, for
making a great contribution to our village.
The police station chief held him down
on the tomb, and threatened to arrest him."
Lin Fuchou says that the coffin
was opened after being dug out.
The ancestral bones were exposed in the sun.
This has made the villagers get really angry.
Lin Fuchou: “This is not legal land
acquisition, but for commercial use.
Local authorities didn’t undertake proper relocation.
Nor did they inform us and make any compensation.
They just forcibly dug up the tombs.
If their work was legal, we would have
relocated the graves by ourselves."
Jing Chu, netizen in China, comments.
He says that the CCP central authorities have
taken away the majority of local fiscal revenues.
This has caused local authorities
to make money from selling land.
In order to achieve GDP figures, to win promotion and to
get rich, local officials aggressively seize farmland in China.
Jing Chu: “The CCP advocates thorough materialism.
In its words, nothing exists after the death, so
digging up the ancestral graves isn’t a big deal.
This is how it thinks about the issue, without morality.
Digging up ancestral graves is a hurtful practice.
But the CCP has no such guilt,
so the conflict is intensifying."
For the Chinese people, digging up
ancestral graves is deemed the biggest taboo.
In history, the courageous descendants would
definitely seek revenge for committing this act.
For both sides in a war, in order to challenge
the opponent or to vent feelings, one side
might dig up the opponent’s ancestral graves.
More often than not, the opponent would
then become desperate to go to war.
In recent years, nearly all farmland and
unused land has been occupied in China.
Excavation of ancestral graves has
now frequently occurred nationwide.
In late 2012, in Zhoukou City, Henan Province, the
CCP authorities have leveled off masses of local graves.
The campaign has met with strong public opposition.
During the grave excavations, two protestors
have been killed, and one seriously injured.
The ancestral grave of Ye Ting, the CCP
general, was not immune to excavations.
Ye Ting’s grandson, Ye Daying, wrote in his micro-blog,
“The spirit of the deceased grandfather would cry over this."
