【新唐人2012年12月12日訊】從11月27號至今，新任中宣部一把手的劉奇葆，超過兩週沒有現身，中國官方媒體對他的報導，也只見文字不見人。外界對劉奇葆行蹤的猜測眾說紛紜。有評論指出，劉奇葆的神隱，凸顯中共「十八大」前的內鬥仍在延續。
團派出身的劉奇葆，「十八大」前為四川省委書記，在十八大當選政治局委員後，執掌宣傳部。根據中共喉舌《人民日報》報導，劉奇葆11月27號在北京召開的「中國曲藝家協會」會議上發言，這是劉最後一次露面。
而《新華社》在11月27號雖然報導了劉奇葆29號出訪北韓、老撾以及越南，可是，29號的出行名單中卻陣前換將。12月3號，劉奇葆又意外缺席「中國電視藝術家協會」大會。
在此期間，各種小道消息湧現，有海外傳媒指稱，劉奇葆因回鄉辦理母親喪事，但根據香港媒體報導，劉奇葆安徽老家的村官接受訪問時，否認劉母去世，還聲稱「有關消息是造謠」，劉奇葆沒有回家鄉。
《新華社》7號又有報導說，劉奇葆近日到中央外宣辦、文化部調研。卻沒有登出劉奇葆參加會議的照片。
北京時政觀察人士華頗對《新唐人》表示，劉奇葆神隱，可能與新任四川省委副書記李春城涉嫌嚴重違紀，正接受組織調查有關。而官方對劉奇葆的文字報導，華頗認為，是高層「維穩」和「內鬥」的反映。
北京時政觀察人士華頗：「團派給他（劉奇葆）推到這個位置上來，習也好、還是保守的李長春也好，是不是接受他，要畫個大大的問號，所以十八大之後李春城立刻就出事，李春城當選十八大與劉奇葆的支持是分不開的，如果被他的對立面掌握了確鑿的證據，胡錦濤也沒有辦法，他一直沒有露面，我想他還沒有脫困。」
華頗指出，在中共體制內很難找到乾淨的官員，雖然習近平想通過反腐來延續中共的統治，不過，如果反腐之火越燒越旺，中共又擔心動搖它的執政地位。
華頗：「因為習近平沒有人馬，如果這種黨內清洗，不管團派還是江派，清洗一批人出來，騰出一些重要崗位，習近平會有理由把自己人馬安排到這些重要職位上。但是如果這股火無法抑制，對中共執政地位根本造成動搖的時候，也會嘎然而止。」
劉奇葆在最後一次露面中談到，他作為四川抗震救災一線指揮員，最切身真實的感受是，文藝可發揮「千金難買一笑」的獨特作用。
時事評論員汪北稷在汶川地震時，多次志願去現場救援，親眼見證了劉奇葆領導的中共四川政府，用豆腐渣工程殘害學生的罪惡行徑，也目睹了中共官方在賑災中的不作為，他說，賑災全部來自於民間和國際社會。
時事評論員汪北稷：「在地震的時候，或者在一個國家，在一個社會遇到危難的時候，需要的是切切實實的救援，劉奇葆說地震的時候，他所謂的文藝的作用也那麼大，他就是一個黨話和鬼話，就是利用所謂的文藝的方式來粉飾太平。」
汪北稷認為，中宣部是最邪惡的部門，中共往往安排黨員中較邪惡的人去掌管宣傳部。
汪北稷：「中宣部是控制人們的思想，洗腦的一個非常邪惡的部門，控制了整個中國的思想界，文化界。他（劉奇葆）的失蹤，和他將來出現，都是中國人的災難，我用一句話來回敬他，邪惡黨官、歷史、加上邪惡的中宣部控制思想的職能結合起來，是中國人民不可想像、不可預估的生存的災難。」
北京藝術家、獨立製片人楊偉東指出，一個有良知的藝術家，有勇氣去面對現實，和真實的表達自己思想，如果文藝真的能起到像中共想像的那種作用，他們應該給無家可歸的訪民辦一臺演出，讓他們離開北京。

New Propaganda Minister’Mysterious Hide
Since November 27, China’ new Propaganda Minister
Liu Qibao has not shown up in public.
