【新唐人2011年12月12日訊】中共當局上週宣佈，中國微博帳戶已經超過三億兩千萬，並在週五公布關閉二百多個所謂傳播淫穢色情和低俗的微博。使用微博的人士指出，中共當局沒有公布那些因發表敏感言論、或涉敏感詞被關閉的微博數據，他相信，那個數據超過它公開關閉的。還有人認為，中共當局關閉「傳播淫穢信息」的微博，可能是嚴控言論的前奏。
「中國國家互聯網信息辦公室」上週公布，中國微博帳戶已經超過三億兩千萬，約佔中國大陸網民的65%，超過美國三億總人口。此外，還公布了近期關閉的兩百多個所謂「傳播淫穢色情」低俗的微博，並對那些提供微博帳號註冊的網站提出了警告。
「六四天網」義工蒲飛向《自由亞洲電臺》表示，中共高調公布關閉兩百多個「傳播淫穢信息」的微博，主要是為今後加強微博的審查提供依據。
蒲飛：「他們這樣是以點帶面的宣傳，通過所謂的宣傳打壓淫穢網站的政績，來掩蓋他們同時對一些政治異見網站、人權網站以及公民維權網站的封殺的事實。『天網』是最大的受害者，我們是中國國內第一個受到封殺的網站。可以這樣講，這十多年被封殺的經歷，讓我深刻的感受到互聯網上的信息自由，是應該得到大家遵守的遊戲規則，中國政府的拒絕遵守這個遊戲規則的。他從來只公布他打壓了多少淫穢網站，他拒絕公布他到底關閉了多少『政治不合作』的網站。」
蒲飛指出，中國的互聯網，審查政治敏感言論比取締「淫穢信息」更加迅速。他舉例：有朋友組成一個小型的關於有機食品的互動網絡，但很快就被《新浪網》以「淨化網絡環境」的理由被封鎖了。
前《中國海洋報》記者昝愛宗也表示，互聯網已經成為大陸人民生活離不開的一部分，但微博帳戶超過三億兩千萬，這個數據不能代表中國網絡的言論自由。他說，因發表敏感言論或涉敏感詞被關閉的微博，比當局公布的這二百多個所謂低俗的微博，不知多出多少﹖中共當局卻沒有公布這個數據。
昝愛宗：「它沒有說因為發表敏感言論的、或者是涉及敏感詞的那個微博被關閉的，是不是超過了發佈低俗色情信息的微博帳號？如果低俗和色情的你關閉了比如500個。那帶敏感詞關閉的那些微博可能有上千個或可能還要多。就這一點故意沒有說清楚。其實《新浪》、《騰訊》的微博，言論表達是受到限制的。你要是違反了國家新聞辦或者信息辦它們的規定，它照樣給你封掉。所以現在的表達就不能叫自由表達。」
昝愛宗五年前因報導浙江蕭山教堂被拆事件，而遭《中國海洋報》開除，之後他轉到網絡發表文章針砭時弊。他在《新浪》和《騰訊》的微博帳戶至今已被關閉了六個，上個月還被關閉兩個。

How Many “Non-Cooperative Political" Micro blogs have Been Closed?
Chinese authorities announced last week that there are more
than 320 million micro blog accounts registered in China.
It was also announced on Friday that more than 200 of them
that were disseminating so-called obscene and vulgar content have been shut down.
Some bloggers pointed out that the Chinese authorities failed
to disclose data regarding
which of those either expressed views on sensitive topics or
words relevant to sensitive issues.
It is also believed that the number is more than
what has been publicized.
Others believe the shutting down of the obscene micro blogs
is possibly a prelude to stricter control of speech.
Last week,” China Internet Information Office of the State,"
stated that there are more than 320 million registered Chinese micro blogging accounts,
accounting for 65% of internet users in mainland China,
and more than the total population in the United States.
In addition, it also announced the closure of over 200 vulgar
micro blogs containing so-called “obscene" content,
and issued a warning to those websites that provide
micro blogging account registration.
“June 4th TianWang" volunteer Po Fei indicated to Radio Free
Asia," that the reason the CPC announced that more than 200 high-profile public micro blogs that
disseminated obscene content were closed is mainly to provide
a basis for future strengthening of monitoring micro blogging.
Po Fei: “They point to an issue that will garner publicity.
Through publicizing their so-called political performance
in suppressing pornographic websites,
they cover up the fact that a number of political dissent websites, human rights sites, and citizen activist sites were also blocked.
‘TianWang’ is the biggest victim.
We are the first web site blocked in China.
Having experienced what it’s like to be blocked for
more than 10 years,
I deeply feel that free internet information should be the
rules of the game to abide by,
and the Chinese government has refused to comply with the
rules of the game.
They would only publish the number of pornographic
web sites suppressed.
They refused to release the number of ‘political non-cooperation’ websites that have been shut down.”
Po Fei pointed out that on China’s Internet, monitoring
politically sensitive words happens in a far timelier manner than banning “obscene" information.
For example, he stated that a friend initiated a small network
about organic food,
but soon it was blocked by Sina with the excuse that
they were “purifying the internet environment."
The former “China Ocean News" correspondent Zan Eizhon
also said that the Internet has become an inseparable part of the mainland people’s lives.
However, over 320 million registered micro blog accounts do
not represent the free speech in China’s network.
He said, blocked micro blogs due to publishing about
sensitive issues or relevant sensitive words are far more than the 200 so-called vulgar sites.
Chinese authorities did not release this data.
Zan Eizhon: “It did not say whether or not more of those
that were closed were due to sensitive remarks or sensitive words or due to vulgar pornography.
If it is 500 vulgar and obscene websites that were closed,
there will be thousands, or maybe even more micro blogs blocked for publishing sensitive words.
It deliberately does not make clear this fact.
The micro blogs in Sina, or Tencent are restricted.
If they violate the rule of the State Council Information Office,
they will also be shut down.
This expression now can not be called freedom of expression.
Zan Eizhon was fired by China Ocean News for reporting on
a church in Xiaoshan, Zhejiang province that was dismantled five years ago.
He continued publishing articles to the network containing
commentary on current issues.
Six of his micro blogging accounts on “Sina" and “Tencent"
were shut down. Two more were shut down last month.
