【禁聞】醜聞不斷 恐不利大陸奶業國際競購

【新唐人2011年3月18日訊】中國國有企業—-上海光明食品集團,正在競購法國優諾(Yoplait)公司股權。國際媒體認為,中國「三聚氰胺毒奶」醜聞,以及法國「達能」公司與中國「娃哈哈」合作受挫,都對光明食品集團的競購產生不利影響。

:《法國國際廣播電臺》報導,4月7號是購買法國優酪乳製造商—-優諾50%股權,提交第二輪競購價格的最後期限。在第一輪的競購中,中國光明食品集團以17億歐元的最高競價進入第二輪競購。

法國「優諾」優酪乳,1965年由法國奶農合作社(Sodiaal)創建,營業額達35億歐元,是全球第二大優酪乳品牌,佔9%的全球市場份額。優諾曾一度以高端形象進入過中國市場,但難被消費者接受,2003年黯然退出中國。

不過,現在「優諾」進軍中國似乎出現了轉機。據法國財經大報《回聲報》的報導透露,目前,上海光明集團正在像嘴上抹了蜜似的到處遊說,以便在競爭中脫穎而出。

《回聲報》報導說,光明食品集團負責人最近在法國展開了魅力行動,他們不僅會見了法國奶農合作社的領導人,而且還向法國總統府、法國財政部,以及法國農業部都遞交了他們競購的材料。除此之外,「光明集團」許諾幫「優諾」打開中國市場。

「光明」乳業總裁向法國經濟《回聲報》表示,中國市場每年增長10%以上,「光明食品」可以讓「優諾」優酪乳進入這個市場。他表示,中國的市場正在吞噬大量進口乳製品。
由於「三聚氰胺毒奶粉」的影響,稍微有條件的中國家庭,都盡其所能的給新生兒買進口奶粉,致使去年的奶粉進口量一下子猛增了68%。

那麼,法國媒體對「光明集團」收購「優諾」是甚麼反應呢?
法國的《回聲報》曾經刊出文章,題目是“優諾能不能夠是中國企業?”讀者們的回饋顯示,中國的「三聚氰胺牛奶事件」在法國仍反響極大,所以讀者擔心,如果法國「優諾」被中國的乳製品企業收購,恐怕中國的毒牛奶就像中國廉價的紡織品那樣,銷售到法國來。
法國媒體所表現的一個擔憂是,一個對農業合作社的運作沒有經驗的中國企業,能夠和持有「優諾」一半股權的法國農業合作社愉快合作嗎?

另外,《法廣》表示,法國「達能」公司與中方合作夥伴—-娃哈哈、光明、蒙牛、匯源等,先後分道揚鑣,甚至與「娃哈哈」長期的糾紛中,中共地方法庭在民族主義壓力下斷案不公,也會給「光明食品集團」的海外擴張帶來困難。

英國《金融時報》則質疑「光明集團」的可信度:這家中國乳製品公司最近不止一次在最後一刻放棄交易的行為,使它已經喪失了一定的可信度。最近「光明集團」突然中斷了對英國「聯合餅乾」(United Biscuits)和美國維他命連鎖企業GNC的收購。

French Yoplait to become Chinese?

Chinese state-owned Shanghai Bright Food Group
is bidding for the French company Yoplait』s stocks.
International media believes that
the scandals of melamine-tainted milk
and the failed joint venture between
the French Danone and China』s Wahaha group
will have negative impacts
on Bright Food Group’s bid.

According to Radio France Internationale,
April 7 is the deadline to submit
the 2nd round of bidding price
for a 50% stake in yogurt maker Yoplait.
In the first bidding round, China Bright Food Group
made the highest bid offer of 1.7 billion euros.

The French Yoplait was founded in 1965
by French dairy farmer co-operative group, Sodiaal.
Its sales reached 3.5 billion euros.
It is the world’s 2nd largest yogurt maker,
accounting for 9% of the global market share.
Yoplait once entered China with a high-end image
but not being accepted by consumers,
it left China in 2003.

Now, there seems to be a turning point for Yoplait.
The French financial newspaper, Les Echos,
reported that Bright Food Group
claims to be able to help Yoplait.

According to Les Echos,
the executives of Bright Food Group launched
recently a campaign to charm the French.
They met with the leaders
of French dairy cooperatives
and submitted their bidding materials
to the French presidential palace, Finance Ministry
and Agriculture Ministry. They promised
to help Yoplait enter the Chinese market.

The President of Bright Dairy told Les Echos
that the Chinese market grows over 10% annually.
Bright Food can help Yoplait enter the market.
He said the market needs
a lot of imported dairy products.

Due to the melamine-tainted milk scandal,
wealthier Chinese families buy
imported powder milk, the import of which
increased suddenly by 68% in 2010.

What are the responses of French media regarding
Bright Food Group』s proposed purchase of Yoplait?

Les Echos has published an article entitled
“Can Yoplait be a Chinese company?"
The negative impact of the melamine-tainted
milk scandal has made the readers worry that
if Yoplait is acquired by Chinese dairy companies,
China’s tainted milk will be sold in France.

Another concern of the French media
is that Bright Food doesn』t have the experience
of working with agricultural cooperatives.
Will they be able to collaborate well
with the other shareholders of Yoplait?

Radio France Internationale reported,
that the French company Danone』s
joint ventures in China with Wahaha, Bright Food,
Mengniu, etc. all failed.
In resolving its long-time disputes with Wahaha,
CCP』s local court ruled unfairly due to nationalism.
These will make
Bright Food』s overseas expansion difficult.

UK Financial Times questioned
Bright Food』s credibility: It gave up
transactions several times at the last minute
and lost some credibility.
Bright Food abruptly ended its acquisitions of
UK』s United Biscuits and U.S. vitamin retailer GNC.
