【新唐人2014年09月05日訊】9月2號，雲南昭通退休紀委官員趙正榮，向中共總書記習近平和中紀委書記王岐山發出公開信，要求嚴懲腐敗治國的前中共總書記江澤民。趙正榮還在去年6月份，十八大召開前夕，和另外15名當地幹部聯名上書，要求撤銷周永康當時的政法委書記職務，但受到死亡威脅。

趙正榮在公開信中說，他在電視上看到了周永康被審查，感到萬分高興。整個病房、醫院的醫生、護士、病人都拍手稱快。他請出小酒痛飲，一解心中之恨，病痛也沒有了。

趙正榮在公開信中的最後要求，「嚴懲腐敗治國的江澤民」。

趙正榮對《新唐人》表示，江澤民給國家沒有帶來任何好處，退休之後還繼續干政。

昭通退休紀委官員趙正榮：「退下來以後，就應該是普通黨員，他（江澤民）要干預胡錦濤和溫家寶。在中南海，在軍委設立辦公室，甚麼都要指手畫腳。」

「江澤民退休之後，繼續通過親信徐才厚和郭伯雄掌控軍隊，以至於前總理溫家寶在汶川地震發生之時，調動不了軍隊。」

趙正榮：「特別是汶川地震，部隊溫總理調動不起來。溫總理急了把電話都掛掉了。他（江澤民）控制了軍隊，他掌握了這個東西，誤了我們國家很多大事。」

趙正榮表示，懲辦江澤民是全國人民的要求。

趙正榮：「這不是我個人的心願，是整個社會，整個我們昭通，我周圍的朋友，也是全國人民的要求，是該懲辦他的時候了。」

趙正榮向《新唐人》介紹了兩年前，他發表公開信，要求撤銷周永康的緣起。

當時，趙正榮和朋友提出，不能讓周永康藉著十八大「和平著陸」，並在應香港媒體邀請而寫的文章中，論述為甚麼必須要撤銷周永康。他指出，沒有周永康的支持，薄熙來在重慶所謂的「唱紅打黑」幹不起來。其次，周永康掌控的政法系統，每年維穩經費超過國防經費。再次，周永康的維穩，槍口對準老百姓，對象錯了。

在去年6月，趙正榮和昭通市15名當地幹部，寫公開信給當局，要求撤銷周永康政法委書記職務，劉雲山不能進十八大的政治局常委。

公開信發出以後，聯名的16個人所在的單位都受到了株連。趙正榮單位的「先進」稱號被撤銷，領導挨批。16個聯署人，一個一個被公安找去談話。趙正榮還收到死亡威脅電話。

趙正榮：「當時我們發出以後，也收到了周永康部門的威脅：你們是漢奸黨員，小心你的腦袋。要把我們殺掉。我當時聽清楚了，但我為了取證，我就說：我聽不清楚，你說甚麼？你最好發個信息來。他公然發個信息。就把「把我們殺掉」幾個字他不敢寫上。」

趙正榮立刻把恐嚇的信息拿給公安，要求保護公開信的聯署人的安全。

趙正榮：「有個公安人員說，你就到派出所。我就火了，派出所沒有找我談話，沒找我蓋手印。是你們公安局找的。」

江澤民曾任中共黨魁10年，隨後留任軍委主席2年。他以「腐敗」賄賂和挾持官員為手段治國，使中國社會深陷「無官不貪」的災難狀態。

另外，江澤民不顧其他中共政治局常委反對，在1999年獨斷髮起對法輪功的鎮壓，對上億中國主流社會民眾，造成了無法估計的傷害，尤其是活摘法輪功學員器官的惡行被曝光後，已經受到國際社會的強烈譴責，也給中共帶來前所未有的危機。他和薄熙來，周永康等積極迫害法輪功的官員，被外界稱為「血債幫」。

趙正榮在這次公開信的開頭就寫到「要求嚴懲腐敗治國血債幫頭目的江澤民」，結尾又再次重申，「嚴懲腐敗治國的江澤民」。

Local Retired Official Called For Harsh Punishment Of Jiang Zemin

Zhao Zhengrong is a retired local official of the Zhaotong City

Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Discipline Inspection.

On Sept. 2, Zhao Zhengrong sent an open letter to CCP head

Xi Jinping and the head of CCP the Central Commission

for Discipline and Inspection Committee Wang Qishan,

demanding harsh punishment for the former CCP Head

Jiang Zemin, who is alleged to have implemented

a corrupt governance.

Last June, prior to the Eighth CCP Congress, Zhao Zhengrong

and 15 other local officials signed a letter calling for

the dismissal of the official position of Zhou Yongkang,

who was then head of the Politics and Law Committee.

He later received death threats.

Zhao Zhengrong said in the open letter that from

the television news he knew Zhou Yongkang

had been investigated and he felt very delighted.

