2月20號，中共黨媒《新華網》高調報導，原四川漢龍集團董事局主席劉漢等36人，因涉嫌組織、領導、參加黑社會組織，和殺人及非法經營等，被檢方正式提起公訴。
報導說，劉漢擁有的「漢龍集團」是四川最大的民營企業，旗下擁有數十家子公司，資產高達數百億元人民幣。但是劉漢的資本積纍過程卻充滿血腥，他的 「黑金帝國」涉嫌實施故意殺人、故意傷害、非法拘禁等嚴重刑事犯罪案件數十起，造成九人死亡 ，而九名被害人中有五人是被槍殺。
《美聯社》的報導則指出，劉氏案件涉及四川政商勾結的黑幕。
大陸《財新網》也在20號報導說，劉漢是前中共政法委書記周永康之子周濱的生意夥伴，有投資往來。報導還引用案例，暗示劉漢涉嫌賄賂周濱、周永康。
而海外媒體對於劉漢與周永康的關係則早有披露，據《新紀元週刊》去年3月底報導，劉漢兄弟與周永康官商勾結，是周永康在四川的馬仔。
報導還說，劉漢案涉及多名中共前政治局常委，劉漢的換帖兄弟、成都「會展集團」董事長鄧鴻和前中共黨魁江澤民交情甚深。
北京維權人士曹順利處昏迷狀態
北京維權人士曹順利在被當局以「尋釁滋事」罪名關押了5個多月之後，2月20號從看守所被送往醫院，目前處於昏迷狀態。
曹順利的律師王宇告訴本臺記者，曹順利現在在重症監護室，插著呼吸機，人已經完全昏迷，情況危急，但是醫生拒絕透露具體病情。
王宇介紹，曹順利患有肝病，但是看守所拒絕給她治療。之前，律師多次提出取保候審，讓曹順利就醫，也都遭到當局的拒絕。
曹順利長期爭取民間參與中國「國家人權報告」的編撰工作，去年9月，她在準備前往瑞士日內瓦參加聯合國人權會議時，在北京機場被抓，被關押至今。
馮小剛批評中共審查制度
中國知名電影導演馮小剛，日前在接受西方媒體記者採訪時，批評中共的審查制度，而馮小剛因執導中共《央視》馬年的春晚，被中國網民廣泛批評。
據「英國廣播公司」《BBC》中文網報導，馮小剛表示，在中國，導演是「戴著腳鐐在舞臺上跳舞」，因為「政府不想你把民族的陰暗、黑暗的東西拍出來。」 因此，很多人選擇拍歷史題材的作品，因為審查會容易些。

Is It Related to Zhou Yongkang?
On February 20, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) media
mouthpiece “Xinhua" website reported 36 people suspected of
organizing, leading and participating in the underworld mafia
organization, murder and illegal business, etc.
Former chairman of the Sichuan Hanlong Group, Liu Han
was also arrested. All 36 were prosecuted.
The report said “Hanlong Group" is the largest private
enterprise in Sichuan, which owns dozens of subsidiaries
with several hundred million yuan of assets.
However, Liu Han’s capital accumulation is full of blood.
His “black gold empire" is suspected of intentional homicide,
intentional injury, illegal detention and dozens other serious
criminal cases, resulting in nine deaths, and five shootings.
Associated Press pointed out that Liu’s case involved
collusion between the government and business in Sichuan.
On February 20, Mainland “Caixin" also reported that Liu Han
is the business partner of former secretary of the Politics and
Law Commission Zhou Yongkang’s son Zhou Bin.
They have investment exchanges.
The report also cited cases allegeing Liu Han is under
suspicion of bribing Zhou Bin and Zhou Yongkang.
The foreign media already disclosed Liu Han and Zhou
Yongkang’s relationship.
At the end of last March, “epochweek" reported the Liu Han
brothers are Zhou Yongkang’s cowboys in Sichuan and in
collusion with Zhou Yongkang.
The report also said Liu Han’s case involved many former
CCP Politburo Standing Committee members.
Liu Han’s sworn brother, the chairman of Chengdu “Exhibition
and Travel Group" Chairman Deng Hong is the best friend of
the former CCP leader Jiang Zemin.
Beijing activist Cao ShunliI In a Coma
Beijing activist Cao Shunli has been held on charge of creating
disturbances for 5 months by the authorities.
On February 20, she was sent to the hospital in a coma.
Cao Shunli’s lawyer Wang Yu told reporters she is in the
intensive care unit unconscious on a breathing machine.
But the doctor refused to disclose detailed information even
if she is in critical condition.
Wang Yu said Cao Shunli suffered from liver disease, but the
detention center refused to give her treatment.
Previously, lawyers repeatedly asked for bail to let her go to
the hospital and were refused by the authorities.
Cao Shunli struggled to privately participate in long term
compilation work on China’s “National Human Rights Report".
Last September, she was arrested at Beijing airport when
preparing to go to Geneva, Switzerland to attend the
United Nations Conference on Human Rights.
Feng Xiaogang Criticizes Chinese Communist Party Censorship
Famous Chinese film director Feng Xiaogang recently criticized
the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) censorship in the interview
with Western reporters.
He was criticized by Chinese netizens for directing CCP’s
“CCTV" Spring Festival.
According to the BBC Chinese network coverage, Feng said
in China, the director is “dancing with leg irons" because “the
CCP does not want you to show the nation’s dark side."
So it is easier to pass the review for historical themes.
