白身魚柳2條/white fish fillets

蛋1隻/egg

馬鈴薯3個/potatoes

3/4杯中筋麵粉/cup of plain flour

水100毫升/ml of water

麥醋少許/few drops of malt vinegar

鹽1茶匙/tsp of salt

黑胡椒粉1茶匙/tsp of black pepper

啤酒/有氣水100毫升/ml of beer or fizzy water

發粉半茶匙/half tsp of baking powder
