【新唐人2013年12月21日訊】今年是中共「土改」60週年，越來越多的學者和「土改受害者」站出來，揭露中共起家時的「血腥土改」，從無產階級起家，到當今腰纏萬貫的地王，看昔日被鬥的地主，及當今揮金如土的地王，歷史證明「土地私有化」才是正義之舉。
中共「土改」60週年，山東大學退休教授孫文廣撰文，總結了中共的土地掠奪三部曲。
60年前，中共通過在公眾面前酷刑、虐殺地主，掠奪地主富農的土地、財產，把土地分給農民。三年後，通過合作化，公社化，又收回農民的土地，一律收為公有，從而使土地成為中共官員可以隨意支配的財產。最近幾年，官商勾結，通過暴力拆遷，強徵土地，掠奪城鄉居民的宅基地和農用地的使用權。
孫文廣指出，中共的第一次「土改」，是為了給暴力奪權爭取資金和兵員。
山東大學退休教授孫文廣：「掠奪土地給了貧困的農民，農民會感謝，另外共產當局會宣傳，這土地給了你，你要去保衛土地，去打仗去，參軍，當紅軍，當解放軍，另外，他們把奪取政權說成是一個正義的事業，怎麼正義呢？就是它要消除剝削。」
當年批鬥地主的真相，近年來越來越多的被揭露了出來。據大陸媒體報導，當年被中共拿來抹黑地主的四大地主，全是當地善良，勤儉持家的慈善家。
如：中共宣傳的「周扒皮」真名周春富。據「周扒皮」的長工和短工描述，周扒皮不只給他們高額工資，在農忙時，還給他們好吃好喝的。「周扒皮」同村的閻姓老人說，「周扒皮」自己連皮帶也捨不得買，對自己孩子的要求非常嚴格。
另一個被中共描述逼死楊白勞的黃世仁，在當地是有名的「黃大善人」。楊白勞在欠下巨額賭債無力償還時，黃世仁借給他1000元大洋，並收留他未成年的女兒——喜兒。無臉見人的楊白勞外出躲債，最終誤喝滷水不治身亡。黃世仁厚葬了楊白勞，並收養了喜兒。
另外，被中共抹黑的惡霸大地主劉文彩，對鄰里鄉親扶危濟困，賣地1000畝創辦「安仁中學」，並刻碑明示：學校成立之日，劉家不再對校產擁有所有權和使用權。「安仁中學」在汶川地震中也沒有倒下。
中共在宣傳片《紅色娘子軍》裡，描述的萬惡地主「南霸天」，當地人反映「全屬虛構」，海南陵水縣史誌辦的工作人員說，「南霸天」的原型——張鴻猷沒有血債，他家只是教師世家。
孫文廣：「現在的地主，實際上是當官的。他把土地收回去，要蓋房子，要蓋高樓，或者把土地拿去賣，這些人獲得這土地是靠搶劫，靠掠奪來的。現在制定法律，土地只能公有，不能私有，實際上公有就是當官的所有。」
而中共竊據中國大地之後，地主們不只被掠奪土地財產，還在酷刑中失去生命，後代也被剝奪選舉及上學等公民權利。
當今，中共官商借土地公有之名，強拆民宅，導致民眾維權、自殺等衝突事件，每天都在上演。孫文廣指出，從歷史角度看，正義的一方屬於堅持土地私有制的民國政府。
《地主之殤》網站主辦人譚松年是地主的後代，他向中共領導人發出公開信，要求「平反土改」，還「土改」真相。
他在公開信中表示，既然知道當年「土改」時地主是冤枉的，只有平反土改，為地主丶富農正名後，將」土改」時沒收的地主丶富農丶貧下中農的土地作像徵式的補償，才有法理依據回覆「土地私有化」。
大陸作家野夫在《土改與毀家紀事》中描述，他的父親為了迴避他的族人因「土改」，而遭受的滅頂之災，臨死之前，一直沒有提及老家的事。直到給父親辦喪事時，一群從深山遠來的陌生族戚與他同哭，他才從這些衣衫襤褸的親戚的哭嚎中，得知自己還有老家，還有親屬，以及他的親人因繼承土地而被處死的往事。

This year is the 60th anniversary of the “Land Reform"
carried out by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
More and more scholars stood up to expose the bloody
reform that the CCP profited from in the past.
