大陸多地警察暴力強徵
浙江省湖州市安吉縣遞鋪鎮政府強行佔用石角村村民土地，沒有任何賠償，引起村民反抗，12號上午出動400警察進村鎮壓維權村民，抓走多人，並導致一名老人受傷入院。
同一天，四川省宜賓市江安縣桐梓鎮政府也聯合開發商強行徵地，派出大量警察鎮壓村民，6名村民受傷入院，2村民被抓走。
廣西貴港市平南縣平南鎮羅合村，12號也發生警察暴力強徵事件，多名維權村民遭到抓捕，期間警察還一度拔槍恐嚇村民。
吉林等地上萬計程車罷工
繼南京等地計程車罷工抗議繳納費用過高之後，12號，吉林、山東、安徽等四省市五地，再次出現上萬輛車租車罷工，同樣是抗議份子錢太高，政府不作為。
廣東一地去年9人被控「煽顛」
據大陸《維權網》13號報導，2014年度，中共廣東省成為以「涉嫌煽動顛覆國家政權罪」為藉口，打擊民主維權人士最嚴重的地區，共有9人被抓捕，其中包括唐荊陵、王清營、袁新亭、天理（陳啟棠）等人。
曾遭十年冤獄呂松明再被迫害至病重
據美國《明慧網》13號報導，被非法關押在湖南湘鄉市看守所已經四個多月的法輪功學員呂松明，因為長期被迫害，身體狀態非常令人擔憂。
47歲的呂松明畢業於湖南師範大學歷史系，原來是湘潭電機廠弘電子弟中學歷史教師，曾獲湘潭市見義勇為獎。去年8月31號在湘潭市鄰近發法輪功真相資料時，被警察非法綁架、抄家，批捕。因為遭受酷刑迫害，身體出現功能性心衰、心絞痛等癥狀。
之前，呂松明曾在2001年、2007年先後兩次被中共法院非法判刑五年，歷經十年冤獄，期間被殘酷折磨。
Compulsory Acquisition by Police Happens in Many Mainland Places
Zhejiang Shijiao village people’s land was forcibly taken over by
the government without any compensation.
The villagers revolted and were suppressed by 400 police on the 12th.
Many were arrested and one old man was injured.
The same day, Sichuan provincial Tongzi town government also
compulsorily took over the land together with land developers.
They sent a large number of police to suppress villagers, resulting in six
villagers hospitalized and two arrested.
Compulsory acquisition also happened at Guigang City Luohe
Village on the 12th by police.
Several activist villagers were arrested.
The police even pulled out a gun to intimidate villagers.
Tens of Thousands of Taxi Drivers Strike in Jilin
Following Nanjing and other places taxi drivers protest at high costs.
On the 12th, tens of thousands of car renters from Jilin, Shandong, Anhui
and other places, strike against high costs and inaction from the government.
Nine People Charged With Inciting Subversion in Guangdong Last Year.
According to the mainland Human Rights Defenders website report on 13th, Guangdong becomes the worst area for Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
to suppress activists in 2014 under the charge of inciting subversion of
state power.
There were 9 people arrested including Tang Jingling, Wang Qingying,
Yuan Xinting, Tianli (Chen Qitang) and others.
Lv Songming Tortured to Serious Illness After Ten Years of Unjust
Imprisonment
According to the US Minghui website report on the 13th, Falun Gong
practitioner Lv Songming, illegally detained in Hunan Xiangxiang
Detention Center for more than four months, is in a bad physical condition
due to long-term persecution.
47-year-old Lv Songming graduated from the History Department in
Hunan Normal University.
He was a history teacher in Xiangtan Electrical Machinery Plant middle
school and the winner of Xiangtan City Righteous Award.
Last August 31st, he was illegally kidnapped, raided and arrested when he
was sending out truth materials.
Because of persecution by torture, he has functional heart failure,
angina and other symptoms.
Previously, he was illegally sentenced to 5 years imprisonment
in 2001 and 2007.
He was brutally tortured during ten years of unjust imprisonment.
