【新唐人2012年11月2日訊】11月1號，第一批享受免簽證待遇的台灣遊客將抵達美國。洛杉磯方面表示，會舉辦盛大的歡迎儀式，還有紅地毯的高規格迎接。而在前一天的慶祝酒會上，中華民國總統馬英九表示，「中華民國國民」赴美免簽證，讓台灣人民有尊嚴。大陸民眾對比台灣和中國大陸，很多人認為，大陸邦交國家這麼多，卻很少有國家給大陸人民免簽證待遇，這對於中共當局來說，是一種恥辱。
台灣赴美免簽11月1號正式生效，10月31號晚，台灣「外交部」在臺北賓館舉行慶祝酒會，中華民國總統馬英九表示，今後，「中華民國國民」赴美，從過去要簽證的「常態」，變成免簽證的「禮遇」，「這說明國家受尊敬、人民就有尊嚴」。
10月2號，美國宣佈給「持有中華民國護照的公民」免簽證待遇，至此，台灣成了美國第37個免簽證國家。
對照中國大陸擁有170多個邦交國，卻只有20多個國家免簽證﹔而台灣僅有23個邦交國，卻有129個國家給予免簽證待遇，是甚麼原因造成這樣的落差﹖
自由撰稿人劉逸明：「首先是兩個地方的制度不一樣，台灣是民主制度，大陸是獨裁專制，另外一點，大陸人的素質和台灣人的素質也相差很遠，大陸非法移民傾向，可以說，比台灣非法移民傾向要重的多，這也是很多國家不願給大陸人免簽的一個重要原因。」
自由撰稿人劉逸明還指出，中國人誠信度比較低，如果去了外國很可能一去不回。
劉逸明：「我覺得美國能給台灣免簽，而中國大陸邦交國家這麼多，卻很少給大陸人免簽待遇，這實際上對於這個統治者，對於當局是一種恥辱，因為這個制度決定人各方面的品質，實際上說，大陸人的整體素質比較低，歸根結底這個責任還在中共統治者。」
博客作者余曉平刊文指出，中國這些年發展得越快，在國際上就越胡來，從免簽待遇一目瞭然。他說，人家對你不過像看一個暴發戶一樣的眼光。
而提出「亨氏簽證受限指數」的「Henley & Partners顧問公司」，研究了不同國家的公民所享有的免簽國家數，給出了各國公民享有的國際旅行自由度指數。2012年最新「亨氏簽證受限指數」顯示：中國的得分為41，排行第92，與尼泊爾和葉門並列，連敘利亞、伊朗都排在中國前面。
北京異議人士李金成：「大陸實行的是法西斯黨權獨裁暴政，以皇權專制相交構成的這麼一個特色管控模式，如果對大陸都免簽的話，這些人到美國不一定又犯下多大罪惡，做多少惡事呢。所以對大陸不實行免簽這是很正常的。」
中國護照免簽問題一直處於尷尬地位，在各大論壇、貼吧的網友討論區，都能看到網友對這一事件的爭論。而網路上更流傳著「中國護照被視為全世界最垃圾的護照之一」。
劉逸明：「中國的政府是經常撒謊，太多的彌天大謊，從畝產稻萬斤糧到89六四的時候沒有死一個學生，它再一個謊言就是說，中國的人權狀況是世界上最好的，歷史上最好，所以這個統治階層喜歡撒謊，它就直接導致民眾很多人也不誠信，所以國際社會對中國人持不信任態度。」
目前，中國護照免簽地有，塞席爾、所羅門、敘利亞、伊拉克等20多個國家，被網民嘲諷，只怕有命去，無命回，多是戰亂和霍亂國家。

Taiwanese Enter US Visa-Free
On November 1, the first group of Taiwan tourists to enjoy
visa-free entry will arrive in the United States.
A grand welcoming ceremony will be held in Los Angeles
with a red carpet greeting.
At the inaugural celebration the day before, ROC President
Ma Ying-jeou said a citizen of the Republic of China
can go to the United States visa-free,
and that is the people』s dignity.
Compared with Taiwan, China has diplomatic relations
with so many countries, but very few countries grant visa-free access for people from China.
People think the reason is that the Chinese Communist
authorities are disgraceful.
Visa-free access to United States Taiwanese citizens will take
effect on November 1.
On the night of Oct. 31, Taiwan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs
hosted a reception at the Taipei Guest House.
ROC President Ma Ying-jeou said that in the future,
there will be a change for a citizen of the Republic of China going to the United States.
In the past it was normal to go with a visa but now
there is a visa-free courtesy.
“This shows that ROC is respected, and people
have dignity,” he said.
On October 2, the United States announced visa-free
treatment to the citizens of the Republic of China.
So far, Taiwan has become the 37th U.S. visa-free country.
In comparison, China has diplomatic relations with more than
170 countries, but only 20 countries have visa-free treatment.
Taiwan has only 23 diplomatic allies, but 129 countries
offer them visa-free treatment. What causes the difference?
Freelance writer Liu Yiming said, “Firstly, the two have
different systems.
Taiwan has a democratic system, but China has a dictatorship.
Second, the quality of the Chinese is far away
from that of Taiwanese.
There are more illegal immigrants from China
than those from Taiwan.
This is an important reason why many countries
are reluctant to offer visa-free status to people in China."
Freelance writer Liu Yiming also pointed out that the integrity
of the Chinese people is relatively low – if they go to a foreign country, it is likely they will never return (to China).
Liu Yiming said, “The United States gives Taiwan visa-free
treatment.
China has diplomatic relations with many countries,
but few give visa-free treatment to the people from China.
I think this is actually a shame for the ruler, because
the system in China determines people』s quality.
The people from China are low in quality generally, attributed
to the rulers of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).”
The blog writer Yu Xiaoping wrote an article to point out
China had developed quickly these years,
but have brought more mess to the international community,
which can be seen from the visa-free treatment.
He said that others just take China as an upstart.
Henley & Partners consulting firm proposed Heinz visa Index
for visa limitations,
and analyzed number of visa-free countries for citizens of
different countries, and give out international travel freedom index of citizens.
In 2012, Heinz visa Index shows China’s score is 41, ranked
No. 92, the same with Nepal and Yemen, and even Syria, Iran ranked in front of China.
Beijing dissidents Li Jincheng: “In China, it is a tyranny
of a fascist party, together with imperial power.
If they allow visa-free to US, these people may commit more
evil deeds. So it is right not to give visa-free access to China.”
The visa issue has been awkward for Chinese passport holders.
In the major forum, discussion boards,
netizens are debating this issue.
Word spread online that the Chinese passport is regarded
as one of the world’s most useless passports.
Liu Yiming said, “The Chinese government
often makes many big lies.
From the 5,000 kg grain produced in one Chinese mu,
to no students died on June 4, 1989.
Another lie is they created was that China has
the best human rights in the history of the world.
The Chinese authorities like to lie, leading to no integrity
among people, and the international distrust of Chinese.”
Currently, the countries Chinese passport holders can access
visa-free include Seychelles, Solomon, Syria, Iraq, and about 20 more.
Netizens ridicule, if one goes, he/she may not come back,
because most those countries are in war or have outbreaks of cholera.
