【新唐人2014年02月21日訊】海南省副省長冀文林日前被調查，這已經是中共前政治局常委、政法委書記周永康的第四位秘書落馬了。大陸媒體毫不隱諱周永康與冀文林的關係，並且報導數量呈爆炸式的湧現。外界評價，周永康案「呼之慾出」，但是何時會被拋出呢？時政評論家們不約而同的指向中共的「兩會」之前。這是為甚麼呢？一起去看看。
在海南省副省長冀文林被調查的消息公開後，大陸媒體海量報導了冀文林的經歷、性格特點、朋友圈子、與「中石油」貪腐案的關係等內幕。
其中最引人注意的消息是：冀文林是周永康第四位落馬的秘書。
從1998年到2008年，冀文林在各地、各部門中一直擔任周永康的秘書，相較於周永康的「大秘」郭永祥，冀文林有「貼身小秘書」之稱。
在此之前落馬的三位周永康的秘書是：原四川省委副書記、省人大副主任郭永祥，他在去年6月23號被調查；另外，原「中石油」副總經理李華林，是在去年8月27號被調查﹔四川省政協主席李崇禧，則在去年12月29號被調查。
大陸媒體還繪製了這四位秘書之間的關係圖。輿論普遍評價，周永康案呼之慾出。大陸時政分析人士華頗預測，應該在「兩會」前。
大陸時政分析人士華頗：「兩會上要敲定國安委人選。現在習最頭疼的就是政治反對派對他所實行的政策的攪局。最近對立面接連出招，陳光標到美國的那個鬧劇、離岸資金，再到東莞掃黃，最近熱炒的公務員嚷嚷的要漲工資……」
華頗認為，這都是中共內部現任領導層的對立派系，在暗中使出的損招。而現任中共領導人很可能拋出「周老虎」，以掃清障礙。
華頗：「這背後的問題都是對立面在調動一切力量，對習近平一些政策打橫炮、陽奉陰違。所以現在雙方在兩會當中可能還要有一輪的生死搏鬥。所以有可能在兩會之前，把周永康拋出來，來保障兩會的順利進行。」
冀文林落馬，還牽出了周永康另一位秘書李華林的陳年往事。據《中國經營報》調查，周永康長子周濱就讀美國「西南石油大學」，是李華林一手操辦的。1992年3月，李華林被「中石油天然氣總公司」派往美國休斯敦辦事處任副主任，當時周濱前往美西的德克薩斯州留學，畢業於美國「西南石油大學」的「大師兄」李華林，就成了照顧周濱的「保姆」。
大陸媒體對這一內容紛紛轉載，但20號又大量刪除。目前只有海外媒體保存報導。這是否暗示著周永康被拋出產生了變故？「兩會」前未必能見分曉？
旅美專欄作家、中國問題專家章天亮博士：「如果周永康這個案子不能查下去，那麼習近平就會非常的危險。因為黨內鬥爭從來都是你死我活的，你這邊一撤，那就是示弱了。那麼中共那些老『官油子』們，誰強就站在哪一邊。對習近平來說，走到這一步，已經沒有任何退路了。」
國際輿論認為，周永康的最大罪行是在維穩期間迫害中國民眾、尤其是活摘法輪功學員器官的「反人類罪」。
旅美專欄作家章天亮博士分析，現在不僅是周永康的黨羽被清理乾淨了，而且他背後的「老老虎們」也被曝光得差不多了。很典型的一個例子就是「陳光標事件」，等於是周永康的後臺勢力——曾慶紅、羅幹、江澤民等「血債派」，已經自己跳到前臺來了。
再一個就是有關「離岸資金」的解密事件，章天亮認為，這也是江澤民集團有意放的料。
章天亮：「他們是大貪官，但竟然沒有他們的資料。這已經表明瞭他們是幕後的操作者。這兩件事做完後，對習近平來說，他應該就比較放心了。你們還有甚麼殺手鐧？到此為止！在兩會期間公布，我想時機是比較成熟的。」
據報導，冀文林被查，與周永康的所有「據點」——四川官場、石油系統、政法系統，有密切關係。而周永康目前被關在內蒙古一處秘密地方，接受調查。他的長子周濱也在同處被押。

Four secretaries sacked.
When will Zhou Yongkang be thrown out?
Hainan Vice-Governor Ji Wenlin has recently
been investigated.
He is the fourth sacked secretary of Zhou Yongkang who was
a former CCP Politburo Standing Committee official.
His position was secretary of Politics and Law Committee.
Mainland media doesn’t hide relations between Zhou Yongkang
and Ji Wenlin, and the reports emerged explosively.
