王全平律师控告外滩踩踏事件处理不公

26号下午,广东维权律师王全平,自驾车从广东驶往上海检察院,准备控告上海当局对“外滩踩踏事件”处理不公,控告上海警方渎职。

据大陆“民生观察”网报导,王全平认为,上海市黄浦区外滩陈毅广场发生的踩踏事故,在死亡几十人的情况下,当局仅仅撤职处分了几名领导,并且还把事故说成是“事件”,上海当局有涉嫌逃避刑罚,明目张胆徇私舞弊的嫌疑。

两老妇中南海放50发礼炮被关押

据大陆“权利运动”报导,今年已84岁的江苏无锡老太太周静娟和76岁的亲家母王金娣,23号到中南海红墙外,放了五十发礼炮鸣冤,揭露中共无锡市委、市政府操纵的绑架、非法拘禁、逼签等强拆行为。24号,她们被无锡市驻京办雇佣的黑社会人员绑架回无锡,分别关进无锡滨湖分局的东绛派出所和雪浪派出所,没有任何手续也没有通知家人。

重庆40访民市政府前请愿1人被抓

据大陆“六四天网”报导,26号上午10点30分,重庆各区40多名访民前往重庆市信访办及市政府门外请愿,50多名警察和便衣特务到场戒备,抓走一位60多岁的老人。有访民用手机拍照,也被警察禁止和删除。

Bund Stampede:Lawyer Wang Quanping Accuses Authorities
of Injustice

On the 26th afternoon, the Guangdong rights lawyer
Wang Quanping, was heading for Shanghai Procuratorate
from Guangdong.

He was ready to sue Shanghai authorities for the injustice
of “Bund stampede" and Shanghai police for misconduct.

Civil Rights & Livelihood Watch reported that Wang Quanping
believes the stampede has killed dozens of people,
but the authorities only punished a few leaders
by dismissal and interpreted the event as an accident.
He alleges Shanghai authorities are guilty
of escaping punishment and blatant favoritism.

Two women set off firecrackers at Zhongnanhai

Human Rights Campaign in China reported that
84-year-old Zhou Jingjuan and 76-year-old Wang Jindi
from Jiangsu Province went to Zhongnanhai on the 23rd
to set off 50 firecrackers to address their grievances.
It is to expose Wuxi municipal governmental manipulation
of kidnapping, illegal detention, forced eviction
and forced demolitions.

On the 24th, they were abducted back to Wuxi by triads
employed by the Beijing Office of Wuxi.
They were kept in two separate police stations
without any formalities or notification of their families.

Chongqing Petitioners Were Suppressed

According to 64tianwang.com report, at 10:30 on the 26th,
more than 40 petitioners addressed their complaints
to Chongqing petition office and city hall.

More than 50 police and plainclothes agents were
at the scene on alert.
A 60-year-old was arrested.

There were also petitioners taking photos with cell phones,
but were stopped and deleted by the police.
