【新唐人2015年01月26日訊】據中共公安部官方網站領導信息欄顯示，公安部副部長傅政華的排名，往前移動了兩位，並首次以中央政法委委員的身份公開亮相。據報導，傅政華還可能出任專門迫害法輪功的「610」辦公室主任職位。外界認為，此前傳出傅政華因為揭發周永康有功，獲得當局信任而陞遷，這次出任「610」主任，前景如何，則要看他是否能順應歷史形勢了。
目前，中共公安部官方網站領導信息一欄顯示，公安部副部長傅政華的排名前移了兩位。此前，在8位副部長中排名第6的傅政華，目前排在了第4名。
而在1月20號召開的中共中央政法工作會議上，傅政華出現在主席臺上，這是他首次以中央政法委委員的身份公開亮相。
香港媒體22號的報導稱，傅政華還出任「610」辦公室主任，晉升為正部級。
「610」辦公室成立於1999年6月10號，是由時任中共黨魁江澤民一手策劃建立、專門鎮壓法輪功的機構，凌駕於中共黨政機關之上。在前些年迫害法輪功最瘋狂時期，可以根據需要，調動軍隊、武警、公安、國安、財政、宣傳、海外機構等中共各部門的人力和資源，並有權要求其它政府部門，服從「610」為鎮壓法輪功所做的安排。
《追查迫害法輪功國際組織》發言人汪志遠：「這個組織的出現，就是一個犯罪的標誌，做610主任，那就是個很不好的事情，繼續執行江澤民的政策，那就是走向死亡的一條道路，如果他拒絕執行江澤民的迫害政策，停止迫害，就有轉機，就有好的前途。」
公開資料顯示，「610」辦公室主任一般由公安部副部長兼任，2009年起，由當時的公安部副部長李東生兼任「610」辦公室主任﹔李東生落馬後，由公安部副部長劉金國兼任﹔現在劉金國調任中紀委副書記，報導稱改由傅政華接任。
北京時政觀察人士華頗：「傅政華是一個鐵腕式的人物，他當610辦公室主任，關鍵是他怎麼做，（當局）對法輪功（問題）還是淡漠的。」
《追查迫害法輪功國際組織》追查通告顯示，北京市原市委書記賈慶林、劉淇、郭金龍，北京市公安局長傅政華等，都是迫害法輪功的幫兇，他們犯有群體滅絕罪、反人類罪，與納粹戰犯同罪，將被徹底追查，並被繩之以法。
《追查國際》去年11月19號發佈的一份通告稱，據不完全統計，15年來，北京當局非法抓捕北京市，以及外地來京的法輪功學員，達9,350人，其中有246人被迫害致死。
有海外媒體報導，原重慶市委書記薄熙來落馬後，傅政華反戈一擊，向高層「舉報」了很多薄熙來、王立軍的事情，其中包括王立軍監聽高層的行動，以此向胡錦濤和習近平表忠心。
不過，也有媒體報導說，當初王岐山調任北京市長時，得到當時在北京市公安局任職的傅政華的支持和配合，王岐山很欣賞傅政華，而傅政華又因為揭露前中共政治局常委周永康和全國政協副主席、中共中央統戰部部長令計劃的政治圖謀，獲得現任中共黨魁習近平信任，升任公安部副部長，並且讓他擔任查辦周永康案的重任。
華頗：「政法委部門雖然是黨的『刀把子』，但是裏面非常非常複雜，有明的也有暗的，所以清查起來非常困難，習近平要收拾一些人，要重任一些人，當然重任的人裏面就有一些裏面的『老人』，因為他們太熟悉情況了。」
評論指出，目前迫害法輪功的兇手，如周永康、薄熙來、徐才厚、李東生等人，已經紛紛遭到報應，或被查或監禁，傅政華接任「610」辦公室主任，是禍是福就看他自己把握了。

Advice to Fu Zhenghua, New Director of The 610 Office.
Fu Zhenghua, one of the deputy ministers from the Ministry
of Public Security, was recently moved up two levels among
his peers on the official ministry website.
