【新唐人2011年9月21日訊】李天一在北京街頭打人事件還在坊間熱傳，「京城四少」又粉墨登場，風頭蓋過了李天一。雖然「四少」中的王爍和王珂在北京街頭衝突事件，發生在去年，但王爍私藏槍支卻被取保候審，讓網友覺得不可思議，而王珂那輛軍牌奧迪車也引髮網友圍觀。
女星王豔的繼子、澳籍華人富商王志才之子王爍，因為非法私藏槍支彈藥罪、故意毀壞財物罪，王爍被東城檢察院起訴至法院。
公訴機關指控王爍的內容其中包括，2010年夏季，王爍授意「王府世紀發展有限公司」行政助理王亞飛購買槍支。同年秋季，由王爍出資，王亞飛多次在天津市塘沽區購買槍支、彈藥後交給王爍。經鑑定，其中有殺傷力的槍支4支，氣槍槍彈2000發、軍用子彈6發。
不過，《北京晚報》19號的消息說，身為北京「王府世紀發展有限公司」董事的王爍已被取保候審。
而被王爍「槍」指的是「京城四少」之一的王珂，網友也注意到他那輛被撞毀的奧迪A6是軍牌。
韓一村北京律師：「他如果說，他持有真槍的話，最少他犯有非法持槍罪。如果這個槍，看它的來歷吧，如果說它是通過走私來的，他就構上走私槍的罪，如果他通過軍隊或軍警花錢買來的，他構成買賣武器彈藥罪，必須我們要查清槍的來歷。第二個問題，他開的軍車，他開的軍車這種行為，如果不是偷的，不是搶來的，如果說是套牌行為構成犯罪。」
王爍被取保候審，網友也紛紛表示質疑，網友認為：「平民百姓非法持有槍支要蹲個10到30年，這惡少能取保候審，跟皇太子差不多了！
那麼，王爍的槍支從哪裏來的？王珂的軍牌又是如何得到的？
在中共軍隊中工作了20多年的北京退役軍官夏先生向記者透露，軍牌車有兩種。一種確實是軍隊的牌子，但是管軍牌的人留了一些軍牌給自己人用，沒有在軍隊的編製上。
夏先生北京退役軍官：「再另外一個，軍隊的腐敗更嚴重，有關係的人找到負責做軍牌的單位去套軍牌。你軍隊的車，真的有一個軍隊的牌子，但還有一個人，還開著和他同樣一模一樣的的牌子，這是套軍牌。」
夏先生還指出，中國在槍支管理上不很嚴格，真槍和模擬槍都能買得到。
目前，王珂套軍牌、王爍私藏槍支是否與軍隊有關，還沒有一個定論。夏先生認為，中共軍隊存在大量腐敗，只要涉及到軍隊，中共都視為機密而難以外傳。
夏先生：「部隊發生再大的事也要掩蓋下去，軍隊是一個高度的核心機密，每個當權者要拉攏部隊，要部隊為他效忠，為它服務。你為所慾為都可以。」
去年12月17號晚上，王爍駕車與王珂駕駛的奧迪牌 A6轎車因為道路行駛發生糾紛，王爍手持槍狀物從車窗指向王珂。王珂報警後駕車跟隨。王爍見狀急速剎車。王珂停車後，王爍隨即快速倒車，故意撞擊王珂所駕車輛前部，之後逃離現場，致王珂所駕車輛起火。

“Military Can Do Whatever It Wants”
While news of Li Tianyi assaulting a number of people

has become even more popular. While the street fighting
incident involving Wang Shou and Wang Ke
took place last year, some of the court decisions seem
inconceivable. Wang Shuo illegally possessed firearms,
but was released on bail. While Wang Ke drove an Audi
with an unauthorized military license plate.
The stepson of actress Wang Yan and the son of Chinese
businessman Wang Zhicai, Wang Shuo,
were charged with illegal possession of firearms
and intentional destruction of properties.
The prosecutor accused Wang Shuo of sending his
administrative assistant, Wang Yafei, to buy guns in the summer of 2010.
In the fall of the same year, Wang Yafei again bought a number of guns
from Tanggu District, Tianjin for Wang Shuo.
Investigation revealed Wang Shuo was in possession of four lethal guns,
2000 rounds of air gun bullets and 6 rounds of military grade bullets.
However, Beijing Evening News reported on September 19,
that as the CEO of Wangshi Century Development, Wang Shuo was released on bail.
The other young man in the case, Wang Ke, who drove Audi
with a military license plate, also draws attention.
Han Yicun (Beijing Lawyer): “If he (Wang Shuo) possessed
a real gun, then at least he is charged
with illegal possession of a firearm. If this gun was obtained
through smuggling, he should be charged with smuggling.
If he bought it within the military, then he should be
charged with illegal purchase of firearm and ammunition.
We need to investigate all this.
Wang Ke drove a military plated vehicle,
if it』s not stolen or robbed, then he should be charged
with faking a military plate.”
When Wang Shuo was released on bail, netizens commented,
“Illegal possession of firearm by a civilian
normally means 10-30 years in jail, but he was released
on bail, and treated like he is a crowned prince.”
So, where did Wang Shuo』s gun come from?
And where did Wang Ke』s military plate come from?
Mr. Xia from Beijing, who worked in the Chinese military
for over 20 years, told a reporter that there are two types of military plates.
One type is a real military plate,
but those in charge of military license plates commonly
put plates aside for personal use,
which aren』t registered in the military system.
Mr. Xia: “Corruption is even worse in the military;
those with inside connections can ask those in charge
to make duplicate plates. There is a military vehicle
with that plate, but another person has the same plate. This is called a duplicate military plate.”
Mr. Xia also added, China is not very strict with
controlling guns. You can buy real or fake guns easily.
Currently, it』s unclear whether Wang Ke』s military plate
and Wang Shuo』s firearm are linked to the military.
Mr. Xia believes the Chinese military is very corrupted;
anything related to the military is heavily guarded by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
Mr. Xia: “Any incident related to the military is covered up.
The military is a highly secretive organization,
all those in power need military support and loyalty.
Military can do whatever it wants.”
During the night of December 17, 2010, Wang Shuo
and Wang Ke got into an argument at a traffic intersection
where Wang Shuo pointed a gun-like object at Wang Ke.
Wang Ke called the police and followed Wang Shuo.
Wang Ke suddenly braked, then reversed into Wang Shuo』s
car. The impact caused Wang Shuo』s car to burst into flames, then Wang Ke escaped the scene.
