【新唐人2014年05月19日訊】傳中共大批重裝部隊集結中越邊境

由中共在南中國海有爭議水域設立鑽油井，導致的中國和越南的爭端，仍在繼續升溫。

據海外《中國茉莉花革命》網站報導，5月16號和17號，廣西憑祥、防城港、崇左等地，大批重裝部隊在進行調動，包括裝甲車、火炮，重型坦克、榴彈炮、指揮車等大批重型武器裝備。

17號，在雲南昆明也有大規模部隊和坦克調動，各式軍車、坦克、裝甲車，車龍長達數公里，造成高速公路堵車。

之前有媒體報導說，中共軍隊已經進入三級戰備，但中共軍報否認。

廣西憑祥市是35年前中越戰爭東線戰事的出發點，對面就是越南重鎮「諒山」。

中共指東伊運策劃爆炸案 外媒質疑

中共喉舌《新華社》18號報導，新疆警方聲稱，上個月(4月)30號發生在新疆烏魯木齊火車站的爆炸案，由「東伊運」（ETIM）組織策劃和指揮。這是北京當局首次把烏魯木齊爆炸案與「東伊運」聯繫起來。

人權組織表示，目前沒有確鑿的證據說明，這個團體要對襲擊事件承擔責任，北京只是把「東伊運」作為壓制維吾爾族的藉口。

英國《路透社》報導說，很多專家和人權組織對「東伊運」是否真實存在表示懷疑。

另外，中共警方17號聲稱，14號抓獲了烏魯木齊爆炸案的7名在逃嫌疑人，他們分別是爆炸事件嫌疑人色地爾丁•沙吾提的哥哥、弟弟、堂弟以及妻子等。

「六四」禁令進入廣州高校

「六四」25週年前夕，中共當局加強了管控，除了不許訪民前往北京，嚴格限制異見人士的活動範圍，最近還有禁令傳入了高校校園。

據《自由亞洲電臺》報導，「廣州美術學院城市學院」日前下發通知，禁止學生在6月10號之前離境，參加境外的教學考察活動。

另外，廣州還有多所大學被禁止在校內舉行社會文史議題的公開講座。這些學校包括中山大學、廣東外語外貿大學、華南理工大學、暨南大學等。

Chinese Communist Party Assembled Large Armored Units

At Vietnam Border

The China and Vietnam dispute over the Chinese Communist

Party (CCP) oil rig in the South China Sea intensifies.

According to overseas Chinese Jasmine Revolution website,

on May 16 and 17, a large number of armored units mobilized

in Guangxi Pingxiang, Fangchenggang, Chongzuo and other

areas.

These include panzer, artillery, heavy tanks, howitzers,

command cars and a large number of heavy weapons.

On May 17, Kunming, Yunnan also has large-scale troops and

tanks mobilized including military vehicles, tanks and panzers

over several kilometers which caused a highway traffic jam.

Some media said that the Chinese military is at No.3 alert,

which was denied by the Chinese Communist army newspaper.

Pingxiang City is the starting point of the eastern front war in

the China Vietnam War 35 years ago, the opposite city is Lang

Son of Vietnam.

Chinese Communist Party Blames The Eastern Turkistan

Islamic Movement For Bombings

On May 18, The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Xinhua

News Agency reported from Xinjiang police that the April 30

bombings at Urumqi railway station were planned and

committed by Eastern Turkistan Islamic Movement (ETIM).

This is the first time the CCP linked the Urumqi

bombings to ETIM.

Human rights groups said there is no conclusive evidence

that this group is responsible for the attack and Beijing is

using ETIM as an excuse to suppress Uyghurs.

British Reuters reported that many experts and human rights

organizations are doubtful on the existence of ETIM.

In addition, the CCP claimed to arrest seven suspects at large

from Urumqi bombing on May 17.

They are the bombing suspect’s brothers, cousin and his wife.

June 4 Ban Order at GuangZhou University

Just before the 25th anniversary of June 4th the Chinese

Communist Party (CCP) strengthened the management and

banned petitioners from going to Beijing;

This strictly limits the dissidents’ activity scope.

Recently, the ban was passed onto the University.

According to RFA reports, Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts

recently issued a notice prohibiting the students from joining

teaching activities outside the campus before June 10.

There are also many universities in Guangzhou which banned

public lectures of social, cultural and historical issues at school.

These schools include Zhongshan University, Guangdong

University of Foreign Studies, South China University of

Technology, Jinan University and so on.
