【新唐人2011年10月1日訊】去年北京開辦的「孔子和平獎」，許多大陸民眾還沒有耳聞聽說，今年9月中旬，主辦單位又出爐了八位「第二屆孔子和平獎」入圍者名單，各國媒體不但紛紛報導，還爭相猜測獲獎者是否出席領獎。不過，這項活動卻被中共當局以「嚴重違規」的理由，29號下令停辦。一起去了解看看：
「孔子和平獎」主辦單位是以「文化部」名義高調續辦第二屆的獎項。
主辦單位「中國鄉土藝術協會傳統文化保護部」目前已遭到解散。
據了解，這個單位名義上雖然是民間團體，卻在中國文化部下屬「中國鄉土藝術協會」的管轄。「協會」向主辦單位發信，指說部門擅自主辦第二屆評選，事先沒有上報，並擅自更改名稱，嚴重違反文化部社團管理規定，因此決定停辦「孔子和平獎」，撤銷這個部門。
北京《百姓》雜誌前主編黃良天：「現在中國大陸很多這種所謂的獎項，有的是為了賺錢，那有的是為了騙錢的。各部門都用這個來提高自己的聲譽，或者是騙點錢，所以，對這個東西我真的也摸不著頭腦。如果是政府呢！那政府太猥瑣了！誰出的這個主意，誰也太…弱智了。」
去年12月8號，「第一屆孔子和平獎」搶在「諾貝爾獎」頒獎典禮前一天，公布獲獎名單，獲獎人——國民黨榮譽主席連戰不但沒有出席頒獎儀式，他的辦公室人員還表示：「他們知道孔子是誰，但是不知道『孔子和平獎』是怎麼回事，不知道怎麼去領獎？」
主辦單位在頒獎典禮上說：以連戰的政治智慧，不會拒絕這個獎項。不過，主辦方卻安排了1位小女孩代領。
而今年入圍的八人，有三張是去年已入圍過的「老面孔」，今年新入圍的還包括俄羅斯總理普京﹔台灣親民黨主席宋楚瑜。而普京的入圍令西方媒體再次質疑「孔子和平獎」的標準何在。
組織者去年說，「孔子和平獎」代表了中國對和平及人權的看法。
但有網友認為：「第一屆就讓人覺得丟臉，這次換抱普京大腿抱不成了。」
香港《東方日報》30號報導，輿論普遍認為，這個所謂的「孔子和平獎」，實際上是當局一手籌劃的政治鬧劇，在今年與挪威關係復甦、近期逐漸恢復經貿合作的形勢下，為免雙方尷尬而再次倉促叫停。
挪威去年將諾貝爾和平獎頒給了中國在囚異見人士，引起中共強烈不滿，就在諾貝爾和平獎頒獎前夕，「中國鄉土藝術協會傳統文化保護部」匆匆推出「孔子和平獎」，被大陸網民當作國際笑話。
博客庫斯克認為：「泱泱大國，心靈脆弱得像個小學生，一次又一次丟人現眼。這種政權，也是國恥！」

Confucius Peace Prize Shut Down Due to Serious Violations of Regulations
Last year, Beijing held the first Confucius Peace Prize.
Although many people in China still haven’t heard about it,
the organizer released the eight nominations of
the second Confucius Peace Prize in the middle of Sept.
Worldwide medias not only reported on it
but also speculated enthusiastically about whether
the winner would attend the ceremony to receive the award.
However, the Chinese authorities ordered the halt of activity
on Sept. 29 with the reasoning that there has been
“serious violations to the regulations."
The second Confucius Peace Prize was sponsored by
the Ministry of Culture.
The Organizer, Traditional Culture Protection Department
of the Association of Chinese Indigenous Arts, has been dissolved.
Although this unit is nominally a non-governmental
organization, it is controlled by the Chinese Local Art
Association which is affiliated with the Ministry of Culture.
The association wrote a letter to the organizer to point out
that it was unauthorized to host the second awards ceremony
and it also changed the name without authorization.
The association said that because the organizer seriously
violated the management regulations of cultural department,
it decided to suspend the Confucius Peace Prize
and eliminate the department.
The formal editor of Beijing “People” magazine
Huang Liangian said, “Now in China there are many of this kind of so-called award.
Some are for money, and some are for getting money by fraud.
All departments are using them to increase their reputations
or to get some money. Therefore, this has really confused me.
If the government does it, it’s too insignificant!
Whoever comes out this idea is retarded.”
Last December 8th, The first Confucius Peace Prize
announced the winner one day ahead of the Nobel Prize ceremony.
The winner, KMT honorary chairman Lien Chan,
did not attend the award ceremony;
moreover, his office said that they, “know who Confucius is,
but don’t know what’s going on with Confucius Peace Prize
and how to accept the award. “
The organizer said at the ceremony, “Lien Chan has
political wisdom. He won’t reject the award.
“However, the organizer arranged a little girl to accept
the award on behalf of Lien.
This year’s eight candidates include three faces
from last year.
This year’s new finalists include Russian Prime Minister
Vladimir Putin and Taiwan’s People First Party Chairman James Soong.

Last year, the organizer said, “Confucius Peace Prize
represents the Chinese views on peace and human rights.”
Nevertheless, some netizens said," The first one already
made people ashamed, this time they turned to Putin by flattering him, even worse!"
On Sep 30, Hong Kong “Oriental Daily" reported that
the public opinion generally believes that the so-called
“Confucius Peace Prize" is actually a political farce
which was first-handedly planned by the CCP.
After it regained its relationship with Norway and
gradually recovered trade and economic cooperation,
the CCP hastily halted the activity
to avoid both sides’ embarrassment.
Last year, Norway awarded the Nobel Peace Prize to
a Chinese dissident in prison, causing strong resentment from the CCP.
On the eve of the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony,
Association of Chinese Indigenous Arts associated
with the Chinese Local Art Association hurried
to form the Confucius Peace Prize.
The Chinese netizens see it as an international joke.
Blog Kursk said, “The great and proud country’s soul
is as weak as an elementary student.
It loses faces again and again.
This regime is a national humiliation."
