7月6号，是天津蓟县大火后的第七天，也就是“头七”。当天，上万市民涌上街头悼念火灾死难者，当地政府严密封锁消息，除了全城断网外，大批赶往当地采访的海内外记者也遭堵截，还有不少人因为讨论灾情已经遭到拘留。
据网友微博发布的消息，民众主要聚集在广场口及通往广场的路上，现场也密布警察和便衣，并关闭了附近店铺。还有网友说，警方带走了多名悼念者。
据《自由亚洲电台》引述现场参加者卢海涛的话说，大约下午三点左右，大批当地人前往事故现场，人群密密麻麻多如蚂蚁，估计有一至两万人。
报导说，当局派出车辆在现场巡回广播高喊“不许非法聚会，要求马上散开”，随后，又派出大批人员包围现场，除了警察以外还有各政府部门及事业单位的工作人员。到下午4点左右，广场的人群被警方驱散。据说，许多单位和学校都在当天上午发出通知，不许人们前往广场。
6月30号，天津蓟县莱德商厦发生大火，官方当天宣布“10人死亡、16人受伤”，但是这一说法，遭到民众强烈质疑。天津新闻办7月6号下午发布的消息仍然坚持说，已经确认了10名死者的身份，遗体也已经交由家属领回。但网上有人发文说，当局的数字是弥天大谎，死亡人数多达378人。
由于蓟县全城已经被断网，新的消息不能传出，事情真相到底如何，还有待关注。
“300手印”主角王小东遭酷刑折磨
前一段时间，河北泊头市周官屯村300户村民签名按手印、盖公章，要求当地政府释放法轮功学员王小东的事件，不仅震动了中共高层，也引起了国际社会的关注，各界纷纷发声谴责。“大赦国际”也发出公告，要求国际参与援救。
但是，中共迫害法轮功的“血债派”仍然坚持继续作恶，一边迫害王小东兄妹，一边诱骗他的家人不要聘请正义律师辩护，与当局配合，让王小东认罪来取得缓刑。
近几天，王小东77岁的母亲张秀荣再次揭露王小东遭受迫害的状况。
据《大纪元》新闻网报导，张秀荣透露，王小东辗转传递消息说， 2月25号上午开始，警察冯亚兵在刑警一队审讯时下令，由警察韩洋对他实施刑讯逼供，审了一天。泊头市国保大队的高贵起队长也威胁王小东：不说也得说，否则一直折腾他。
张秀荣说，现在王小东被非法关押在泊头市看守所已经四个月，每天被强迫干活儿十七、八个小时，王小东的手指甲已经被磨掉，他吃的是喂猫狗不如的食物，还被体罚，已经瘦了十多斤。

Internet Blocked to Cover Truth
July 6 is the seventh day after a big fire in Jixian, Tianjin.
Thousands of people occupied streets in memory
of the victims. Local government tightly blocked the news.
The Internet was down. Reporters from China and overseas
who rushed to the site, were prevented from interviewing.
Many were arrested due to discussing the fire.
According to news on microblogs, people mainly gathered
in the gate of the Plaza and on the road leading to the Plaza.
Police and plainclothes filled the site. Shops nearby were closed.
Netizens said that police took away a number of mourners.
According to Radio Free Asia, participant Lu Haitao said that
around 3pm, many local people went to the accident site.
The crowd, about 20,000 people, was as dense as ants.
It is reported that a vehicle was sent to tour the site and
authorities shouted, “No illegal gathering. Disperse immediately."
Later, a large number of people surrounded the scene, including
police and staff in government departments and institutions.
Around 4pm, the crowd on the plaza was dispersed by police.
It is said that many units and schools were notified
in the morning not to go to the plaza.
On June 30, a fire broke out in Laide Shopping Center
in Jixian, Tianjin.
The authorities announced on the same day that
10 people were killed and 16 injured.
This statement was strongly questioned by the public.
Tianjin Information Office news released on July 6 still insist
the death toll is 10, their identity has been confirmed,
and their remains have been handed over to their families.
A netizen said the number given by authorities is a big lie,
because the death toll reached up to 378 people.
Since the Internet was shut down in the entire city of Jixian,
updated news could not be sent out.
What is the truth? It remains our concern.
“300 Fingerprints” Hero Was Tortured
Recently 300 villagers in Zhouguantun village, Botou, Hebei
Province, jointly stamped their fingerprints as an official seal,
asking the local government to release
Falun Gong practitioner Wang Xiaodong.
The event not only shocked the leadership of the Chinese
Communist Party (CCP),
but also attracted the attention of
the international community.
People from all walks of life condemned the persecution.
Amnesty International also issued a notice, calling for
the international community to participate in the rescue.
The blood debt faction in the CCP, which persecutes
Falun Gong, still continues to do evil.
On one hand, they persecute
Wang Xiaodong and his sister;
on the other hand, they tricked Wang’s family members
to not hire an attorney of justice,
to cooperate with the authorities to plead guilty for probation.
In recent days, Zhang Xiurong, the 77-year-old mother
of Wang Xiaodong, revealed his updated situation.
According to the Epoch Times, Zhang Xiurong said Wang has
passed the news via word of mouth that
from the morning of February 25, policeman Feng Yabing
ordered to torture him in the interrogation in Operative I.
Policeman Han Yang tortured him for a whole day.
Gao Guiqi, team leader of Domestic Security Team in Botou,
threatened Wang saying, “You have to speak, otherwise they will continue to torture you.”
Zhang Xiurong said Wang Xiaodong has been illegally
detained in Botou City Detention Center for four months.
He was forced to work over 17 hours every day.
Wang’s fingernails were worn off.
He had to eat food worse than that given to animals,
and was physically punished frequently. Now he lost over 10 pounds.
