【新唐人2012年6月21日訊】各地訪民近幾天在北京監察部示威，標語直指「政法委」周永康私設黑監獄，肆無忌憚的打壓訪民。自從薄熙來案件引發周永康惡行醜聞被大量曝光後，周永康管轄下的「政法委」，利用超過軍費的維穩經費迫害大陸民眾的暴行，也曝光在眾目睽睽之下，各界要求「法辦周永康」，「取締政法委」的呼聲日益高漲。
最近大陸各地訪民連續三天在北京「監察部」門口打橫幅示威。18號，上海訪民程玉蘭和本溪訪民馬志學剛到監察部，就被當地截訪人員攔截，截訪人員告訴馬志學，就是他們在「監察部」示威上了海外網，中央指令必須把他們帶回當地解決。
武漢夏幼華、湯素芳等10多訪民，早上7點剛到北京，直接從車站投入到「監察部」的示威活動中，武漢訪民萬少華帶領訪民在「監察部」門前，高呼口號：打倒腐敗，拯救中國，還我人權。
另外，他們還打出數十面橫幅，抗議當地「政法委」的維穩力量私設黑監獄，肆無忌憚的打擊報復訪民上訪。罕見的是，北京警方這次只是站在一旁監視，沒有打人，保安只是規勸。
訪民打出的橫幅有「反腐敗，除惡霸，捍衛憲法，砸爛黑監獄」；還有「司法獨立，取消政法委，訪民冤上加冤是因政法委」；再有「周永康轄下的政法委，無法無天，黑監獄遍地」。
前山東大學教授孫文廣指出，周永康轄下的「政法委」，是打壓維權人士和訪民的直接推手，它說抓誰就抓誰，它說判誰就判誰，由於它的存在，中國根本沒有司法正義，它存在一天就禍害一天。
前山東大學教授孫文廣：「『政法委』掌握大批的經費，維穩經費大概七千億，基本都由它們調度，所以它們有錢，有錢了的話，就可以胡作非為了，抓捕異見人士，抓捕不同信仰者，把他們關進監獄，而且還派人看著他們。」
上海維權人士毛恆鳳以她自己的親身經歷痛斥，「政法委」凌駕於法律之上，隨意殘害民眾，勞教制度，私設黑監獄就是它們搞出來的。
上海維權人士毛恆鳳：「我們這個政府，我們這個國家不講法律，不依法辦事，它以『政法委』為上，給你勞教了就勞教了，想怎樣折磨就怎樣折磨，我們被關在勞教所，關在監獄都被上了酷刑還被用藥。」
16號，河北訪民于汝法，被發現在老家離奇死亡。之前，他常年和兒子在北京上訪，14號于汝法曾試圖前往「美國大使館」前自焚。
于汝法闖使館的時候，黑龍江訪民李國柱也在現場，他對《美國之音》說，有訪民看到于汝法被北京警方移交給河北省駐京辦，然後就離奇死亡，屍體頭部有一個3厘米長的刀傷，身上還有被擦拭過的血跡。
于汝法的兒子被當地官員和駐京辦人員叫了回去，至今聯繫不上。
「權利運動」博客負責人胡軍：「它就是向人類文明底線進行挑戰，說句不好聽的話就是向人類文明進行宣戰。這就是權力不受制約、不受限制，這個邪惡的毒瘤不斷的膨脹，所以他對整個社會的危害、對整個人類的危害太慘痛了。」
中共十八大前夕，各省緊鑼密鼓的進行新一屆省常委換屆，多個省份的「政法委」書記被踢出常委之列，胡軍指出，中共撤消「政法委」已是勢在必行。

Upon learning that the Governor was coming to visit,

Petitioners have been demonstrating in front of the Beijing
Inspection Division recently.
Their slogan targeted the Political and Legislative Affairs
Committee (PLAC) controlled by Zhou Yong Kang for suppressing them.
PLAC’used a budget higher than military spending to
persecute people, which was made public by Bo Xilai’s case.
Now the appeal of eliminating PLAC is gaining more support.
Petitioners have been displaying banners in front of the
Beijing Inspection Division for three days.
On 18th June, Cheng Yulan from Shanghai,
and Ma Zhixue from Benxi,
was returned by the retrievers shortly after they
arrived at the Inspection Division.
The Retriever said their demonstration was reported by
overseas media, so CCP central instructed to return them to their hometown.
Xia Youhua and dozens of petitioners from Wuhan arrived at Beijing at 7 am.
They went directly to the demonstration site. Led by
Wang Shaohua, they shouted: “Crack down on corruption, save China, give back my rights”.
They also displayed dozens of banners to protest against
the local PLAC for setting up black jails and retaliating against petitioners.
This time in a rather rare case, although Beijing police are
on-site monitoring closely, they didn』t beat them this time.
The banners read: “Anti-corruption, Smash black jail.
Eliminate the Evil Persons. Defend Constitutional Rights."
And “Independent Justice System, Cancel PLAC.
The PLAC are the Reason for Petitioners’ Suffering.

Former professor from Shandong University Sun Wenguang
Said, Zhou’s PLAC arrested whomever they disliked,
convicted them as long as they wanted, which makes China
a country without justice. As long as it exists, it harms people.
Sun Wenguang: “PLAC has about a 700 billion budget under
their control.
They have the money so they can do what they want,
arrest dissidents and religious persons, put them in jail, or under house arrest.
Shanghai Human Rights Activists Mao HengFeng testified
on how PLAC initiated black jail,
used labor camps to persecute
people and trampled on the law.
Mao HenFeng: “Our government doesn’t respect the law,
there are no legal procedures. The PLAC are above the law.
They can put you into a labor camp whenever they want,
torture you as they like. We were detained in a labor camp, jailed, tortured and poisoned."
On 16th June, Hebei petitioner Yu Rufa died suspiciously
in his hometown shortly after he and his son went to Beijing to appeal.
On the 14th, he attempted to go to the US consulate
to conduct self-immolation.
Heilongjiang Petitioner Li Guozhu witnessed Yu’s arrest
in front of the Consulate. He told Voice of America that
other petitioners saw that Yu was transferred into the custody
of Hebei police by Beijing police shortly before his death.
There is a 3 cm cut on his head and wiped blood on his body.
Yu’s son was returned by local authorities and retrievers,
and has lost contact with outside world since then.
Rights Movement Blog: Hu Jun: “They are challenging
the bottom line of human civilization, have declared war against civilizations.
Their powers have no restrictions, so they expand like
a malicious tumor, eventually harming the whole world, the whole of mankind."
Before the 18th Party Congress, the provinces are now
changing their Party’s Standing Committee member.
Many of them have kicked out the PLAC heads from their
committee.
Hu Jun said it is necessary for the CCP to eradicate the PLAC.
