【新唐人2014年03月27日訊】大陸維權律師唐吉田、江天勇、王成和張俊傑4人，被黑龍江建三江當局拘押一事持續發酵。繼大批律師和公民前往建三江聲援外，目前，在建三江七星拘留所門外，有6位維權律師絕食抗議，要求會見被拘押的4名律師。截至26號上午，他們已經絕食超過20個小時。而26號晚間網友傳出的「前方快訊」說，去現場聲援的民眾有19人在賓館休息時被抓，網友說，建三江開始耍流氓了！

最近不斷有維權律師和公民人士前往黑龍江建三江，要求當地政府釋放唐吉田、江天勇、王成和張俊傑律師。連日來多名律師守候在拘押4位律師的七星拘留所大門外，要求會見被拘押的4人。

25號，在七星拘留所大門外，仍有6位律師在與當局交涉，他們分別是張磊、葛文秀、胡貴雲、蔣援民、李金星和襲祥棟。由於他們的要求一直沒有得到當局的回應，而開始了絕食抗議行動。

截至26號上午，律師們已經絕食20多個小時。

大陸維權律師蔣援民：「你們不讓會見，就是違反法律規定，踐踏法律。748律師還在陸陸續續在往這趕，不斷全國各地有律師過來，還有很多公民都要趕過來，反正我們是必須堅持到底的，不見到被關押的這4位律師，還有其他的7個人，我們不會走。」

據了解，20號，唐吉田和江天勇等4位律師，和曾經遭受「建三江青龍山洗腦班」迫害的法輪功學員及家屬共30多人，前往青龍山洗腦班，要求釋放被非法關押的法輪功學員。21號早上，這4位律師在建三江一賓館遭到當地警方綁架，同時被帶走的還有7名法輪功學員及家屬。

江天勇和唐吉田律師兩人，隨後被警方以「利用邪教活動危害社會」的罪名行政拘留15天。

21號上午，「中國人權律師團」發表嚴正聲明，除要求立即放人外，還要求中共當局調查和取締當地的黑監獄。

據了解，青龍山洗腦班位於青龍山農場公安分局的後院，全名為「黑龍江省農墾總局法制教育基地」，在這裡他們對被關押的法輪功學員，進行高強度的精神洗腦和酷刑迫害。

大陸維權律師劉士輝：「眾律師到建三江要求會見當事人，說那裏有黑監獄，關押了400法輪功成員，本身就是一種任意羈押，也就是黑監獄的行為。這本身是違反中國法律的。」

大陸維權人士屠夫：「被關的人是法輪功，不管他們信仰甚麼，這是自由的，他都有權利接受法律援助跟律師援助，不能因為他信仰甚麼，你就剝奪人家，這個違反人權是很可惡的行為，我們要主動告訴他們，你認定的東西，我們是不認可的。」

律師被拘押事件也獲得網絡的聲援，除了北京律師滕彪倡議網路「快閃行動」外，大陸維權人士屠夫25號也在社交媒體發出「懸賞令」，希望民眾提供建三江公安局長劉國鋒違法犯罪的材料。

屠夫：「黑龍江有很多黑監獄、法制學習班，其實就是枉顧人權的迫害行為，對一些信仰者進行迫害，律師去提供援助，就給他拘留起來，這太過分了。這個時候，我想大家應該要揭露這種問題，目地是讓做惡者有所警惕，大家會聲討你，不是說你做(迫害)完後就沒事了。」

在中國大陸，維權律師被迫害事件屢見不鮮。去年10月22號，幾百位律師發起聯署，要求司法行政機構，給包括唐吉田、江天勇、滕彪在內的幾十位被剝奪執業權利的良心律師，恢復執業。呼籲信發起人之一的北京維權律師謝燕益表示，這些良心律師大多是因為為徵地拆遷受害者、維權人士、異議人士、宗教信仰人士等群體辯護，而觸怒當局。

劉士輝：「共產黨的制度本身是排斥法治的，蔑視法治的，他實行專制，肯定不希望法治的。行政機關也好，法院也好，檢察院也好，存在一種濫權的行為，有法律規定，他不去實施，如果執行法律，就是挖了他們自己的牆腳。」

大陸維權律師高智晟，也因為多次上書中共高層，要求停止迫害法輪功學員，而多次遭到當局綁架和非法拘禁、判刑，受盡酷刑折磨。

Lawyers Stage Hunger Strike Requesting Meeting With Four Detained Lawyers

Activist lawyers Tang Jitian, Jiang Tianyong, Wang Cheng

and Zhang Junjie were arrested in Jiansanjiang,

Heilongjiang Province.

