【新唐人北京時間2018年11月22日訊】週四（11月22日），川普總統就非法移民的裁決問題駁斥美國最高法院首席大法官，並批評位於加州的美國第九巡迴上述法院是個「災難」，同時援引公眾意見，呼籲整編或拆分該法院。
週四，針對美國第九巡迴上訴法院（the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals）保護非法移民問題，川普駁斥美國最高法院首席大法官羅伯茨（John Roberts）的相關評論。
川普指出，羅伯茨可以說他自己想說的話，但第九巡迴上訴法院是個「完全而徹底的災難」。它已經失控且聲名狼藉，被推翻的裁決多達79%，比全國的任何一個法院都多，而且經常被利用來起到保護非法移民的效果。
川普警告，法官不能針對邊境及任何地方的安全問題進行立法，他們在這方面什麼都不懂，反而正讓美國陷於不安全之中。
川普接着以大寫字母形式在推文中強調，必須允許美國的執法人員做他們該做的工作，否則，美國民眾面臨的只能是喧囂、混亂、傷害、死亡。川普呼籲法官尊重憲法原意。

週一，由前總統奧巴馬任命的美國加州北區地方法院（US. District Court for the Northern District of California）法官泰格（Jon S. Tigar）裁定，禁止川普推行拒絕非法入境移民申請庇護的行政令。這道禁令無疑給川普政府攔阻數千將至的大篷車移民設置了新的障礙。
川普週二在接受媒體採訪時批評，法院的裁決是個「恥辱」，並指泰格是一名「奧巴馬法官」（Obama judge）。
週三，羅伯茨罕見公開批評川普，稱「我們沒有『奧巴馬法官』或『川普法官』，也沒有『布什法官』或『克林頓法官』，我們擁有的是一群非凡的盡職盡責的法官」，並讚揚這些法官正盡最大努力保證人們在法律面前平等。
羅伯茨的評論隨即遭到川普反駁。川普指出，法院的確擁有「奧巴馬法官」，如果第九巡迴上訴法院確實如羅伯茨所說的是個「獨立的司法機構」，那就太棒了。但實際情況卻令人震驚，該法院那些裁決正把美國置於巨大危險之中。
川普接着表示，很多人對第九巡迴法院表示不滿，並討論把該法院拆分，然後把法官們分配到第二、第三巡迴法院中去。

“79% of these decisions have been overturned in the 9th Circuit.” @FoxNews A terrible, costly and dangerous disgrace. It has become a dumping ground for certain lawyers looking for easy wins and delays. Much talk over dividing up the 9th Circuit into 2 or 3 Circuits. Too big!
