【新唐人2013年02月02日讯】今年1月，北京一共遭遇25天“雾霾日”。2月1号，北京才“又见蓝天”。但整个中国北方污染加剧，民众不满的情绪也跟着加温。虽然，北京市政府出台紧急措施，应对包围京城的雾霾，但大陆民众普遍对中共当局缺乏信心。
大陆中国工程院院士钟南山日前表示，严重急性呼吸道症候群（SARS）是可以隔离医治的疾病，但大气污染任何人都跑不掉，他说﹕“这个比非典（SARS）可怕的多。”
河北居民曹先生﹕“我看到报导，钟南山院士说雾霾要比非典还要严重，挺长一段时间了，今天是第一天晴天。”
大陆中央电视台《新闻1+1》节目日前以“雾霾升级，治理要不要升级”为题，电访钟南山。钟南山指出，从研究显示，PM2.5的悬浮颗粒雾只要每立方公尺增加10微克，呼吸系统疾病的住院率就增加3.1%。
北京地球村环境教育中心张先生﹕“现在像这么严重的污染，应该不是潜在的危害，就是肯定有危害，就这两天，明显的各个医院里面呼吸道门诊（人数）就增加很多。”
据了解，灰霾不仅对呼吸系统有影响，对心血管、脑血管、神经系统等都有危害。而北京市民10年来的肺癌增加6成。
北京市民刘先生：“现在这个问题，很显然已经不仅仅是北京一个地方的问题，前天我也出差到河北省的省会石家庄，在火车上就发现沿途整个都是雾霾的天气，北方地区污染都已经非常严重。”
周二上午，位于北京市中心的美国大使馆监测空气品质的仪器显示，北京空气质量指数达到517，大使馆在Twitter账户（@BeijingAir）上说，这个级别“超出测量范围”。
周三，北京市政府出台紧急措施，应对包围京城的雾霾。美国《纽约时报》中文网站报导指出，棕灰色的烟灰笼罩着这座被共产党誉为模范之都的城市。据官方媒体报导，应急措施包括暂时关闭100多家工厂，并禁止三分之一的政府车辆上街。
而北京市常住人口超过2000万，流动人口更不计其数。除了因为空气污染造成医院就诊人数的增加，交通事故也在快速增加当中。
北京市民刘先生：“昨天据统计说北京一共发生了二百多起车祸，然后很多地方都发生了不同程度的堵车现象，前天跑了一整天，昨天也跑了一下午，就感觉鼻子，还有喉咙部分比较不舒服，然后流鼻涕，还有身体不适的现象。感觉非常的无奈吧!因为你生活在这里，一般的口罩也防护不了pm2.5以下的颗粒。”
全中国至少有八亿人陷入“霾伏”。其中被指罪魁祸首之一的中石化，董事长傅成玉周四在北京承认，炼油企业是雾霾天气直接责任者之一，但他推诿说，并非因为油企的质量不达标，而是成品油造成污染的含硫量“标准不够”。
据了解，欧盟和日本柴汽油的内含“硫”量是欧五标准，仅有10ppm，而中国仍以欧三的150ppm为标准。也就是说，中国大部分车用油的“硫含量是欧盟的15倍”。
北京市民刘先生：“我还听一个朋友说，他在一家环保组织作过志愿者，那个组织自己购买（测）pm2.5（仪器）来测空气，卖的商家就告诉他们，你们买的时候我们都给你们把数字给调了，你们测出来以后肯定是偏小的。他说，因为我们也不想被政府找麻烦，所以说……如果你们测的是真实的数字的话，肯定会……别宣扬，可能会有麻烦的…… ”
香港《苹果日报》报导，面对消失的蓝天，内地许多艺人因“霾伏”纷纷病倒想“叛国”，艺人宋丹丹慨叹：“我该去哪里（外国）度晚年呢？”而不少网民痛斥，明星大腕尚且无法防预“北京霾伏”，大难临头各自飞，无钱移民的平民百姓就只有病死在专制国！

Effects of Smog in China
In January of this year, there were a total of 25 smog days.