Six lawyers outside Qixing Detention Center in Jiansanjiang

staged a hunger strike requesting to see the arrested lawyers.

In addition, many lawyers and citizens went

to Jiansanjiang to protest.

By the morning of March 26, the six lawyers hadn’t

eaten anything for over 20 hours.

In the evening, netizens cited a media report that said that

19 protesters were arrested following a hotel break-in.

Netizens condemned the local regime

for its thuggish behavior.

Recently, people continuously went to Jiansanjiang to protest,

urging the local regime to release the four lawyers.

Several lawyers appealed outside the Qixing Detention

Center and requested the release of the four lawyers.

On March 25, outside the detention center,

the six lawyers— Zhang Lei, Ge Weixiu, Hu Guiyun,

Jiang Yuanmin, Li Jinxing and Xi Xiangdong negotiated

with the local regime.

Because local regime denied their request,

they began a hunger strike.

By the morning of March 26, they had held the hunger strike

for more than 20 hours.

China-based human rights lawyer Jiang Yuanmin:

“They didn’t allow us to see lawyers, which violates the law.

Many lawyers from different cities

are headed to the scene.

Many citizens also plan to go.

We are determined to fight until the end, we will not leave

without seeing the four lawyers and seven other detainees."

Sources say that on March 20, over 30 people in total,

including the four lawyers and Falun Gong practitioners

who had been persecuted by Qinglongshan brainwashing

center in Jiansanjiang, and their family members,

went to the brainwashing center where they requested

the release of detained Falun Gong practitioners.

On the morning of March 21, the four lawyers were arrested

by local police in a Jiansanjiang hotel.

Seven Falun Gong practitioners and their families’ members

were also taken away.

Lawyers Jiang Tianyong and Tang Jitian were detained

and accused of “using cult activities to endanger the society."

On the morning of March 21, China Human Rights lawyers

Group issued a solemn statement.

In addition to demanding the immediate release of people,

they also asked the regime to investigate and abolish

local black jails.

Sources say that Qinglongshan brainwashing center is located

in the back yard of Qinglongshan farmer police station.

The full name is Heilongjiang Land Reclamation Bureau

Legal Education Base.

They use the place to brutally torture and brainwash

Falun Gong practitioners.

China-based human rights lawyer Liu Shihui: “Lawyers went

to Jiansanjiang to request a meeting with detained lawyers.

They were told that there are local black jails,

with 400 Falun Gong practitioners being detained inside.

The local regime casually detains people,

it is black jail behavior, and it is violating the law."

China-based human rights lawyer Tu Fu: “The detainees

are Falun Gong practitioners.

No matter what they choose to believe in,

it is their free choice.

They have the right to receive legal aid from lawyers.

It is not right that due to their faith, their rights are deprived.

This is against human rights, it is a shameful act.

We told the police that we don’t accept these things."

The detained lawyers have won quite a bit of support online.

In addition to Beijing lawyer Teng Biao’s suggestion

to take rapid action, lawyer Tu Fu also posted a message

on March 25.

He hopes the public will provide criminal information

regarding Liu Guofeng, a police chief in Jiansanjiang.

Tu Fu: “There are many black jails and legal reeducation

classes in Heilongjiang Province.

They violate human rights,

they persecute those who uphold their faith.

Lawyers were detained when they went to support them,

it is outrageous behavior.

I think the public should expose the problems now,

so as to warn those who commit evil deeds.

Everyone will condemn them, it is not the end

after they have done the persecution."

In Mainland China, it is common practice for the regime

to persecute human rights lawyers.

On Oct. 22, 2013, several hundred lawyers launched

a signatory campaign.

They requested the law administration to reinstate

the licenses of lawyers including Tang Jietian and others

who were deprived their rights by having

their licenses confiscated.

Beijing lawyer Xie Yanyi, one of the organizers

of the signatory campaign, says that the majority of these

conscientious lawyers enrage the regimes because they

defended the victims of land demolishing, human rights

activists, dissidents, religious people and more.

Liu Shihui: “The Communist system itself is against

and ignores the law.

It is authoritarian, it certainly doesn’t hope for rule of law.

The administrative organ, the court and the procuratorate

are law abusers.

They don’t implement the law, and if they do, it means

they damage their own foundation."

Lawyer Gao Zhisheng was arrested several times because

he appealed to the high level leadership, requesting the end

to the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.

As a result, Gao was illegally arrested, detained

and sentenced, and was even brutally tortured.
