【新唐人2014年06月19日訊】最近，中共電視媒體《央視》財經頻道頻頻出事，繼總監郭振璽、製片人田立武因涉嫌受賄被帶走後，有三名工作人員也被帶走。中共喉舌媒體主辦的雜誌，日前突然高調熱炒郭振璽的斂財之道，披露郭振璽8年撈了20億。有分析指出，中共當局在敲打中央政治局常委劉雲山。
6月1號，中共最高檢察院官網公布，檢察機關以涉嫌受賄犯罪，對《央視》財經頻道總監郭振璽、製片人田立武立案偵查並採取強制措施。
6號，《央視》財經頻道製片人王世傑、和「年度經濟人物」評選頒獎活動的總導演鄢文余，以及年輕女主持人歐陽智薇也被帶走。目前不清楚鄢文余和歐陽智薇兩人是被調查對像，還是被要求協助調查。
據報導，王世傑與郭振璽過往甚密，除了製片人身份外，也是財經頻道運營組的財務總管，參與或了解郭振璽不少事情。而歐陽智薇和王世傑掌管著郭振璽操控的公關公司，是郭振璽利益輸送的關鍵人物。
中共官方媒體高調報導了郭振璽涉貪被查的消息。日前，中共喉舌《人民日報社》主管並主辦的《環球人物》雜誌，也熱炒郭振璽的所謂「紅黑斂財術」。
大陸詩人和文化評論家葉匡政：「中國的貪腐不僅僅是指政府官員的貪腐，只要跟政府企業有權力關係的，包括半官方的民間組織，包括與權力有直接關聯的所謂的官方媒體，都有大量的貪腐存在，只不過有的貪腐的資金大一點。」
報導說，郭振璽在《央視》工作了22年，擔任過《央視》財經頻道和廣告中心兩大核心部門負責人，被視為電視界的重量級人物，有「央視大管家」之稱。在《央視》，人們都知道郭振璽的生財之道，那就是：左手用「3•15晚會」打壓企業、右手靠「年度經濟人物」頒獎來拉攏企業。
報導披露，郭振璽實際掌控著十幾家公關公司。被拉黑的企業自然會向這些公司交「保護費」以及緊急公關費，而捧紅的企業則會感恩戴德的主動交廣告費及股權。就這樣，郭振璽實現了個人財富和《央視》廣告的雙豐收。
據了解，郭振璽擔任財經頻道總監8年期間，他個人至少撈了20億。
北京時政觀察人士華頗：「中共各級組織都是各個利益集團，央視也不例外，央視既是中共的宣傳媒體的一個喉舌，但是它也涉及最大經濟利益，這20個億不會自己都揣入腰包，他(郭振璽)是否還向其他人輸送了利益，這是最關鍵的。」
報導指出，郭振璽出事，可能和前《央視》副臺長李東生案有關。報導說，去年12月底，李東生落馬，當時《央視》內部就傳出，郭振璽曾協助調查。李東生同時兼任中共「610」辦公室主任、及公安部副部長。
北京藝術家、獨立製片人楊偉東：「我覺得這就是它們內訌的一個站隊吧，專制的社會，哪些人不在斂財啊，有幾個是乾淨的，他只能用貪腐來打這些人，把不是我們這個隊伍裡邊的人清洗掉。」
中共當局為保「黨的形象」，在調查期間，總是對落馬官員的貪腐金額遮遮掩掩，如今高調拋出郭振璽的20個億，北京時政觀察人士華頗認為，這是敲山震虎之舉。
華頗：「宣傳口許多的官員都已經自殺了，而且好些人已經進去了，當然這裡邊是否牽扯到劉雲山，還要拭目以待，因為劉雲山是現任常委，但是他當常委是當初18大上各派利益鬥爭妥協的結果，他進常委並不是習、李的意願，我想呢，即使不真正動劉雲山，也會通過收拾他底下的人，來對他進行敲打。」
自從李東生落馬後，《央視》醜聞不斷被拋出。據報導，中紀委和中共審計署目前各有5個小組針對《央視》，約談至少百名《央視》成員，部分成員已被雙規、批捕。

On the 1st June, the CCP Supreme Court official website
announced that the prosecution took an enforcement measure
to investigate CCTV Finance Channel Director Guo Zhenxi and
the producer Tian Liwu on suspicion of bribery.
June 6, the general director of CCTV Finance Channel producer
Wang Shijie, the Annual Economic Figures Award Presentation
Ceremony director Yan Wenyu, as well as the young hostess
Ouyang Zhiwei were also taken away.
It is unclear whether Yan Wenyu and Ouyang Zhiwei are under
investigation or have been requested to assist investigation.
It’s said that Wang Shijie is very close to Guo Zhenxi.
In addition to the producer, Wang Shijie is also
chief financial director of
the treasurery financial channel operation group.
He knows or is involved in a lot of Guo Zhenxi’s things.
Ouyang Zhiwei and Wang Shijie took charge of Guo Zhenxi’s
public relations company.
They are key figures in Guo Xi benefit transfer.
CCP high-profile mouthpiece reported the investigation news
of Guo Zhenxi’s corruption involvement.
Recently, the CCP mouthpiece People’s Daily’s magazine the
Universal People also stirred up Guo Zhenxi’s so-called
red-black money accumulation trick.
Mainland poet and cultural critic Ye Kuangzheng: Corruption
in China is not limit to government officials’ corruption, but
the organizations, which have power relations
with government enterprises.
This includes the semi-official non-governmental
organizations, the so-called official media who have
direct relation to power.
The only thing is some corruption funds are large.
The report said Guo Zhenxi has worked in CCTV for 22 years.
He served as head of two core departments including the
CCTV financial channel and advertising center.
He is regarded as a heavyweight in the television industry
with the title of CCTV housekeeper.
In CCTV, people all know Guo Zhenxi’s money accumulation
way as: suppress the enterprises by 3•15 in the evening in
the left hand, rope in the businesses by the Annual Economic
Figures award in the right hand.
It’s reported that Guo Zhenxi actually controlled dozens of
public relations firm.
The businesses on the blacklist will definitely pay the
protection fee and emergency public relations fees
to these public relations firm.
The booming enterprises will gratefully pay
advertising fees and equity.
In this way, Guo Zhenxi achieved a double bumper harvest in
personal wealth and CCTV ads.
It is said that Guo Zhenxi accumulated at least 2 billion
during the 8 years serving as financial channel director.

the CCP 610 Office director at the same time.

According to the report, the Central Commission for Discipline
Inspection and the Audit Commission currently have five teams
to investigate at least hundreds of CCTV members, some have
been detained for interrogation or arrested.