Official Chinese media reported of him, but without image.
There are different speculations on his whereabouts.
Commentators point out that Liu Qibao’s disappearance
shows continued internal struggles after the 18th congress.
Liu Qibao is from the Chinese Communist Party’ (CCP)
Youth League fraction, and was Sichuan Province CCP head before the 18th congress.
He was selected to become member of CCP’s Politburo
and in charge of the Propaganda Ministry.
According to CCP mouthpiece People’s Daily,
Liu Qibao’s latest appearance was giving a speech at China’s Quyi Art Association on November 27.
Xinhua News Agency reported on November 27, that Liu
will visit North Korea, Laos and Vietnam on November 29.
But his name was not on the delegation list
on November 29.
On December 3, Liu Qibao was once again surprisingly
absent from China’s TV Art Association.
There were many rumors during the past couple of weeks
about this.
Some overseas media stated Liu Qibao went back to his
hometown for his mother’s funeral.
But according to HK’media, a village leader in Liu Qibao’
hometown denied his mother’s death during an interview,
and said it was a rumor, confirming that Liu Qibao
did not go back to his hometown.
Xinhua reported on December 7, Liu Qibao recently visited
an overseas Propaganda Office and Ministry of Culture, but the report did not show any Liu Qibao’s pictures.
Beijing observer Hua Po told NTD, Liu Qibao’s mysterious
disappearance might be related to the investigation of Sichuan Vice Party Secretary Li Chuncheng.
Regarding official media’s report on him, Hua Po thinks
this is a reflection of “maintaining stability" and “internal struggle"among the CCP high-levels.
Hua Po: “The Youth League fraction promoted Li
to this position.
Whether Xi Jinping or the conservative Li Changchun
will accept him is a big question mark.
After the 18th congress, Li Chuncheng run into trouble.
Li Chuncheng was supported by Liu Qibao.
If Liu’s opponent has solid evidences,
even Hu Jintao could not do anything.
Liu Qibao’s disappearance means
he is not out of trouble yet."
Hua Po pointed out that it is very hard to find
a clean official within the CCP system.
Although Xi Jinping wants to extend CCP’s control through
anti-corruption, CCP worries that too much of it would shake its root.
Hua Po:"Xi Jinping does not have a big team. His cleansing
will remove some people and make these positions available.
Xi Jinping wants to put his team to these positions. But if
these actions get out of control, this would be stopped as it would shake CCP』s power."
Li Qibao talked during his last appearance that
as a director at the rescue scene of Sichuan Province,
his deepest impression is that art can play
a unique role to cheer people up.
Commentator Wang Beiji visited the Sichuan Earthquake
rescue scene, and witnessed the evil crimes of students killed
by weak buildings during Liu Qibao’s reign in Sichuan,
and lack of action from the Sichuan government.
He said that all resources of the rescue
came from the people and the international society.
Wang Beiji:"During the earthquake, or when a nation
suffers from disaster, people need help and rescue.
Li Qibao said after the earthquake,
that art performance played a big role.
He was talking non-sense.
He was using art to paint a peaceful scene."
Wang Beiji thinks China’s Ministry of Propaganda
is an evil organization.
The CCP always assigns kind of an evil person
to be in charge of it.
Wang Beiji: “China’s Ministry of Propaganda controls
people’s minds via brainwashing. It is an evil organization.
Li’s disappearance and re-appearance
are all but disaster to Chinese people.
I will use this sentence: The evil CCP, its history, with its
evil mind-controlling Propaganda Ministry are unimaginable disaster to the Chinese people."
Beijing artist and independent filmmaker Yang Weidong
said that an artist with conscience has the courage to face reality and express his true thoughts.
If art can really play the role as CCP’s wishes, they can
hold a performance for homeless petitioners, and ask them to leave Beijing, Yang said.
