十八大前夕,中共的维稳措施再次加强,各地都在召开维稳工作部署会,准备对所谓不稳定因素加大打击力度。

据《自由亚洲电台》报导,在香港成立的“中国百姓维权联盟”,8月28号,对海外媒体发出了中共十八大前维稳全面打压访民的信息。

报导引述联盟负责人刘卫平的话说,广西访民李燕军在深圳被强行抓到派出所审讯,意外从警察口中得知,中共十八大前维稳部署内幕。主要内容是:第一,上访犯罪。第二,全国性部署。第三,全国已经进入大搜捕阶段,各地甚至在建造集中营,陆陆续续抓人。

而《大纪元》新闻网也报导说,山东维稳办工作人员透露,这次的部署是逐级的往下部署。维稳工作会主要是防止涉军出事,包括军转干部、志愿兵、越战兵、抗美援朝兵。而信访会议主要防止访民进京,省里已经设置了专门拘禁上访者的临时监狱。

因雅虎告密坐牢十年 王小宁将出狱

因雅虎提供个人资料而导致被判刑十年的中国异见人士、北京网路作家王小宁,将于8月31号刑满出狱。王小宁的妻子俞陵对媒体表示,北京第二监狱已通知家属,周五早上八点半可在监狱门口接丈夫,她将与儿子一起前往。

据《自由亚洲电台》报导,王小宁在监狱一直坚持自己无罪,俞陵也表示,会继续支持他参与民主维权活动。

现年62岁的王小宁,因为在互联网上发布呼吁民主改革和批评中共一党专制的文章,于2002年9月1号遭秘密拘押,2003年被控“煽动颠覆国家政权罪”判处有期徒刑十年。而法院定罪的主要依据,来自雅虎公司提供的相关资料。

除王小宁外,被雅虎公司泄密先后入狱的还有李智、姜立军和谭作人。

传长沙警爆真相 周克华案再起波澜

自中共宣布枪击要犯周克华被击毙以来,大陆民间对死者到底是长沙警察方斌,还是周克华本人的质疑声就没有停止。8月29号,大陆网络凯迪社区,突然出现一条“周克华案,长沙猛爆真相”的帖子,声称是湖南长沙便衣终于忍不住,向重庆发难。这个帖子迅速引起大批网友围观转载,使周克华案再次掀起波澜。

据帖子中疑似长沙警方人士的爆料说,重庆宣称被击毙的“周克华”,实为名叫方斌的湖南便衣。方斌被误杀后,家属已经遭到软禁。而方斌的同事,也遭到来自公安部的警告,声称:谁上网泄密就双开谁!但许多按压不住愤怒的公安,仍然通过各种办法,试图捅出真相。

Beijing Regime Tightens Stability Preservation Again

Actions which tighten maintaining stability are unfolding
nationwide in China on the eve of the18th Party Congress.
Local Chinese Communist Party (CCP) authorities are
holding meetings to crackdown on “unstable factors".

Radio Free Asia reported the news, which was revealed
by Hong Kong-based People’s Rights Union of China.
On August 2, the organization told overseas media that

the CCP regime will soon launch an overall crackdown
on Chinese petitioners ahead of the 18th Party Congress.

The news quoted Chairman Liu Weiping.

Liu stated that Guangxi petitioner Li Yanjun unexpectedly
heard the news from Shenzhen police while in interrogation.
The CCP’s deployment reportedly
covers the following aspects.
1. petitioning constitutes an offence;
2. it is a nation-wide deployment;
3. the action has moved into a “national manhunt phase".

Local authorities have even constructed concentration
camps, and capturing petitioners has not ceased.

The Epoch Times quoted sources from
Shangdong’s Stability Preservation Office.
The official action was informed in a top-down approach.

Conferences on stability preservation
targets watching out for military veterans.
It will target petitioner meetings to block
petitioners from going to Beijing.
Temporary prisons have been set up to detain petitioners.

Yahoo! Victim Wang Xiaoning to be Released

The imprisonment of Chinese dissident and cyber writer
Wang Xiaoning will end on August 31.
Wang was sentenced to ten years in jail after Yahoo!
assisted the CCP authorities by providing information.
Wang’s wife Yu Ling told media that she had been informed
by the prison that Wang would be released this Friday.

Radio Free Asia reported that Wang Xiaoning
has insisted on his innocence while in prison.
Yu Ling expressed support to her husband
to continue to take part in pro-democracy activities.

Wang Xiaoning, 62, was arrested in 2002 for calling for
democratic reform and criticizing single-party rule.
Wang was given jail sentences, and charged
with “inciting subversion of state power".
Yahoo! assisted the conviction by providing
authorities with identification information.

Other Chinese dissidents who fell victim to Yahoo! Leaking
personal information include Li Zhi, Jiang Lijun and Tan Zuoren.

Truth Disclosed About Official Killing of “Zhou Kehua"

CCP authorities have announced the killing of Zhou Kehua,
a suspect wanted for over eight years in China.
However, doubts kept being raised among
the Chinese public over this official claim.
On August 29, a posting telling the truth
of the case appeared on ‘club.kdnet.net’.
The author alleged to be a plainclothes
police officer from Changsha city.
The post was instantly reproduced
on a massive scale over the internet.
It created another wave of public
attention toward Zhou Kehua.

The post said that the identity of the person
shot dead was not the officially stated “Zhou Kehua".
It was actually Fang Bin, a plainclothes officer in Hunan.

Fang Bin’s family members have been
under house arrest, due to his manslaughter.
Fang Bin‘s colleagues were all warned by the
CCP Public Security Ministry to muzzle the information.
Otherwise,"the leaker would be expelled
from the Party and dismissed from their job."
Nevertheless, many policemen still managed
to expose the truth through various ways.