He also made a public appearance for the first time as a
member of the Central Political and Law Commission.
It is reported that he will assume the director of the 610
Office, which is dedicated to persecuting Falun Gong.
Fu received the meritorious promotion for winning the trust
of the Central by exposing Zhou Yongkang.
As his new director title at the 610 Office, it is analyzed that
his conduct determines his fate.
In the leadership details of the Ministry of Public Security,
Fu Zhenghua’s name appeared at No. 4 from No. 6.
In the Jan. 20 meeting of the Central Political and Law
Commission (CPLC), Fu appeared for the first time on
the podium as a member of the CPLC.
Hong Kong media also reported that Fu will serve as director
of the 610 Office. He was promoted to ministerial level.
The 610 Office was established on June 10, 1999.
Former Chinese Communist Party leader Jiang Zemin
orchestrated the establishment of this office above
the party and governance offices to specialize in the
persecution of Falun Gong.
During the persecution in past years, the 610 Office was
authorized to mobilize the army, armed police, public
security, national security, finance, propaganda,
overseas institutions and all governmental agencies.
All resources and personnel are required for deployment by
the 610 Office for the persecution of Falun Gong as needed.
World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun
Gong (WOIPFG) spokesman Dr. Wang Zhiyuan,
“The emergence of this Office is a sign of a crime.
The Director of the 610 Office is bad deal. To continue to
implement Jiang Zemin’s policy is a path to death.
If he refuses to carry out the persecution policy of Jiang
Zemin, to stop the persecution, there is a turning point.
There is a good future."
Record showed that 610 Office is typically directed
by a deputy minister of Public Security.
In 2009, then deputy minister Li Dongsheng was the director
of the Office;
After the downfall of Li, deputy minister Liu Jinguo
became the director;
Lius is now transferred as the deputy secretary of the CPLC;
Fu Zhenghua will replace Liu and become the new director.
Beijing politics watcher Hua Po, “Fu ZhengHua is a dominant
figure. The key is what he will do as the 610 Office director.
The issue of Falun Gong has been ignored by the authorities."
WOIPFG has reported about former Beijing
Committee secretaries;
Jia Qinglin, Liu Qi and Guo Jinlong, the Beijing Municipal
Public Security Bureau director Fu Zhenghua, and others
are accomplices in the persecution of Falun Gong.
They are guilty of genocide and crimes against humanity,
equivalent to the crimes of the Nazis.
They will be hunted down and brought to justice.
WOIPFG’s report on Nov. 19, 2014 compiled incomplete
data that showed at least 9,350 Falun Gong practitioners
have been illegally arrested in Beijing for the past 15 years.
Among them, at least 246 people were persecuted to death.
Overseas media reported, after the downfall of former
Chongqing Party Secretary Bo Xilai, Fu Zhenghua turned
back and hit out by ‘reporting’ on Bo Xilai and Wang Lijun,
Wang Lijun was wiretapping on the high level officials,
to demonstrate his loyalty to Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping.
There are media reports that his support and cooperation at
Beijing Public Security Bureau was appreciated by the then
Beijing mayor Wang Qishan.
He also exposed the political conspiracy of Zhou Yongkang
and Ling Jihua which won him the trust from Xi Jinping.
He was therefore promoted to be the deputy minister
of the Public Security Ministry.
Then he was given the task of investigating Zhou Yongkang.
Hua Po, “The Central Political and Law Commission is known
as the ‘hilt’ of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
It is very complicated and hidden with many known
and unknown secrets.
A thorough investigation is very challenging.
Xi Jinping has to rely on some of the ‘senior’ members,
only who are familiar with the inside situation, for the
major responsibility to clean out his opponents
in the Commission."
It is commented that many culprits who have persecuted
Falun Gong practitioners have been punished.
Zhou Yongkang, Bo Xilai, Xu Caihou, and Li Dongsheng,
were either being investigated or imprisoned.
As the new 610 Office director, Fu Zhenghua’s fate is only
up to himself to direct.
