【新唐人2014年08月11日訊】目前在幾內亞、利比里亞、尼日利亞和塞拉利昂四個國家，已經有近千人因感染埃博拉病毒死亡，對此，8月8號「世界衛生組織」（WHO）在瑞士日 內瓦召開緊急會議宣佈，目前在非洲爆發的埃博拉疫情為國際公共衛生緊急事件，國際社會需要共同應對來阻止病毒擴散蔓延。有幾萬人在疫區工作的中國更不能掉以輕心。請看以下報導。
「世界衛生組織」表示，西非地區的埃博拉疫情已經構成了國際公共衛生突發事件，使世界公共衛生處於緊急狀態，國際社會需要用非常手段加以應對，遏制疫情蔓延。
「世界衛生組織」的報告說，西非四國因埃博拉病毒死亡的人數還在繼續上升，目前已經有961人死亡。
利比里亞政府在7月30號決定，學校停課，非必要的政府機關人員強制休假30天，政策將由安全部隊執行。利比里亞總統瑟利夫稱，這非常措施「關乎國家存亡」。
塞拉利昂和尼日利亞也宣佈進入公共衛生緊急狀態。
美國「疾病控制預防中心」也啟動了緊急行動中心，併進入最高警戒狀態，還讓居住在蒙羅維亞（Monrovia）的使領館人員眷屬全數撤離。
台灣中醫師胡乃文：「一旦傳播就差不多70%-80%，上90%的人就死亡了，但是怎麼去救呢，到現在為止還並不清楚有些甚麼樣的方法去救。」
埃博拉病毒有不同的變種，感染後死亡率從50%到90%。致死原因主要為中風、心肌梗塞、低血容量性休克或器官衰竭等，遠大於2003年肆虐中國的「非典」。當年引起中國極度恐慌的「非典」死亡率為7%到15%。
其實，到了今年6月中旬，利比里亞首都蒙羅維亞、塞拉利昂首都自由城和幾內亞首都柯那克里全部被埃博拉「淪陷」，鄉村的情況更加糟糕。
「無國界醫生組織」的專家更是表示，疫情已經失控。
日前，沙特阿拉伯一名曾經到疫區出差的商人，懷疑感染埃博拉病毒死亡。如果這名商人確診，將是非洲以外首個死亡病例。
也有報導說，西班牙和英國也分別發現了埃博拉疑似病例，
香港《東方日報》根據中共商務部的資料報導說，有近兩萬名中國公民在埃博拉疫區工作和生活。中國還有三支聯合國維和分隊共558名官兵，以及一支140人的防暴警察部隊目前正處在埃博拉病毒瘋狂肆虐的利比里亞。這些部隊部署在首都蒙羅維亞，執行任務頻繁，被感染的機率很大。
《東方日報》指出，目前中國的檢疫檢驗部門「見事遲、反應慢」，抱著一副「事不關己，高高掛起」的姿態。這種麻木不仁的態度，正好給伊波拉病毒長驅直入提供了機會。
報導說，中國人口密集，居住飲食環境惡劣，埃博拉病毒如果入侵，到時即使有靈丹妙藥，恐怕也無力回天。
胡乃文：「在中國發生病情的話，那麼依照過去的經驗，中共政府很可能發生一個事情，就是把人擋住，就是完完全全不再做任何的宣佈，然後說哪一個地方的人感染而死亡了。」
大陸中醫師段醫生表示，過去在中國哪個地方出現霍亂，中共政府就是封，封村封市，等你死完為止，根本不去搶救。
大陸中醫師段醫生：「在薩斯病的時候，還有口蹄疫的時候，只要小孩一進重病室，他根本就不搶救，你只要一進去，家長就見不著這孩子了，幾乎就是毀屍滅跡了。」
大陸中醫師指出，中國出現毒水、毒地、毒食物後，中共做了多少改善處理？中國要是發生「埃博拉」，中共也將一樣。他們對老百姓沒有仁慈可言。

Ebola Spreading in Africa: How Far Is It from China?
About a thousand people have died from Ebola
in Guinea, Liberia, Nigeria, and Sierra Leone.
On August 8, the World Health Organization declared
Ebola virus spreading in Africa
as an international public health emergency.
The international community needs to collaborate
to stop it spreading further.
China shouldn’t lower its guard since it has tens of thousands
working in the epidemic area.
WHO declared the current outbreak of the Ebola Virus Disease
(EVD) is a public health emergency
of international concern,
and urged all nations where the disease is spreading
to declare an emergency to control the epidemic.
The WHO reports says that the cumulative number of deaths
attributed to EVD in the four countries
is increasing and reached 961 recently.
Liberia’s government announced it’s closing down all schools
across the country on July 30.
Non-essential government employees must stay at home
for 30 days.
The army is deployed to enforce the measures.
Liberia President Sirleaf said this unusual step is about
the survival of the country
Sierra Leone and Nigeria are also prepared
for a public health emergency.
U.S. Government Center for Disease Control and Prevention
(CDC) has also taken emergency action and kept alert.
The United States ordered relatives of its embassy employees
in Monrovia to leave the country.
Hu Naiwen, Taiwan doctor of Chinese Medicine:
“Once one gets infected, there is a 90% probability of death.
How to save those people?
No solutions have been found to save these people.”
EVD has a few forms.
The death rate is from 50% to 10% for those who are infected.
The infected people may die from stroke, myocardial infarction,
hypovolemic shock or organ failure.
EVD is much more dreadful than SARS in China in 2003.
The death rate from SARS, which panicked Chinese government,
was from 7% to 15%.
By June, Monrovia, capital of Liberia,
Freetown, capital of Sierra Leone, and
Kerrey, capital of Guinea, had been severely attacked by EVD.
It’s even worse in the countryside.
Specialists from “Doctors without Borders”
Recently, a Saudi businessman returned from Sierra Leone
was suspected of dying from Ebola.
If the diagnosis of his death is confirmed,
he will be the first to be infected other than African residents.
There are also reports of suspected EVD cases
in Britain and Spain.
Based on data from the party’s Commerce Department,
Hong Kong “Oriental Daily”reported that about
20,000 Chinese citizens work and live in the epidemic area.
China also has 3 UN peacekeeping forces with 558 staff,
and 140 riot police stationed in the EVD area in Liberia.
The troops are stationed in the capital of Liberia, Monrovia.
They constantly perform missions and
it’s highly possible for them to be infected.
“Oriental Daily” pointed out that China’s
Quarantine and Inspection department is
“shortsighted and retarded in action.”
They let things drift if it does not affect them personally.
The report also said that China is overpopulated
and living conditions very poor.
Once EVD invades, no medicines can change the situation.

Hu Naiwen: “If EVD invades China,
based on previous experiences,
most likely the Party will cover the information up.
Without any clarification, they would simply say
in which place people die from the infection.”
Doctor Duan, Chinese Medicine practitioner from China,
said that in the past when there were infectious diseases,
the only thing the party did was cover the information up.
They didn’t make any effort to save people until they died.
Doctor Duan:”Once kids infected by SARS or
foot-and-mouth-disease were sent to hospital,
parents weren’t able to see their kids at all.
Children died with no traces left.”
The doctor of Chinese medicine also pointed out the Party
hasn’t done anything to deal with
contaminated water, earth or food.
If EVD ever spreads in China, the Party won’t show
any mercy to the ordinary people.