On February 1st, a blue sky appeared again.
Unfortunately, the increasing pollution of the entire
northern China heated up public discontent.
Although the Beijing municipal government issued
emergency measures to deal with the smog surrounded
the capital, the Mainland people generally lack
confidence in the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
Zhong Nanshan, academic at Mainland Chinese Academy
of Engineering, said recently that SARS can be isolated
and is a curable disease, but no one can get away
from air pollution.
He added: “Smog is more terrible than atypical pneumonia
(SARS)."
Hebei resident Mr. Cao: “I saw the report,
Zhong Nanshan said smog is worse than SARS.
It has been a while, and today is the first sunny day."
Mainland CCTV “News 1+1″ program recently had,
“As smog gets worse, should management also upgrade?"
Zhong Nanshan pointed out in his telephone interview that
studies show when PM2.5 suspended particles increased
by 10 micrograms per cubic meter, hospitalization
due to respiratory diseases increased by 3.1%.
Mr. Zhang of Global Village of Beijing Environmental
Education Center: “Severe pollution like this is definitely harmful.
For the past two days, patients obviously increased
in outpatient departments of all hospitals.”
It is understood that smog has an impact not only
on the respiratory system, but also on cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, and the nervous system.
In the last 10 years, lung cancer has increased by
60 percent for Beijing residents.
Beijing resident Mr. Liu: “It is clear that
this problem is not limited to Beijing only.
Two days ago, when I traveled to the capital of Hebei
Province by train, I found smog along the entire distance.
That means pollution of the northern region
has been very serious."
The instrument the U.S. Embassy uses to monitor
the air quality is located in the center of Beijing.
On Tuesday morning, when Beijing’s air quality index
reached 517, the embassy said, on its Twitter account,
that the air quality was beyond the measurement range.
On Wednesday, Beijing municipal government introduced
emergency measures to deal with the smog surrounding the city.
The Chinese Web site of “the ew York Times pointed out
the brown and gray soot enveloped the city that has been hailed as a model city by the CCP.
According to official media reports, the emergency
measures included the temporary closing of more than
100 factories and prohibiting a third of
government vehicles on the roads.
Beijing has a population of over 20 million,
and many more transit population.
In addition, air pollution not only causes more people to go
to hospitals to seek help but also brings more traffic accidents.
Beijing resident Mr. Liu: “Yesterday there were more than
200 car accidents, and many places had varying degrees of traffic jams.
The day before yesterday, my nose and throat
were uncomfortable.
I had a runny nose and other symptoms.
I feel helpless, because I live here.
General masks cannot protect me from particles
smaller than pm 2.5."
At least eight hundred million people have become victims
of the smog attack. One of the alleged culprits is Sinopec.
Its chairman, Fu Chengyu, admitted in Beijing on Thursday
that the refining business is directly responsible for the smog.
However, his explanation was that smog was not the result
of poor oil quality, but from insufficient sulfur in the oil.
It is understood that the sulfur content of EU and Japan
gasoline is only 10ppm, a Euro V standard.
However, sulfur content in China is 150ppm,
a Euro III standard.
That means the majority of vehicles in China use
gasoline containing 15 times of that of the EU.”
Beijing resident Mr. Liu: “A friend of mine, a volunteer
in an environmental protection organization,
said that his organization bought its own
instrument to measure air.
The storeowner said, “The measuring figures had been
adjusted, and they will be different and smaller.
We don’t want to cause the government more troubles.
If you obtain the real measurement, don’t make a lot
of noise. Otherwise, you may bring trouble to yourself.”
Hong Kong’s Apple Daily reported, without the blue sky,
many Mainland entertainers and Internet users who
suffered from the smog attack wanted to commit treason.
Celebrity Song Dandan lamented: “Where shall I go
(overseas) for my golden years?"
Netizens are really angry that rich movie stars can’t avoid
the smog attack, but they can run off to other places during bad times.
Poor folks can only die in an authoritarian country!
