中共對前政治局常委周永康黨羽的翦除行動繼續進行,7月18號,中共最高檢察院在官方網站上,一口氣公布了對4個人的立案調查決定。

這4人分別是中共政協全國委員會經濟委員會前副主任楊剛、海南省前副省長冀文林、中央政法委辦公室前副主任余剛,以及公安部警衛局首長警衛處前正師職參謀談紅。

公告指稱這4人都涉嫌「受賄罪」,並宣佈對他們採取「強制措施」。

中共官方資料顯示,冀文林、余剛、談紅三人,都曾擔任過周永康的秘書,與周關係緊密。楊剛也被視為周永康人馬,在新疆任職40多年。

無國界記者關注胡佳遇襲事件

7月18號,「c」組織對北京人權活動人士胡佳日前遭襲擊事件表示關注,「無國界記者」亞洲部主任本杰明•伊斯梅爾表示,對胡佳的襲擊令人不能容忍,對他的襲擊顯然是有針對性的。伊斯梅爾呼籲國際社會對伏擊胡佳這種做法迅速做出回應。

胡佳7月16號晚遭遇不明身份人員襲擊,經醫院診斷他的鼻樑骨骨折。胡佳說,襲擊他的人打人手法專業,他認為是中共政治警察幹的。胡佳長期關注大陸弱勢群體維權,今年因呼籲「六四重返天安門」,和支持香港「佔中」行動被中共軟禁在家幾個月。

涉茉莉花革命 梁海怡被判刑

歷時三年的廣東異議人士梁海怡(網名「渺小」)被控「煽動顛覆國家政權」一案,7月18號宣判,廣州從化區街口法院宣佈對她判刑2年,緩刑3年。梁海怡的支持者表示,法院程序違法、判決結果也不可能合法。

37歲的梁海怡,畢業於廣州市土地房產管理學校,數年前由廣州到哈爾濱工作。2011年大陸民眾開展「茉莉花散步行動」期間,她在哈爾濱市政府廣場上,散c,高聲宣講民主自由,呼籲民眾覺醒,當場被公安拘捕,隨後被控「煽顛罪」刑拘,成為「中國茉莉花革命」被刑拘的第一人。

Zhou Yongkang’s Secretaries Investigated By

CCP Supreme People’s Procuratorate

The elimination of henchmen of Zhou YongKang,

former Politburo Standing Committee member is continuing.

July 18, the CCP Supreme People’s Procuratorate announced

on the website, the investigation of four people .

Yang Gang, former deputy director of economic committee

of the country’s top political advisory body;

Ji Wenlin, former vice-governor of Hainan province;

Yu Gang, Deputy director of commission of Politics and Law Office;

Tan Hong, former senior officer in the Ministry of Public Security’s

guard bureau.

The notice said strong measures will be taken against the four

on suspicion of bribery.

Based on the official document, Ji Wenlin, Yu Gang, and Tan

Hong have served as Zhou Yongkang’s secretaries and had a

close relation with Zhou.

Yang Gang is regarded as Zhou Yongkang’s associate.

He has worked 40 years in Xinjiang.

Reporters Without Borders (RWB) Concern over Attack on Hu Jia

July 18, the organization RWB expressed concern on Beijing

human rights activist Hu Jia’s being attacked.

The RWB Asia director Benjamin Ismail said the attack

was obviously targeted and intolerable.

Ismail called on the international community to give

a quick response to the ambush.

July 16 evening, Hu Jia got attacked by unidentified people

and was diagnosed with a nasal bone fracture.

Hu Jia believes the attackers are CCP political police because they

were very professional in the assault.

Hu Jia has been concerned for the human rights of vulnerable

groups for a long time.

He was under house arrest for several months due to calling for

a return to Tiananmen on June 4th and supporting Central Occupy

action in Hong Kong.

Liang Haiyi is Sentenced for Involvement in Jasmine Revolution

Guangdong dissident, Liang Haiyi (netID “small"),

who was accused of inciting subversion against the state is

sentenced on July 18.

Guangzhou Conghua district court declared a 2-year sentence

of 3 years probation.

Liang Haiyi’s supporters said the process was unlawful

and the conviction not legitimate.

37-year-old Liang Haiyi, graduated from the Guangzhou Land

and Housing Management School.

A few years ago, she worked in Harbin.

During the mainland Jasmine walking action in 2011,

she sent leaflets and called for public awakening

by talking openly about democracy and freedom.

She was arrested on the spot by police,

then charged with inciting subversion against the state.

She became the first person detained

because of the Chinese Jasmine revolution.