The entire hospital ward, including doctors, nurses

and patients were all clapping and cheering.

He asked for a little swig of wine, released the hatred in

the heart, and the pains related to the disease disappeared.

In the final section of the open letter, Zhao Zhengrong

requested the “severe punishment of Jiang Zemin

who implemented a corrupt governance."

Zhao Zhengrong told an NTD reporter that Jiang Zemin

did not benefit the country.

He even continued interfering

in domestic affairs after retirement.

Zhao Zhengrong: “After stepping down,

he should have become an ordinary CCP member.

But he (Jiang) chose to intervene in the administration

led by the CCP Head Hu Jintao and Premier Wen Jiabao.

He also established offices at Zhongnanhai and the Central

Military Commission of the CCP Central Commission.

He meddled in everything."

After Jiang’s retirement, he continued controlling the army

through his cronies Xu Caihou and Guo Boxiong so seriously

that former Primier Wen Jiabao could not mobilize the army

at the time the Wenchuan earthquake occurred.

Zhao Zhengrong: “Especially during the Wenchuan

earthquake, Premier Wen was unable to mobilize troops.

He was so anxious that he had to hang up the phone.

He (Jiang) controlled the army, mastered this thing,

and missed a lot of great events in our country."

Zhao Zhengrong said that punishing Jiang Zemin

is a request from people across the country.

Zhao Zhengrong: “This is not my personal wish, it is the wish

of the whole society, of the whole Zhaotong region,

of all friends around me, and also the requirements

of all people of the country.

It is time to punish him."

Zhao Zhengrong also revealed the reason for the request

of the repeal of Zhou Yongkang’s position

by publishing an open letter.

At the time, Zhao Zhengrong and his friends suggested

that Zhou Yongkang should not be allowed to have

a “peaceful landing" via the Eighteenth CCP Congress.

Zhao Zhengrong also argued in an article written

due to Hong Kong media invitation why it is necessary

to dismiss Zhou Yongkang.

He pointed out that without the support of Zhou Yongkang,

it was impossible for Bo Xilai to popularize

the so-called “Singing Red songs and attacking the black"

campaign in Chongqing.

Second, the politics and law system controlled by Zhou

has a fund that exceeds the annual defense budget.

Again, Zhou”s stabilizing the society wrongly targeted

the people.

In June of 2013, Zhao Zhengrong and 15 other local officials

of Zhaotong City wrote an open letter to the authorities

to revoke Zhou Yongkang’s Head position of the Politics

and Law Committee of the CCP Central Commission.

The letter also opposed Liu Yunshan’s induction into

the Politburo Standing Committee of the Eighteenth CCP Congress.

After the open letter was jointly issued, all local government

departments where 16 signed officials worked

before retirement were all implicated.

The “Advanced" title for the department which

Zhao Zhengrong worked for before retirement

was revoked, and the incumbent heads

of the department was also criticized.

16 signers were required one by one

to talk to the local public security bureau.

Zhao Zhengrong also received death threats via phone.

Zhao Zhengrong: “After we issued the open letter,

I also received the threats from Zhou Yongkang’s

administrative departments saying,

you are a traitor party, your head should be careful.

I listened to the words of this death threat

very clearly.

But in order to get the evidence, I said,

I could not clearly hear what you said, what did you say?

You had better send a letter to me.”

Then I received an open message,

but removed “kill us" on the message.

Zhao Zhengrong immediately showed the police

the intimidation information, and claimed

for the safety and security of the open letter signers.

Zhao Zhengrong: “One police officers asked me

to go to the local police station.

I was then on fire and told him, the local police station

did not talk to me, did not ask me to leave fingerprints.

It”s you Public Security Bureau looking for me."

Jiang Zemin took the position of the Head of the CCP

for 10 years.

After he retired from the position, he held the position

of Chairman of the Central Military Committee

of the CCP Central Commission.

He implemented governance by using corruption

as a means of bribery and abducting officials,

and this caused the Chinese society to be deeply mired

in a disastrous status with “no official is not corrupt."

In addition, regardless of other members of the Politburo

Standing Committee against his arbitrariness, Jiang Zemin

launched the crackdown on Falun Gong in 1999, and caused

incalculable damage on hundreds of millions

of Chinese people in mainstream of society.

Especially after the evil crime of organ harvesting from living

Falun Gong practitioners was exposed, the strong

condemnation from the international community sparked

an unprecedented crisis of the Chinese Communist regime.

He, Bo Xilai, Zhou Yongkang and other officials who all have

actively persecuted Falun Gong, are all members

of the bloody debt gang.

At the beginning of this open letter, Zhao Zhengrong wrote,

“demand a severe punishment on the head of the bloody

debt gang Jiang Zemin who implemented

the corrupt governance."

At the end of the letter, he reiterated to “severely

punish Jiang Zemin who executed rule of the corrupt."
