最近幾天,谷歌旗下的電子郵件服務Gmail在大陸被封鎖,嚴重了影響大陸學生申請赴美留學,和商業人士的外貿運作,民間因此而起的憤怒,一天比一天強烈,網路上罵聲一片。

有律師搬出中共自己訂的憲法,譴責中共違法;也有網路名人建議大家「翻牆」突破網路封鎖,並介紹「翻牆」方式;還有網友在網上公開喊中共下臺。

山東民間維權組織再增新人

今年10月份成立的大陸民間組織「山東維權聯盟」,12月31號發佈第二批簽名人名單,成員人數由原來的13人,增加到92人。

「山東維權聯盟」在發佈說明中表示,有越來越多的維權者認識到個體維權的艱難,以及集合維權成功的可能性,紛紛強烈要求加入簽名行列。

「山東維權聯盟」表示,他們每個月都將會有針對性的,就山東省的典型維權案件開展工作,小步慢走,努力探索出一條適合山東情況的集合維權之路。

浙江百警暴力強拆 打傷村民

12月31號,上百名警察進入浙江省溫州市平陽縣魚塘村,強拆村民房屋,打傷多名村民,並抓走2人。

當地村民在網上發佈消息說,政府強拆房屋,不賠償、不協商、不處理。被打的村民有5人重傷入住醫院,有村民耳膜受損、骨頭錯位。

Gmail Block Impacted Overseas Study: People Want Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to Step Down

Recently, the block of Google’s Gmail service in mainland

seriously affected overseas study in the US and foreign trade.

It triggered intense anger and condemnation

everywhere throughout Internet.

Some lawyers condemned the CCP for its actions,

which are illegal according to its own constitution;

some famous netizen ID also introduced approaches

to break through the Internet block;

Some netizens called on the CCP to step down

via the Internet.

Newcomers to Shandong Civil Rights Organization

Mainland non-government organization Shandong Rights

Alliance, founded in October this year, released the second

batch of signatures on Dec. 31.

The signatures increased from the original 13 people

to 92 people.

Shandong Civil Rights Alliance said increasingly more

individual rights defenders strongly requested joining

the signature campaign because they realized the difficulty

rights defenders face and the possibility of the collectively

safeguarding rights.

Shandong Civil Rights Alliance say they will target

a typical rights defense case in Shandong each month.

They will work on those cases with small steps

and slow peace to explore a collective civil defense method

suitable for Shandong.

Hundreds of Zhejiang Police Hurt Villagers Due to Violent Demolition.

On Dec. 31, hundreds of police broke down villagers’ houses.

Several villagers were injured and two people arrested

in Yutang village, Zhejiang.

Local villagers posted online that the government doesn’t

compensate, negotiate and deal with the broken down houses.

There are five injured villagers in the hospital,

some with eardrum damage and bone dislocation.