From the proletariat to today’s wealthy landlords from
old landowners who were persecuted and today’s wealthy
real-estate tycoons, history proves “Land privatization"
is the only right path.
At the 60th anniversary of the CCP’s “Land Reform",
Shandong University retired professor Sun Wenguang
Summarized the CCP’s three steps in land robbery.
60 years ago, CCP tortured and murdered landlords in public
and distributed the stolen lands to farmers.
Three years later, through cooperatives and communes,
the CCP took back farmers’ land to be state-owned.
So the land became CCP officials’ property.
The CCP further robbed peoples’ home bases and usage rights
of farmland in recent years through violent demolition,
relocation recruitment of land and collusion with developers.
Sun Wenguan pointed out that CCP’s first “Land Reform"
provided wealth and resources for its violent “revolution".
Sun Wenguang: “CCP robbed the land and distributed it
to poor people. Farmers were grateful.
The CCP motivated farmers to protect their lands by
joining the military.
So it justified the CCP’s rebellion with the objective
of eliminating exploitation".
More truth about old landlords was revealed recently.
According to Chinese media, the four large landlords who
were depicted as evil by the CCP propaganda in the past
were all kind and frugal philanthropists.
Take Zhou Fuchun for example. CCP propaganda depicted
him as landlord “Zhou Peeling Skin".
According to his former farmers, Zhou gave them high
payment, and provided good food during busy seasons.
Mr. Yan, an elderly who was in the same village as Zhou,
said Zhou did not spend money to buy himself a leather belt,
and was very strict to his children.
Another landlord Huang Shiren, who was depicted by the CCP
as a killer of farmer Yang, was a famous philanthropist.
He lent 1,000 silver coins to Yang to pay Yang’s gambling
debt,and provided a home to Yang’s young daughter.
Yang could not face others, so he left home.
He drank poison by mistake.
Huang Shiren gave him a good funeral
and adopted his daughter.
Liu Wencai, depicted by the CCP as an evil landlord,
helped his villages in poverty.
He sold 1,000 mu of his land to build Anren Middle School.
He gave up all his rights to the school assets upon the day the
school was found.
Anren Middle school even survived the Wenchuan earthquake.
Zhang Hongyou was depicted as a vicious landlord Nan Batian
in CCP’s propaganda movie “Red Girl Army".
Local people stated that it is all fictional.
Staff member at Hainan Lingshui County History Office said,
Zhang Hongyou did not kill anyone.
He was from a family of teachers.
Sun Wenguang: “Landlords nowadays are officials.
They take land to build houses and buildings or sell it.
The land was from robbery.
The current law only supports land as public property,
which means land is only owned by officials."
After the CCP took over China, landlords not only lost their
land, but also their lives.
Their children were also deprived of rights such as
election and education.
At present, CCP officials and businessmen carry out
forced demolition in name of public land.
Tragedies such as suicide happen every day
when people are defending their rights.
Sun Wenguang points out from the historical perspective,
the Republic of China government that insisted on land as
private property was correct.
Founder of Tragedies of Land website is a
descendent of a landlord.
He sent a public letter to CCP leaders asking to
return the truth of CCP Land Reform.
He said in his open letter that since landlords were persecuted
during the Land Reform were wronged, their innocence should
be returned, their descendents be compensated and land should
be privatized.
Chinese writer Yefu describes in the book titled Land Reform
And Ruined Family Chronicle, his father never mentioned his
home in order to avoid his family members being persecuted
during the Land Reform.
During his father’s funeral, a group of strangers
from distant mountains came to remember his father.
Only then did he find out about his father’s home and relatives,
and his relative’s death due to inheriting land.
