Scholars: the Party is beyond cure.

In recent years, following the Chinese Communist
Party’s (CCP) complete corruption,
scandals of officials have been exposed one after another.
The image of CCP officials is extremely bad in the public eye.
The mainstream opinion China’s netizens show
that most hate the rich and CCP officials.
Recently, the CCP’s media have constantly published
articles promoting basic level cadres.
In order to beautify a good image for basic level cadres,
the CCP media launched ‘anti-defamation’ propaganda.
However, analysts say the CCP is like a patient
with incurable diseases;
whether it seeks a doctor or not, the final result is dead.
Let’s take a look.

The major state-owned media has constantly been
promoting basic level CCP cadres.
Xinhua News Agency launched a column of for series called:
“the Most Beautiful Basic Level Cadres”, and
“Model Cadres In Each City”; China’s Central Television
(CCTV) started a program “Search For the Most Beautiful Village Cadre”.
CCTV plans to select the top 10 village cadres from 320 cadres
who will be judged by committee in final.

The People’s Daily also published an article on
“Changing the CCP’s Microcirculation”.
The article says that currently, due to the overall low quality
of basic level cadres, them not being clear on their duties, and
the media’s excessive reports, grass-roots cadres are defamed.

Beijing netizen Li Xuehui says now the proportion of officials
to ordinary people has reached the highest level in history.
The officials are always talking good words in public,
but doing extremely evil deeds behind the scenes.
How can they expect the citizens praise them?

Li Xuehui: “Beijing’s party secretary once gave a speech
on how party members should make a good public image.
His speech showed the lack of self-confidence
or self-esteem in CCP members.
They have no confidence politically, it shows lack of self-esteem.

Whether people say you are good or not isn’t important,
more important is that you should know to do what you need to.
You officials have done extremely evil deeds,
yet you want us to say you are good?”

Hong Kong’s Ming Pao newspaper said that, in recent years,
following the CCP’s extensive corruption,
exposure of officials scandals has led to public opinion
being that the CCP officials are vile.
Hatred for officials and the rich has become the
mainstream attitude of mainland Chinese netizens.

Ming Pao says that this public opinion and in this environment
the CCP’s regime already faces a crisis of credibility.
It also shakes the CCP’s foundation of power.

The CCP leader, Xi Jinping use to be a Party secretary
of a village, a county, a region, a city and provincial levels.
So he’s familiar with the situations of officials on each level.

On Feb 4, when Xi visited West lake street in Lanzhou City,

Xi said: “If the foundation isn’t sturdy,
the earth and mountain will shake.”

In late February, state-owned media, the People’s Daily
published three articles one after another.
The articles claimed: The work of basic level cadres
is the cornerstone supporting the CCP and state affairs,
and is related to civilians’ prosperity.

Zhu Jianguo, an independent writer in mainland China says he
thinks this shows Xi’s own political views had a great change.
Xi changed former leader Hu Jintao’s way of anti-corruption,
which started with basic level officials.

Zhu Jianguo: “Scholars have said: If the Party doesn’t fight
corruption, it’s bound to collapse, and if it continues to fight
corruption it’s also bound for collapse.
With the same outcome either way, Xi Jinping may likely take
the easier way and give up on fighting corruption.”

Zhu Jianguo says anti-corruption among senior cadres
is to remove political opponents.
The real anti-corruption must start at the basic level cadres.

Since June 6, China’s state-media Xinhua Daily Telegraph
newspaper consecutively published several articles entitled
“Is it true that the more anti-corruption, the worse it is”,
and “Are the majority of cadres corrupt?”

Zhu Jianguo: “Because the CCP can’t continue on the premise
of carrying out political reform and anti-corruption.
Now the political reform can’t be fulfilled, this is confirmed,
you could say it can’t be done.
In this case, it is certainly can’t carry out anti-corruption.”

Zhu Jianguo says that now the CCP like a person sick beyond
treatment, and it’s collapse is inevitable.