Outside reports commented, when Zhou Yongkang’s case
will be released to the public? But also when will they throw it out?
Political commentary believes it will happen during
CCP’s “two sessions". Lets take a look at the facts.
After publicly releasing Hainan Vice-Governor Ji Wenlin’s
investigation,
mainland media reported on Ji Wenlin’s experience, his character,
circle of friends and his corrupt relations with “PetroChina.”
One of the most notable pieces of news, is that Ji Wenlin
is Zhou Yongkang’s fourth sacked secretary.
From 1998 to 2008, Ji Wenlin served as Zhou
Yongkang’s secretary in various departments and places.
Comparing him in light of the “big secret" Guo Yongxiang,
Ji Wenlin was known as “personal secretary".
Three former secretaries sacked before him are:
deputy secretary of Sichuan Provincial Committee
and Provincial People’s Congress deputy director Guo Yongxiang,
was investigated June 23 2013;
former deputy general manager of “PetroChina" Li Hualin,
was investigated August 27;
and Sichuan Provincial People’s political consultative conference
Chairman Li Chongxi, was also investigated Dec. 29.
Mainland media also drew conclusions between
the four Secretaries.
Public opinion generally believed Zhou Yongkang’s case is ready
for release.
Mainland political watcher Hua Po estimated it should be
before the “two sessions".
Mainland political watcher Hua Po: “Two sessions will decide
and finalize candidates for the National Security Committee.
The trouble Xi Jinping faces is his political opposition,
making for trouble on this policy.
Recently, they attacked issues related to Chen Guangbiao’s
farce in the US,
offshore funds, Dongguan’s anti-vice, and most recent of all
the civil servants’ request for a pay raise…… “
Hua Po believes that these are all corrosive tricks played
by the opposition factions within the CCP leadership.
The current leaders are likely to throw “Tiger Zhou" out in order
to clear up such obstacles.
Hua Po: “The problem behind all of this, are those
opposition factions,
who are mobilizing forces to speak unanimously to act
in unison toXi Jinping’s policies.
So there will be life-and-death struggles between both sides in
the two sessions.
To ensure smooth conduct of the two sessions, they
might throw Zhou Yongkang out first.”
Ji Wenlin’s falling is likely to place focus upon another of
Zhou Yongkang’s secretaries, Li Hualin’s.
According to “China Business", Li Hualin totally handled Zhou
Yongkang’s eldest son, Zhou Bin,
study sessions at the US Southwest Petroleum University.
March of 1992, Li Hualin was assigned as Houston office
deputy director by China National Petroleum Co.
At the same time, Zhou bin went to study in Texas and the
“Big Brother" who graduated from the Southwest
Petroleum University Li Hualin, became Zhou bin’s nanny.
Mainland media have reproduced this content but deleted most
of it on the 20th.
Currently, it can only be read upon overseas reports.
Does this imply there is an incident connected to Zhou Yongkang’s
dismissal, with no outcome before two sessions?
US-based columnist, China expert Dr. Zhang Tianliang: “Xi
Jinping will get very bad if Zhou Yongkang’s case
cannot be further investigated.
Because there are power struggles within the party, they are
like power struggles between life-and-death.
It is a sign of weakness to withdraw and the CCP old officials
will just stand on the side that’s most strong.
There is no easy way out for Xi Jinping."
International public opinion believes Zhou Yongkang’s biggest
crime was to persecute people during the stability maintenance,
especially the “against humanity crime" of organ harvesting
from living Falun Gong practitioners.
US columnist Dr. Zhang Tianliang analyzed, now its not only Zhou
Yongkang’s partisan who have been cleaned up,
but also the “old tigers" behind him have also been
exposed too.
A typical example, the “Chen Guangbiao event" is tantamount to
Zhou Yongkang backup forces –
the likes of Zeng Qinghong, Luo Gan, Jiang Zemin and other
“blood debt faction" have jumped to the fore-front.
Another issue is the “offshore funds" decryption event.
Dr. Zhang believes that this was intentionally released by Jiang.
Chapter dawn: “They are big and corrupt officials, but there was
no information connected to them.
It means they are the operators behind all things.
There are two issues to be acknowledged.
For Xi Jinping, he should find relief with these two issues now.
What chance do all the bad elements, Jiang’s faction now have.
its the end for these people.
It is this issue that should come to the front of all things
during the two sessions.”
It’s said that Ji Wenlin’s investigation is closely related to all
Zhou Yongkang’s “stronghold." –
Sichuan officialdom, petroleum systems, political and legal systems.
Zhou Yongkang is currently under investigation in a
secret place in Inner Mongolia.
His eldest son, Zhou Bin, he too is being held at the same place.
