【新唐人2012年5月8日訊】大陸《人民日報》甘肅分社社長林治波日前在微博發文，公開否認上世紀60年代初「大饑荒」造成的死亡人數，號稱有人藉此糟蹋毛澤東。林治波的這一說法立即引來輿論嘩然，遭到各界聲討。雖然稍後林治波在微博發文致歉，但網友指出，林治波是害怕網民們繼續「人肉搜索」，揭發他更多的貪腐問題。
4月29號，《人民日報》甘肅分社社長在微博發文聲稱：有人為了糟蹋毛澤東，誇張1960到1962年餓死幾千萬人，有人為此走訪了河南、安徽，「鄉親們只是聽過餓死了人，而自己並沒有親眼看見餓死人，能夠直接證實的餓死者為數極少。」
林治波的這一言論立即招來眾多網民的圍觀和指責。有網友摘錄林治波的發言指出：林治波曾經對前重慶市委書記薄熙來鼓吹的所謂「重慶模式」大加讚譽，並對毛澤東極度崇拜。
上世紀50年代末60年代初，中共黨魁毛澤東提出要「超英趕美」，發起「大躍進」運動，直接導致全國性「大饑荒」，造成數千萬中國人非正常死亡。
浙江大學退休教授夏瑰琦對《新唐人》表示，她的家鄉在浙江金華，本來屬於經濟比較好的地方，但「大饑荒」時她家鄉的人都被餓得到處逃荒。
夏瑰琦：「我們當時去煉鋼鐵的時候，真的都是糧食爛在地裡。大家都去煉鋼鐵了、去修水庫了，糧食沒有人收割。所以頭一年都是風調雨順，真的是非常豐收的一年。就是因為搞大躍進、搞人民公社，然後那些糧食都沒有人真正去管了。」
夏瑰琦指出，「大饑荒」是中共製造的人禍，根本不是所謂「三年自然災害」。這活生生的罪惡，如果誰要進行掩蓋，自然要受到民眾唾棄。
夏瑰琦：「那現在老百姓為甚麼會開始討論呢？我想也是因為，現在中共的這些倒施逆行已經到了老百姓忍無可忍（的地步）了。那這些話就要拿出來討論了。」
夏瑰琦分析指出，現在以薄熙來、周永康為代表的一批人還在繼續禍害中國。老百姓要清除這部份人，當然要把中共的歷史拿出來講。
夏瑰琦：「那只有把歷史上中共犯下的罪行都講清楚了以後，大家都明白了之後，大家就會知道了，這個中共還要不要把它留下來。到了這個時候，今年一件一件的事情，王立軍事件也好、陳光誠事件也好，都暴露了中共的殘忍。我想這個就是老百姓非常關心的一個問題，要不要拋棄中共的問題。」
面對輿論的指責，林治波曾經污衊網民「現在的中國，洋奴遍地。」但到了4月30號，林治波將相關微博信息刪除。5月1號林治波正式發文向公眾道歉。
但有人揭露說，林治波是懼怕貪腐問題被繼續曝光而被迫認錯道歉。因為網友「人肉搜索」後，發現林治波的妻子開著保時捷旗下的「卡宴」豪華車，並經營飯店盈利。
值得注意的是，針對左派人士的混淆視聽，大陸《騰訊網》特意開闢相關專題指出，當年毛澤東秘書胡喬木向毛本人提交的材料顯示，湖南韶山附近死亡比例達到13.5%，甚至20%。報導還以安徽鳳陽為例揭示：餓死的都是普通群眾，幹部受飢荒影響很小。
《騰訊網》最後總結說，因為資料限制「大饑荒」死亡人數至今沒有準確數字。但絕對可以肯定的是，有成千上萬的人由於政策失誤被餓死。只有真正認清那個時代的悲劇，才能讓這樣的慘劇不再發生。

Severely Criticized for Denying “Great Famine”
Lin Zhibo, President of People’s Daily Gansu office publicly
denied the 1960’s “Great Famine” death toll in a microblog.
He stated some people were trying to defame Mao Zedong.
Lin’s statements immediately caused criticism from all fields.
Although Lin later published an apology in a microblog,
netizens pointed out that Lin is just afraid netizens find out
more about him and expose his corruption crimes.
On April 29, Lin Zhibo, People’s Daily Gansu office
President published an article on a microblog.
It stated some want to defame Mao Zedong, claiming that
tens of millions starved to death between 1960 and 1962.
Some people visited Henan and Anhui provinces and
villagers there only heard about death during that time.
They did not witness any deaths. There are very few deaths
that can be directly validated.
Lin’s statement immediately attracted netizen criticisms.
Some netizens pointed out that Lin worships Mao Zedong,
He praised former Chongqing party secretary Bo Xilai’s
so-called “Chongqing Model.”
At the end of 1950s and beginning of 1960s,
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) leader Mao Zedong
started the “Great Leap Forward” movement.
This was with the idea of “Surpassing England
and overtaking the United States.”
It directly led to the “Great Famine” that caused
tens of millions of unnatural deaths in China.
Xia Huiqi, retired Zhejiang University professor spoke
to NTD.
Her hometown Jinhua in Zhejiang Province,
was one of the well-off places.
But people there were starved and left their homes
to find food during the “Great Famine.”
Xiao Guiyi: “We all went to work with steel.
Crops went bad in the field.
Everyone went to work with steel and build reservoirs.
No one was left to harvest the crops.
The year before had good weather and harvest.
No one took care of harvesting
due to the “Great Leap Forward.”
Xia Guiyi pointed out that “The Great Famine” was caused
by the CCP, not by “Three Years of Natural Disasters.”
Whoever wants to cover up all these crimes
will be surely condemned by people.
Xiao Guiyi: “Why would people want to discuss this?
I think people cannot take any more of the CCP’s crimes.
They then bring them up for discussion.”
Xia Guiyi analyzed that Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang’s team
are still damaging China.
People want to remove them, so they bring up this history.
Xia Guiyi: “Only by listing all of the CCP crimes
can people know the truth and decide not to keep the CCP.
All the things that have happened this year, either
Wang Lijun or Chen Guangcheng, exposed the CCP’s cruelty.
Whether or not to get rid of the CCP,
this is what people care about.”
Facing criticism, Lin defamed netizens as
“There are slaves of foreigners all over China.”
However, on April 30, he removed his postings
and officially published an apology on May 1st.
Someone revealed that Lin Zhibo apologized for fear
of exposure of his corruption.
Netizens found out that Li Zhibo’s wife drives
a Porsche and runs profitable restaurants.

that the death rate of Shaoshan, Hunan was 13.5%, even 20%.
The report also took Fengyang, Anhui as an example:
Those who starved to death were ordinary people,
CCP officials were merely impacted.
qq.com finally concluded that due to limited resources,
the exact death toll of the “Great Famine” is not available.
But what has been confirmed is that tens of millions
people starved to death due to wrong policies.
Only by recognizing the mistakes made in the past
can we ensure it will not happen again.
