【新唐人2012年1月7日訊】中共當局發行的新年特種郵票引發了廣泛爭議。不少評論認為，1月5號發行的這枚龍年新郵票，由於龍的圖樣過於兇惡，嚇壞了不少人，而郵政機構當初也沒有徵詢民意，張牙舞爪的「龍票」一亮相，引起民眾反感。
這張是中共當局發行的2012年生肖郵票，郵票一推出馬上引起了廣大民眾的討論，尤其是血口大開，面目猙獰的樣子，在網友們看來更像「凶神惡煞」。
中共郵政機構表示，「龍票」設計是由「知名專家學者、美術界人士、收藏界人士」組成的所謂「社會評委」選出來的，但郵政機構卻沒有徵詢民意。
有評論說，決策封閉的做法加深了民眾對「龍票」設計瑕疵的反感，設計者定義的「威嚴」成了網民眼裡的「兇惡」，「睿智」成了「傻空」，「霸氣」成了「戾氣」，「著色喜慶」成了「帝王色回歸」，「一身正氣、給人信心」成了「外強中乾、色厲內荏」。
《世界報》報導，設計者陳紹華為龍年設計的郵票「讓百萬同胞驚恐」。讓作家章詒和憤怒的寫道，嚇死了。有人認為，將龍畫成張牙舞爪的專橫怪物，不適合做郵票圖案，倒適合做拆遷隊或國安的旗子。
對此，設計者陳紹華解釋說，這個圖騰代表了中國的「自信」。
然而網友卻不這麼認為，網友說，真正的尊嚴並不是靠張牙舞爪能表現出來的。只有在窮途末路的時候才會露出猙獰的面目。郵票的設計者畫工不行，修養更是一塌糊塗。另一名網友諷刺的響應，如果是那樣的話，說明設計者的功底深厚，修養到位，表現精準！
大陸民眾胡軍：「血盆大口，真正代表中共體制的真實面目，他對中國民眾殘暴的掠奪和殺戮，這就是他要表達的東西，也許他們的自信心已經喪失殆盡，他們需要畫個龍來壯壯膽子吧。」
龍一向被視為中華民族的代表性形象，生肖郵票不僅是一年的開始，也是對傳統文化的尊重。
「美國喬治梅森大學」教授章天亮：「龍在中國的文化中，就是很多人都是把他跟皇權聯繫起來的，他實際上是受到儒家的約束，皇帝是不能夠亂來的，中共在處理政權之後，它就賦予龍啊皇權啊，很多非常負面的因素，所以這次的龍年郵票，這樣的設計讓人聯想到，像一個凶神惡煞，是一個非常專制的制度。」
章天亮認為，這張郵票所引發的爭議，實際上就是反映中共政權自我意識的爭論。有網友將郵票上的龍，比作中國城管在毆打街頭小販的樣子，在微博寫道：「城管上郵票了」。

2012 New Year’s Dragon Stamps Provoke Criticism
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) issued a new year
special edition stamp, provoking criticism.
On Jan. 5th, the Year of the Dragon stamp was released,
and commentators said that it looks frighteningly ferocious.
However, the postal bureau didn’t consult with the public.
As soon as the stamp went on sale, the dragon’s attack poses
caused widespread controversy.
The stamps issued by the CCP regime mark 2012,
the Year of Dragon.
As soon as stamp went on sale debates began provoking
controversy ,due to its especially scary face with a wide open,
bloody mouth and eyes viciously staring out.
Netizens criticize that it’s a fang-bearing monster.
The Postal Bureau said that the stamp’s design was selected by
the so-called social judges committee which
includes well-known scholars, artists and collectors,
but excludes the public.
Commentators said that the narrow decision to choose the
design offended the public.
Designers’ concept of dignity has become evil, wisdom
has become superficially empty, fierce has become ferocious,
celebratory color has become imperial color, righteous and
confidence has become a ferocious paper tiger which has no power at all.
World Journal newspaper reported that Chen Shaohua,
who designed the stamp, frightened millions of Chinese.
Writer Zhang Yihe wrote, “I was scared to death!”
Some people believe that drawing a dragon as a creature with
its fangs bearing and claws out, is not suitable for stamp;
it is suitable for a demolition team or national security’s flag.
Its designer, Chen Shaohua, said that the dragon should be
interpreted as a symbol of China’s confidence.
However, netizens don’t think so, saying that real dignity
can not be reflected in the ferocious look.
Only when facing the dead end, can they show the ferocious look.
The stamp’s designer has no skills, his moral concept is even worse.
A netizen ironically responded that if that is the case,
it indicates the designer’s rich experience, accomplishments, and refined expression.
Resident in China, Hu Jun: “The bloody mouth opened wide
represents the CCP regime’s true face which brutally kills civilians.
This is something they want to convey.
Perhaps they’ve completely lose confidence, and need a ferocious
dragon to strengthen it.
Traditionally, Chinese people regard dragons as the
representation of the nation.
The stamp is not only the symbol of the beginning of the year,
but also respect of traditional culture.
Professor Zhang Tianliang of the U.S. Georgia
Mason University: “In Chinese culture, the dragon is related to
the emperors whose behaviours were restricted by the Confucian
ideal, ‘one can’t not casually do things.’
After the CCP grasped power, they called themselves the dragon
with imperial power, which carries many negative factors.
This year’s dragon stamp makes people think of a monster,
a dictatorship.”
Zhang Tianliang believes that the stamp provoked controversy,
in fact, it reflects the CCP’s controversy of themselves.
The netizens compared this dragon to China’s city security
guides who have beat street vendors.
A post on the Weibo microblog says: “City security guides are
on the stamps.”
