河南家长抗议政府哄抬学区房价
河南省驻马店市的数百学生家长连日堵路，抗议当地政府利用优势教育资源（市实验小学）规划新区，造成市民高价购买学区房后，又决定将市实验小学北区并入第十九小学，将教师撤回实验小学本部，到10号家长已经抗议了2天，但是一直没有官员出来回应，众多警察在家长周围录像。
深圳上千工人罢工
12月10号，广东省深圳市庆盛服饰皮具公司上千工人罢工，抗议公司欠缴社保金和住房公积金，要求公司足额补缴。
上海访民举横幅发文献纪念人权日
10号是世界人权日，除了大量的访民涌进北京之外，很多访民因为各自的原因留在了当地，据大陆《权利运动》网站报导，在人权日当天，很多上海访民突破警察的干扰，在多个标志性的公共场合拉横幅，呼吁中共当局“停止人权迫害，建立宪政民主！”。也有一些访民上街向民众免费发放《世界人权宣言》。
浙江数百辆城乡公交车集体罢工
因为浙江省诸暨市政府日前启动了“城乡公交一体化改造”，致使大量城乡公交车的车主利益受到损失。为了表达不满，10号，诸暨市数百辆城乡公交车集体罢工，前往诸暨市城府维权，但是遭上百名特警镇压，近百车主被抓捕。

Protest Against Escalated School District Housing Prices
Hundreds of parents of City Experimental Primary School
district in Zhumadian City, Henan Province, protested for days
by blocking traffic.
This, because local housing prices were raised by government
taking advantage of the education resources claimed
at the Experimental School.
After many locals purchased the houses, government incorporated
the Experimental School into the local 19th School
and relocated the Experimental School faculty out
of the new 19th School.
No official responses have been issued up to the 10th
when protests have taken place for two days.
The police were at the scene to film and record.
Thousands of Shenzhen Workers on Strike
Thousands of factory workers of a leather clothing company
in Shenzhen went on strike on Dec. 10.
Reportedly, the company have delayed the payment
on both social security and housing fund.
Shanghai Petitioners Display Banners to Commemorate
Human Rights Day
On Human Rights Day, rather than visiting Beijing,
many petitioners stayed in local areas and joined the local
activities to commemorate Human Rights Day.
In Shanghai, many petitioners broke through the police blockade
and pulled banners in public areas calling on the regime
to “stop persecution of human rights,
and establish a constitutional democracy!"
There were also some petitioners distributing the Declaration
on Human Rights to the public free,
according to a Human Rights Campaign in China report.
Hundreds of Zhejiang Public Transport Owners Go on Strike
The recent “transformation of the integration of urban
and rural public transportation" by Zhuji Municipal Government
has resulted in profit loss to owners of public transportation
in the affected area.
To express their dissatisfaction, hundreds of urban and city
public transportations went on strike and protested at city hall.
The police were dispatched to suppress the protest
and nearly one hundred owners were arrested.
