薄熙來案庭審已經以「情色狗血劇」落幕,不過公眾對案件關注的熱度卻絲毫不減。薄熙來的刑期會怎樣,薄會不會上訴,薄瓜瓜是否會受懲處,王立軍、谷開來是否會再受審,薄案是否還會上演第二季等等,都是熱門話題。

香港《南華早報》8月27號報導,據不願透露姓名的法律界知情人士透露,幾乎可以肯定谷開來會因經濟犯罪而面臨新的指控。

根據薄熙來案庭審記錄,大連萬達集團董事長徐明以230萬港元為谷開來購置法國尼斯別墅,谷開來還作證徐明在2004年至2012年為薄瓜瓜和谷開來的旅行等支付443萬元。

報導援引法律專家意見說,薄瓜瓜和谷開來都應受到懲處,谷開來牽涉商業賄賂,應該被控經濟犯罪並接受再審。不過,專家也分析說,即使對谷提起新的經濟犯罪指控,也不太可能加刑。

而根據薄案庭審中王立軍與薄熙來當庭對質的內容,王立軍對谷開來殺人提前知情,並且親自開車送谷到達海伍德居住的賓館。中國政論人士李偉東、律師顧玉樹對《德國之聲》表示,王立軍涉嫌為殺人共犯。

記者陳寶成抗拆成功

大陸財新傳媒記者陳寶成,因抗議山東老家房屋拆遷,遭警方刑拘,引起輿論關注,並引發大陸上百名律師前往山東聲援。

8月26號,山東省平度市金溝子村委發出通知說,因難以滿足陳寶成及家人提出的超標準拆遷補償要求,決定不再對他們家的房屋和宅基地進行改造,陳寶成家可以繼續居住,水、電費自付。

相關消息迅速在大陸微博上引發討論。

一些網民歡呼說,這是中國民眾抗拆成功的罕見案例。

也有一些網民留言諷刺官方的表述,說「水電都斷了,還說自付,笑話」。

還有網民質疑,在中國這場運動式的城市改造中,陳寶成所代表的土地維權者終於擺脫了 「被拆遷」的命運,但他贏了嗎?他將怎樣面對當地政府的後續報復?

目前,陳寶成仍被警方拘押。

新疆流血衝突 六十多維人被捕

據《自由亞洲電臺》8月27號報導,新疆喀什葉城縣依力克其鄉上週二(8月20號)發生流血衝突,至少16人在衝突中死亡,其中包括1名警察。

海外維吾爾組織指稱,事件是因中共武裝清查維吾爾人聚會而引發,事後中共當局在喀什地區共拘捕了六十多名維族人,目前全部下落不明。

總部設在德國的世界維吾爾代表大會發言人迪里夏提表示,新疆當局嚴禁維族人聚集,並使用過度暴力驅散群眾甚至鎮壓。

China Morning Post released a report.

An unnamed legal profession exposed that

it may have confirmed Gu Kailai will face

new prosecution for financial crimes.

In court transcripts, Bo indicates Xu Ming,

Chairman of Dalian Wanda Group, paid

2.3 million Euro for Gu’s villa in France.

Gu testified that between 2004 and 2012, Xu also paid

4.43 million Yuan for Bo Guagua and Gu’s traveling.

The report quoted legal experts, saying that both

Bo Guagua and Gu Kailai should be punished.

Gu was involved in business bribery and

should be accused of financial crimes.

However, the legal expert also analyzed that

even if there was a fresh trial of Gu for economical

crimes, it is unlikely to an additional prison term.

According to transcripts of the court debate

between Wang Lijun and Bo Xilai, Wang

knew about Gu’s murder plan in advance.

Wang drove Gu to the hotel where Heywood lived.

Chinese political commentator Li Weidong and

lawyer Gu Yudong spoke with Deutsche Welle.

Wang was suspected of participating as Gu’s accomplice.

Reporter Chen Baocheng was successful anti-demolition

Chen Baocheng, a reporter for Mainland

Caixin Media, was detained by police.

This was in connection with his protests against forcible

demolition of his old house in Shandong Province.

Observers closely followed the situation, and over

100 lawyers went to Shandong to support him.

On August 26, the village committee of Jingouzi

village, Pingdu city, Shandong Province sent a notice.

It said that they would not

demolish Chen’s old house.

The notice said this was because compensation

requirements from Chen’s family was too high.

They stopped plans to demolish the house

and Chen’s families could continue living there.

They must pay water and electricity for themselves.

Some related messages were

quickly discussed on microblogs.

Some netizens said that it was a rare

successful case for anti-demolitions.

Some comments satirized the official.

“Having cut off water and electricity, and then

asking them to pay the rates, it’s really a joke."

Some netizens questioned that in this campaign-style

process to rebuild the city, Chen, who represents land

defenders, had managed to got rid of the demolition.

However, did Chen win? How can he face

the retaliation from local government?

Chen is still being detained.

Bloody Conflict in Xinjiang; Over 60 Uyghurs Arrested.

On August 27, Radio Free Asia released a report.

There has been a bloody conflict in Yilikeqi town,

Yecheng county, Kashi, Xinjiang Province.

It occurred last Tuesday, August 20.

At least 16 died, including one police.

An overseas Uighur organizations claimed

that the Chinese Communist Party ( CCP)

inspection of them caused this trouble.

After the event, the authorities arrested

more than 60 Uyghurs, who are still missing.

Germany-based World Uyghur Congress

spokesman Dilixiati commented.

The authorities forbade a Uyghur gathering. They used

excessive violence to disperse and suppressed the crowd.
