【新唐人2013年03月21日訊】去年（2012）6月，河北省正定縣曾發生當地民眾按手印、聯名營救法輪功學員的「700手印」事件，引起中共當局的恐慌，而瘋狂抓捕法輪功學員，並恐嚇參與營救的民眾。但面對打壓，越來越多的當地民眾站出來反對迫害。目前，正定縣已經有超過一萬人簽名、按手印，要求當局釋放法輪功學員。
《明慧網》報導，河北正定縣民眾營救法輪功學員的簽名活動，已經進行到第六輪，有6,564人簽名聲援。從「700手印」事件至今，正定縣纍計簽名人數已多達10,955人。
去年6月，美國愛荷華州州長到訪正定縣，正定縣專門迫害法輪功的「六一零辦公室」和政法委，以「安保」為名，綁架了法輪功學員李蘭奎老人。事件引發當地民眾不滿，開始按手印、簽名，聯名要求當局釋放李蘭奎。這就是引發轟動的「700手印」事件。
民眾聯名營救法輪功學員令中共政法委非常震驚，河北省「六一零」、公安、國保、國安等，在正定縣、石家莊市區、藁城等地，開始瘋狂抓捕法輪功學員和參與按手印的民眾。
李蘭奎老人以經營廢品謀生。他被河北當局非法勞教了一年零三個月。
除李蘭奎以外，還有法輪功學員賈志江等16人，也被河北當局先後綁架到石家莊市第一看守所院內的「石家莊市公安刑警培訓中心」（也叫警犬培訓基地）。他們在此遭受了毒打、高壓電擊、鐵椅子等酷刑，並連續10幾天「不讓睡覺」。
有維權律師代理了「賈志江案」，並向正定縣檢察院遞交控告狀，要求立案調查正定縣公安局高國等人，對賈志江實施酷刑的犯罪行為。同時，當地大批民眾繼續簽名，要求當局釋放賈志江等法輪功學員。
對此，由中國公民成立的「德先生研究所」山東成員李向陽對《新唐人》表示，法輪功學員遵從「真、善、忍」的道理行事做人，得到廣大老百姓的認可和尊重。因此，法輪功學員被迫害引起社會關注也是必然。
德先生研究所山東成員李向陽：「假如有一個全民公投的話，中國肯定會有90%以上、甚至還要多的公民是堅決支持法輪功學員、反對對法輪功學員迫害的。」
作為民間法律工作者的李向陽認為，法輪功學員信奉的「真、善、忍」準則，涵蓋了中華民族文化的精粹，和對真理、正義的追求精神。而中共所做的一切，恰恰相反。
李向陽：「像共產黨主張的一些政策、搞的專制特權，全部都是和道德相背離、被人類社會唾棄。」
近年來，中國大陸民眾反對當局迫害法輪功學員的呼聲日益高漲，各地連續出現民眾簽名、按手印，營救當地法輪功學員的事件。
除了「河北正定700手印」之外，還有「河北泊頭」要求釋放法輪功學員王曉東的「300手印」事件、「河北唐山」聲援鄭祥星的「562手印」事件，以及黑龍江省為法輪功修煉者秦月明一家申冤的「 15,000手印」等。
《明慧網》報導，「700手印」事件之後的大抓捕直接責任人，是河北省政法委書記兼省公安廳廳長張越，和河北省「六一零」主任李劍方。

Thousands of Rescue’Signatures for Falun Gong Practitioners
In June 2012, the 700 fingerprints case in Zhengding,
Hebei Province, became well known.
Hundreds of local people then paced their thumbprints
in a petition to rescue Falun Gong practitioners.
This caused panic in the communist authorities;
they crazily arrested Falun Gong practitioners, and intimidated people.
But in the face of pressure, more and more local people
stood up against the persecution.
Currently, over one million signatures and thumbprints
are collected in Zhengding, demanding the release of the Falun Gong practitioners.
According to the website Minghui, the public signatures
campaign to rescue Falun Gong practitioners continues.
It has been carried to the sixth round in Zhengding,
and there are 6,564 signatures of solidarity.
From 700 fingerprints events, so far, the number of
signatures in Zhengding has reached 10,955.
In June 2012, the governor of Iowa visited Zhengding.
Then 610 Office arrested Falun Gong practitioner Li Lankui,
in the name of maintaining security.
This event caused discontent amongst local people,
and they started to sign a petition for the release of Li.
This is the sensational 700 fingerprints case.
Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) Political and Legislative
Affairs Committee {PLAC) was shocked by populace’s
joining the rescue of Falun Gong practitioners.
The 610 Office, Public Security Bureau, State Security’ and
Domestic Security Offices in Hebei Province joined efforts.
They frantically arrested Falun Gong followers in Zhengding,
Shijiazhuang, Gaocheng, and those who signed the petition.
Li Lankui was illegally sentenced to a forced labor camp
for a year and three months by Hebei authorities.
In addition to Li, Jia Zhijiang and another 15 Falun Gong
practitioners were also kidnapped by Hebei’s authorities.
They were taken to Shijiazhuang Municipal Public Security
training center, known as the police dog training base.
They were beaten, and tortured with high-voltage batons,
iron chairs, sleep deprivation for many days, etc..
A human rights lawyer took care of Jia Zhijiang’s case,
submitting indictment bill to Zhengding Prosecutor’s Office,
to initiate an investigation of the crime of tortures against
Jia by Gao Guo and others in the Zhengding Security Bureau.
Meanwhile, many people continued to sign petitions,
demanding the release of Jia Zhijiang and the others.
NTD interviewed Li Xiangyang from the ‘Research Institute
Mr. De,’established by Chinese citizens.
He said, Falun Gong practitioners comply with the principles
of “truthfulness, compassion, forbearance."
For that they get people’s recognition and respect,
thus it is understandable that Falun Gong practitioners’ persecution causes public concerns.
Mr. Li Xiangyang: “If there is a referendum, China will surely
have over 90% citizens firmly supporting Falun Gong
practitioners and being against the persecution."
As a civil legal worker Li said, Falun Gong practitioners
believe in “truthfulness, benevolence, forbearance,"
which covers Chinese culture’essence and the pursuit of
justice and truth. What CCP does is just the opposite.
Li Xiangyang: “Some of the policies advocated by the CCP,
and its authoritarian privilege are all moral deviations,
spurned by the human society."
In recent years, Chinese people objections of Falun Gong’s
persecution has become stronger in China.
Continuously there are cases of people signing petitions
to rescue local Falun Gong practitioners.
In addition to the 700 fingerprints case in Zhengding,
there is also the 300 fingerprints case in Botou, Hebei.
The latter demands for the release of
the Falun Gong practitioner Wang Xiaodong.
Furthermore, 562 fingerprints were collected in Tangshan,
Hebei, in solidarity with Zheng Xiangxing,
and 15,000 fingerprints petition seeks redress of the case
against Falun Gong practitioner Qin Yueming’s family in Heilongjiang Province.
The Minghui website reported on the people responsible
for the mass arrests in the 700 fingerprints case.
They are, Hebei’s PLAC secretary Zhang Yue, and the Public
Security Bureau’and, 610 Office’director Li Jianfang.
