【新唐人2014年03月22日訊】聯合國人權理事會，週二在瑞士日內瓦舉行的會議上，罕見的批評了中國的人權。美國和歐盟，指責中共用關押和騷擾等手段打壓人權活動人士，並對北京維權人士曹順利被迫害致死感到震驚。有評論指出，中國的人權現況，已經超過了常規的糟糕程度。
18號在日內瓦聯合國人權理事會上，西方國家和活動人士罕見的針對中國人權狀況提出批評。
希臘代表歐盟在人權會議上發言說，歐盟對中國維權人士曹順利的死亡深感震驚，曹順利因支持公民社會、參與聯合國對中國人權的定期審議而遭拘捕。
美國臨時代辦彼得•馬爾里恩發言說，中共對包括許志永和伊力哈木等，和平挑戰官方政策和做法的人，加大了逮捕、強迫失蹤和法外羈押等方式。中共還增加了網際網路控制、媒體審查，並繼續限制宗教自由，特別是在西藏和維吾爾族地區。
中國人權活動人士劉青說，這次聯合國人權理事會，能夠對中國的人權狀況進行討論並提出批評，說明中國目前的人權狀況已經超過了常規的糟糕程度。
中國人權活動人士劉青：「聯合國人權理事會許多成員國中，實際上大多數的人權狀況都不是很好，所以人權理事會上一些民主國家，像美國、歐盟的這些國家，他們在裡面佔的票數並不是多數，所以一般情況下，很難做出對那些人權不良國家進行批評。」
19號，在北京中共外交部發言人洪磊反駁了聯合國所提出的批評。
北京維權人士胡佳表示，單單這一年多來，中國有多少正義人士被非法抓捕，又有多少人被迫害致死。他不明白這位發言人哪裏來的依據，在那信口雌黃。
北京維權人士胡佳：「在曹順利的這件事情上，你可以想見，曹順利她本身所做的事情和聯合國理事會有直接關係。中共不僅是秘密的抓她，還在後麵人權理事審議之前的一天，把她實施逮捕。」
擁有北京大學法學碩士學位的曹順利，作為一名法律工作者，去年6月，她和數十名在北京的訪民，前往中共外交部門外靜坐請願，要求讓弱勢群體參與撰寫提交給聯合國的中國人權報告，期間她多次被警方打壓。
去年9月14號，曹順利準備自費前往日內瓦參加人權活動時，在北京機場被警方秘密帶走，10月，當局以「尋釁滋事罪」把她逮捕。今年2月19號，曹順利病危被送進999急救中心搶救，3月14號去世。
當晚，曹順利的弟弟曹雲利對《新唐人》說，他看到曹順利的遺體上青一塊、紫一塊，還有褥瘡，慘不忍睹。
胡佳質問，洪磊聲稱曹順利在患病期間得到了積極的救助，那麼，曹順利這樣一個本來身體健康、意氣風發的人，在短短的幾個星期內就死亡了，是怎麼死的？
胡佳：「她在送到309醫院的時候，已經有了褥瘡，證明她在看守所至少有一個星期以上的時間，躺在那裏沒有人翻身，沒有照料，才會產生這種潰爛，這是多麼殘酷的現實，你就是在納粹的集中營裡也會有人照顧照顧吧。」
胡佳指出，這證明中共當局肯定給曹順利實施了暴力，不讓其他犯人關心她，才導致她病重去世。
胡佳：「你放任她的生命流失你就是在謀殺，共產黨在這方面的話，它的陰、損、姦滑、壞的這些招，它不僅僅會用兇悍的那些、這些齷齪東西，它更加擅長共產黨，你可以看到，好話說盡、壞事做絕，完完全全就是一個流氓，曹順利就是被它害死的。」
3月20號是曹順利的頭七，胡佳說，他們將到街頭舉行哀悼儀式，他還和其他人倡議，把每年的3月14號設為「中國人權捍衛者日」來紀念曹順利，也為了從根本上杜絕其他人權捍衛者再遭迫害。

The CCP is Criticised in Geneva for its Extremely Bad Human Rights
In the conference held in geneva on Tuesday,United Nations Human Rights Council(UNHRC), unusually criticised Chinas human rights record.
