【新唐人2012年5月18日訊】兩會結束後，原重慶市委書記薄熙來幡然落馬，張德江隨即接手，並開始一系列的人事變動。日前，倍受關注的重慶，又有新的變化，據傳山東省委書記姜異康，很可能接替國務院副總理張德江入主重慶，接市委書記一職。此前，也有人說，52歲的湖南省委書記周強，將調任重慶市委書記，下面請看報導。
香港《南華早報》引述消息人士的話說，中共下屆領導人習近平親自提議，由山東省委書記姜異康接替張德江，擔任重慶市委書記。另一位熟悉重慶市政府的消息人士，引用重慶兩名高級官員的話說，姜異康曾任重慶市委副書記，他最早可能在6月到重慶出任市委書記。
不過，在這之前，不斷有消息說，胡錦濤的親信—-周強會空降「重慶市委書記」職位。
據了解，姜異康出身太子黨，被外界認為是前國家副主席曾慶紅的親信，為江系人馬。去年7月6號，姜異康在獲知前總書記江澤民病逝的傳言後，連夜召開省委常委擴大會議，商議應對措施。會議決定，在江澤民逝世後，山東省一定要帶頭做好悼念工作。
首先在《山東新聞網》上率先高規格刊登悼念江的消息，並著手在泰山為江修建一座超豪華陵墓，陵墓暫名「江陵」，佔地88萬平方米，包括一個紀念館，一口當今最高質量的水晶棺，和一尊高18米的純金塑像。
同時，泰山上還將修建一座深度達800米的地下室，以保證在戰爭時可以迅速將江的遺體安全轉移。整個工程預計耗資8800億元人民幣。
時事評論員夏小強認為，薄熙來下臺後，重慶的人事安排和官場的一舉一動，可以反映中共高層的動態。
夏小強：「 在周永康失去權力後，已經基本掌控了大局的胡溫一方，應該會安排自己的人馬上任。而姜異康是前國家副主席曾慶紅的親信，是比較標準的江派人馬。有一個可能就是：江澤民血債幫潰敗，原來的人馬紛紛倒戈投降，重新站隊，大概姜異康私下已經向胡溫和習近平表了忠心，要立功贖罪。」
時事評論員邢天行認為，周強比姜異康更適合擔任重慶市委書記。
邢天行：「因為周強他出身於西南政法大學，從他受教育的程度來看，他是應該相對比較開放的人士，就說他在思想意識型態上，他跟左派差異比較大一些。但是姜異康他就不是，從他的經歷上來看，他的思想意識型態，應該是跟中共傳統的東西是非常接近的，所以你讓他去看打黑唱紅當中的問題，我覺得他是很難有一個很明確這樣一個認識的。」
夏小強指出，習近平點名姜異康出任重慶市委書記，外界看不到他的理由，不過也不排除「江系血債幫」面臨被全面清算時，通過香港媒體放出這個消息造勢，達到混淆視聽的目地。
也有分析認為，薄熙來面臨被清算，周永康已經失勢，死去活來的江澤民，也只能靠出口轉內銷發點聲音了。目前的形勢顯示，所謂的江派早已分崩瓦解，整個「江系血債幫」將被清算，所以誰去重慶都無所謂了。重慶留下的只是一個爛攤子，一堆爛帳等待處理，是個燙手的山芋。
Chongqing: Will Jiang Yikang Replace Zhang Dejiang?

Province will replace Zhang Dejiang to lead Chongqing.
There are other rumors suggesting Zhou Qiang,
52-year-old CCP Secretary of Hunan Province
will be promoted to be the CCP Secretary of Chongqing.
Hong Kong’s South China Morning Post quoted sources
stating Xi Jinping, the next CCP leader,
has recommended Jiang Yikang to succeed Zhang Dejiang.
Jiang Yikang will become CCP Secretary of Chongqing.
Another resource also revealed that two senior officials
from the Chongqing government confirmed Jiang Yikang was previously Vice Secretary of Chongqing.
He could take position of Secretary of Chongqing
as early as June.
However, it has previously been reported that Zhou Qiang,
a Hu Jintao crony will be made Secretary of Chongqing.
As we know, Jiang Yikang is a princeling.
Outsiders considered him a crony of Zeng Qinghong,
former Vice Chairman, and part of Jiang Zemin’s faction.
On July 6 last year, Jiang Yikang convened a large meeting
of the Provincial Standing Committee.
This was to discuss the response measures for rumors
that Jiang Zemin, former CCP Chairman, had died.
The meeting decided that Shandong Province must
take the lead to mourn Jiang Zemin.

mourning message.
The government started to build an ultra-luxurious tomb
in Taishan mountain for Jiang Zemin. This was temporarily named “Jiang Ling”.
The planned tomb is 880,000 square meters, including
a memorial hall, crystal coffin and an 18 meter high gold statue.
At the same time, they planned to dig a basement
inside Taishan mountain.
This would be 800 meters deep to save preserve
Jiang Zemin’s body in case of a war.
The whole project will cost 88 Trillion RMB.

the arrangement and actions of the Chongqing government
reflects CCP leadership dynamics.

Hu-Wen took control of the overall situation.

But Jiang Yikang is a crony of former Vice Chairman
Zeng Qinghong, and is a standard of Jiang Zemin’s faction.

『Blood Debt Faction』 had been defeated.

Zhou Qiang is more suitable than Jiang Yikang
to take over the position of CCP Secretary of Chongqing.
Xing Tianxing: ”Zhou Qiang graduated from Southwest
University of Political Science and Law.
According to his educational background, he should
be relatively open.
This means his ideology should have a big difference
from the leftists.
But Jiang Yikang is not. From his experiences,
his ideology should be very close to the CCP tradition.

Xia Xiaoqiang pointed out that there’s no reason to push
Xi Jinping to appoint Jiang Yikang to take lead of Chongqing.
But it can’t be ruled out that Jiang Zemin’s
“Blood-Debt Faction” is facing overall liquidation.
They wanted to release the rumors by Hong Kong media
to confuse the public.
There are also analysts that believe Bo Xilai is facing
liquidation.
Zhou Yongkang lost his power and the dying Jiang Zemin
can only use HK media to make some noise.
The current situation shows that the so-called Jiang faction
has collapsed, and the whole “Blood Debt Faction” will end.
There is no meaning in being concerned
about who will lead Chongqing.
Chongqing is a hot potato with a pile of bad debt.
