CCP’s Shocking Words Before Taking Power

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) was established
90 years ago. Prior to 1949, it promised democracy,
freedom of press, free speech, the right of assembly
and association, and the removal of party bans.
Today, it still remains a despotic regime.
Scholars and netizens said that history will completely
expose CCP’s litany of lies as well as its evil nature.

On July 1, Xinhua News wrote: “In today’s China,
if the Western multi-party competitive democracy is
adopted, China will again experience the chaos of the
multi-party system that it experienced after the
1911 Revolution and during the Cultural Revolution.

At this year’s Two Conferences, Wu Bangguo, the
Chairman of National People’s Congress, reiterated:
“No multi-parties in power, no diverse guiding theories,
no separation of powers among executive, legislative,
or judicial branches, and no bicameral system,
federalism, or privatization.”

However, on June 12, 1944, when Mao Zedong was
interviewed by Chinese and foreign press, he said,
“China’s drawback, in a word, is its lack of democracy.”
Mao said in the same year that “Only after ending the
one-party system, will there be democracy.”
In July 1945, Mao told Huang Yanpei,
“Only when people are watching the government,
do the officials dare not slack off.”

“Selected Words of Liu Shaoqi” includes an article
written in 1940, stating that the idea that the CCP
will adopt a “one-party system” to take power
is a vicious and slanderous rumor.”

On March 12, 1944, in Yan’an City, Zhou Enlai said,
“The three most important prerequisites are:
guaranteeing democracy and freedom;
removing party bans, and focusing on local autonomy.
People are desperately seeking personal freedom,
freedom of assembly and association, and
freedom of press and speech.”

Lin Baohua, an expert in CCP history, said, “China
published a book titled ‘The Prelude of Democracy,’
which is a collection of CCP’s commentaries on
‘advocating democracy and freedom’ and
‘the anti-one-party system and dictatorship.’
If you read the book, you will never believe that
such things were said by the CCP.
Today, if you say these words in China,
you might be arrested, yet they were said by CCP.”

The book, “The Prelude of Democracy”, was edited
and published by South Weekend’s chief commentator
Xiao Shu, who was dismissed in March 2011.
The book was banned and his views were suppressed.

On June 2, 1941, Xinhua Daily, the CCP’s former
official newspaper, wrote: “To control thoughts and
speech is a policy of obscurantism in China’s age
of autocracy and a policy of fascism.”

Xinhua Daily also said, “Although the policy of
obscurantism offered certain rewards,
it cannot win people’s hearts.
The freedom of speech and press is a prerequisite of
democracy.
To truly realize the freedom of press,
censorship should be abolished.”

Lin Baohua: “But actually, the CCP’s
People’s Republic of China is a tyrannical regime
and is totally different from what it promised.
In the Nationalist Party’s regime,
there was still a Xinhua Daily refuting the
Nationalist Party in Chongqing City.
But with the CCP’s regime, which newspaper in China
dares to criticize the CCP? Not even one.”

On September 15, 1943, Xinhua Daily published
a commentary about, the government requiring people
to obey the law, while it goes against it everyday.
How many of the CCP’s empty promises of democracy
have been realized?

On February 25, 1939, Xinhua Daily said that,
China should thoroughly and effectively adopt the
general election system, to ensure people’s “normal”
and “equal” voting rights and election standards.

Cheng Xiaonong, the former Director of China’s
Economic System Reform Research Institute, said:
“Most people have lost confidence in the CCP.
The CCP has been cheating for a long time and
many people have been cheated time and time again,
which is already enough.
However, many people are no longer easily cheated
or willing to be cheated.”

In 1946, the Xinhua Daily published a commentary,
“One-Party System, Disasters Everywhere.”
On Oct. 28, 1941, the CCP’s former official newspaper,
Liberation Daily, wrote: “Ending the one-party system
is critical to realizing democracy today.

Mao Zedong said in 1946 that, “Only fascism will
viciously repress people’s appeals and freedom.”

Meanwhile, on Nov, 17, 1946, Xinhua Daily said:
“The CCP always fulfills its promises to the people
and its behavior conforms to its words, so every
single word in its guiding principles will be realized.
To guarantee people’s rights is not hollow words.”

Many Chinese netizens say: “The CCP is so incredible!
It is more shameless than rascals!” and “The CCP is the
most shameless gangsters in human history!” and
“The CCP slaps its own face!” and “To say good words
but do bad deeds, now that perfectly describes the CCP!”