The United States and The European Union, accused the Chinese Communist Party (CCP),for its ongonig oppressive nature, persecuting and suppressing many of the human rights activists. They are shocked with how Beijing activist Cao Shunli’s death ensued from persecution,all attributing to the shocking treatment by means
of detention and harassment.
On March 18, in the conference held in Geneva by UNHRC,Western countries and activists unusually and quite openly,criticised the human rights status in China.
Greece, representing the EU, gave a speech, claiming the EU is deeply shocked with the death of Chinese human rights activist Cao Shunli.She was arrested due to supporting the citizen society drive and being involved in the UN’s regular review on China’s human rights issues.
The US Charge d’affaires Peter Marline says, the CCP employes forced arrests, illegal detention of human rights activists,and people, often disappearing for no known reason, and it is all aimed at those brave few who peacefully challenge official policies.The likes of Xu Zhiyong (human rights lawyer) and
Ilham Toxti (ethnic-Uyghur Chinese economist).The CCP enhance their cyber control and media census,continuing the constraining effect upon religious freedom in Tibet and Uyghur regions.
Chinese human rights activist Liu Qing says, the UNHRC (United Nations Human Rights Council) Conference,criticised China’s human rights,and this shows that the current human rights situation in China has declined constantly.
Liu Qing: “Among many country members of UNHRC, most of them also have a bad human rights record.So the democratic Western countries, including the US and EU,have limited voting influence. So generally speaking, it is difficult for them to criticise those countries with a bad human rights record."
On March 19, the CCP’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs(MFA)spokesman Hong Lei in Beijing, denied criticisms from the UN.
Beijing Human Rights activist Hu Jia says, during last year,who knows how many righteous people were arrested,and who knows how many people died of persecution.He could not understand how the spokesman denied the criticisms and where the proof he used for denial came from.
Beijing human rights activist Hu Jia: “Regarding the matter of Cao Shunli,
you can imagine, what Cao did has direct relation with the UNHRC.The CCP not only dared to confidentially catch her,but also arrest her just before UNHRC reviewed the related matter."
As a legal practitioner, Cao Shunli graduated from Beijing University with a Masters degree in law.In June of last year, she and several other appealers in Beijing,went to the gate of CCP’s MFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
They sat quietly with their petition asking that vulnerable groups to be more involved in writing and submitting China’s human rights report to the UN.During that timeperiod, she was cruelly oppressed by the police.
On September 14 of 2013, when Cao Shunli visited Geneva for human rights activities, she was confidentially caught and taken by the police at Beijing Airport.In October of 2013, the authorities arrested her with the crime
of “provoking trouble and picking a quarrel".On February 19 of this year, Cao Shunli was sent to 999 Emergency Centre for medical treatment.Then she died on March 14.
On the night of her death, her younger brother Cao Yun told NTD that he saw blue and purple areas on her body as well as pressure sores. This is really appalling to see.
Hu Jia questions, Hong Lei claimed Cao Shunli received active medical assistance during her sick status,so why such a physically healthy and inspiring person, can die all of a sudden in such a short period of time? What was the cause of her untimely death?
Hu Jia: “When she was sent to 999 Hospital, she suffered from pressure sores,
which verifies she was detained in police custody for at least one week without a carer,who would other wise have noticed her condition and treated her accordingly.This is how brutal the reality of it all is.Even if you are plunged into a concentration camp,you will be cared for by someone."
Hu Jia points out, this proves that the CCP authorities initiate brutal force and suppression.They did not allow Cao Shunli the correct medical attention.
This quite obviously led to her decline in health and eventual death.
Hu Jia: “If the authorities show little concern for her life,it is evident this is murder.So the CCP not only employed those bad tricks,but also brutal tricks.The CCP is good at this sort of hooligan style technique,ie, the authorities are good with words, but they are also good with their use of evil and bad techniques.So Cao Shunli was persecuted to death in such ways."
March 20 will mark one week after her death.Hu Jia says, they will hold a memorial ceremony on the street.He and others suggested, March 14 will be the day we commemorate all those who have petitioned for human rights,therefore we shall call it, “Chinese Human Rights defending day".we will also commemorate and remember Cao Shunli.
