Truth about Jiang Zemin: Part IV

Our today’s topic is: “Jiang Zemin’s Sexual Scandals.”

Lusty Jiang reportedly has many mistresses, including
Song Zuying, Li Ruiying, Chen Zhili, Huang Liman and
a Soviet spy Klava. The book, CCP Senior Cadres Mistress Files,
published in Hong Kong in 2009, reveals details of the scandal
between Jiang and Song Zuying.
In 2002, the book, Mother of China Song Zuying appeared
in Hunan, which enraged Jiang.
As a result, several dozen people were arrested and jailed.

Song, who is from a poor, Miao tribe family, was chosen to
attend the Central Institute for Ethnic Music and Dance.
Jiang first saw her in the CCTV’s 1990Spring Festival.
She was transferred to the Hai Zhen Song and Dance Troupe
and later conferred the military title of a major deputy general.

On Feb. 21, 2004, Lu Jiaping, a scholar of China’s WWII
history, wrote a letter to CCP leaders and People’s Congress,
asking for an investigation into Jiang’s sex scandals.

The letter revealed that Jiang asked Song to get divorced
and often carried on an affair with her at night,
in the government guest house, which was quite offensive to
staff members working there.
A veteran cadre reported this to his superiors.
However, the cadre was later being monitored.

Current Issue commentator, Zhang Tianliang:
“In the 1990s, I was in Beijing. I came to the U.S. in 2000.
In 1998-99, their affair was so indiscrete that even taxi drivers
in Beijing knew about it, as well as other ordinary people.
At each People’s Congress meeting, you’ll notice Jiang
lustfully staring at the beautiful waitresses pouring tea for him.”

Lu’s letter noted that Song was privileged to perform on CCTV.
Before the 16th Congress took place, Song and her troupe
performed in Mianyang, Sichuan Province.
At that time, the Sichuan Provincial secretary, Zhou Yongkan,
granted Song security clearance status of a deputy premier.

Zhao An, the former CCTV Spring Festival art director,
had dinner once with some well-known actresses and Song.
After a few drinks, Song talked about her affair with Jiang.
After Zhao spilled the beans, he was given a 10-year jail term.

Lu pointed out that it was common knowledge that
the tomb-like National Theater, which cost over $465 million
was built for Song and for her performances.
Jiang also paid dearly for Song’s performances overseas.

Cheng Kejie, vice-chairman of the former People’s Congress
was sentenced to death for bribery in 2000.
However, a book about Jiang later revealed that
Cheng paid too much attention to Song.
As a result, Jiang became very jealous of him.

The book, CCP Senior Cadres Mistress Files also revealed
that Jiang’s other lover, a married woman, Li Ruiying,
who was a CCTV anchor, always accompanied Jiang when he
visited other countries, serving as both a commentator
for the CCTV during the day and Jiang’s bed partner at night.

Once, while Jiang was preparing a visit to Southeast Asia,
Song ran into Li Ruiying at Jiang’s residence at Zhongnanhai.
Song later forced Jiang to give up Li.
Since then, Li never accompanied Jiang abroad.

Among the many of Jiang’s mistresses,
the highest ranking was Chen Zhili,
the incumbent vice-chairman of the National People’s Congress.
She worked with Jiang’s son at the same institute.
When Jiang was the Shanghai CCP secretary,
he appointed Chen the Minister of Propaganda, in 1989.
She worked hard on repressing the “World Economic Herald."

When Jiang came to Zhongnanhai in 1998,
he appointed Chen as Minister of Education,
although she knew nothing about education.
Chen championed education industry reforms and
made arbitrary policy charges.
She also was accused of selling fake diplomas.

Chen spread hatred and lies about Falun Gong on campuses
and introduced the “Million signature campaign.”
After her ten year tenure, teacher’s morale slid dangerously low.
Campuses were filled with gambling, plagiarism, and prostitution.
Well-known university presidents requested her resignation.

One of Jiang’s favorite mistresses was Huang Liman.
In the early 1980s, when Jiang was appointed
Minister of Electronic Industry, he started an affair with Huang,
who worked in the same office as Jiang did.
Huang was later transferred to Shenzhen where she was promoted
to deputy secretary of Shenzhen, then secretary.
Even the Guangdong provincial secretary,
Li Changchun, was courteous to her.

On Jiang’s orders, Huang’s husband was granted contracts
valued at $465 million, such as Shenzhen’s Union Square.
Several of Huang’s sisters are also doing very well financially.
Huang’s power enables her to be corrupt
and squander money in Shenzhen.
In May 2011, Shenzhen mayor, Xu Zonghen, who was promoted by
Huang, was sentenced to death for bribery.

Liu Yinquan, China Social Democratic Party Secretary:
“When the president of a country acts like this,
how can you ask people below you to be ethical?
Now we see prostitutes all over the place.
Officials’ shameless conduct has a lot to do with their leaders
such as Jiang, who are very bad role models.”

The book, Jiang Zemin, the Man, points out that many of Jiang’s
mistresses not only became high ranking officials, but also
whole-heartedly helped Jiang bring disasters to China.
Jiang’s promiscuity shows that he has little or no moral character,
which may result in the undoing of an entire country.
