Ingredients for jewel（寳石燕菜）:

1 tbsp agar-agar powder（燕菜粉）

100g caster sugar（細砂糖）

600ml water（水）

1 pandan leaf,knotted（1片班蘭葉，打結）

Yellow,red,blue and green colouring（黃、紅、藍及青色素）

Ingredients for coconut milk layer（椰漿層）：

1 1/2 tbsp agar-agar powder（燕菜粉）

150g caster sugar（細砂糖）

700ml water（水）

2 pandan leaves,knotted（2片班蘭葉，打結）

400ml thick coconut milk（濃椰漿）

1/2 tsp salt（鹽）
