Facebook

Guangda Case Main Character Yang Jianbo As a Scapegoat

Turmoil happened again around the 2013 Everbright

Securities Fraud Case.

The main character Yang Jianbo sued the Chinese Communist

Party (CCP) Securities Commission.

He exposed that Shanghai Securities Regulatory Bureau and

the Shanghai Stock Exchange did not prevent the transaction

although they had prior knowledge about the transactions

which was conducted under the guidance of China Financial

Futures Hotline.

Yang Jianbo claiming he had been wronged

as the scapegoat of CCP leaders.

While the Everbright Securities Case is fading away from

public attention, Everbright Securities former Chief

Investment Officer Yang Jianbo started administrative

proceedings at Beijing First Intermediate People’s Court.

On February 8, he began suing the Securities Commission and

requesting the court to revoke his punishment.

At 11:00p.m. on August 16, 2013, the Shanghai Stock Index

jumped nearly six percent in a short time.

For a while, 71 key blue chips stocks stopped increasing.

Only two minutes later the index declined sharply

and the day ended with an overall decline.

Everbright Securities’ 7 billion yuan deal shook the entire

stock market of more than 20 trillion yuan.

Yang Jianbo recalls that the regulatory authorities

and police agencies all knew about the transactions.

There was no objection.

China Financial Futures Exchange also reminded him

over the phone not to put in too much blank order.

Later, the Securities Commission ruled that Yang Jianbo

and four other employees of “Everbright Securities" directly

involved in the transaction were suspected of insider dealing

and they were banned for life from entering the stock market.

Yang Jianbo recently told the media that he was wronged

and had become the scapegoat of CCP leaders.

News commentator Lan Shu: “Yang Jianbo should have

support to speak out at this time.

Someone does not like Jiang Zemin. Not sure if it is

Xi Jingping or Li Keqiang."

The Everbright Securities Case occurred before the trial

of former Chongqing Party Secretary Bo Xilai.

According to Xu Chongyang, the victim of the Bo Xilai case,

before Bo’s trial, the family called him and asked him not to

disclose the inside information of the Bo Xilai case.

Bo’s brother Bo Xiyong who was the VP at Everbright Bank

wanted to meet him.

They also emphasized that the Bo family was still powerful.

Xu Chongyang: “He said: Let me tell you, Bo’s family can

manipulate the stock market, for example, skyrocketing.

They can ruin China’s financial system and cause economic

downfall to the Xi Jinping regime.

Economic downfall is the same as political downfall."

Overseas media reported recently that former CCP veterans

requested for the investigation of former secretary of the

Politics and Law Committee Zhou Yongkang to go on hold.

They threatened Xi Jinping that if he did not promptly

adjust the anti-corruption activities, China would be in chaos.

They criticized Xi Jinping for delegating too much to party

secretary of CCP Central Disciplinary Committee Wang Qishan

which had led conflicts to the top, causing so-called extremely

bad political effects.

Lan Shu: “It is the critical time of the conflicts between the

Jiang faction and the fifth generation of the CCP leadership.

CCP internal handling of issues does not go through the

judicial process and does not require judicial investigation.

People behind Zhou Yongkang, with huge power, from Jiang

Zemin to Zeng Qinghong, their corruption issues will not be

investigated further."

In late December 2013, former CCP Vice Ministry

of Public Security Minister Li Dongsheng was dismissed.

CCP officials media emphasized his role at the “610 Office."

Commentators think current CCP leaders are releasing

signals to the outside world:

They do not want to be held responsible for the persecution

of Falun Gong started by former CCP leader Jiang Zemin.

This has triggered Jiang’s fraction’s extreme fear

and frenzied counterattacks.

On January 7, 2014, the so-called “First Chinese philanthropist"

Chen Guangbiao of Jiang’s faction held a farce in New York.

On January 21, Jiang’s group released the Offshore Asset

Scandal, a “time bomb" set up by Zhou Yongkang before his

arrest, letting out death warning to Xi Jinping, Hu Jintao, Wen

Jiabao, etc.It is to send the signal of “Dying together".

The outside world noted these actions by the Jiang faction

angered Xi Jinping.

On January 30, on Chinese New Year’s Eve, Ji Jianye was

dismissed. Ji is Jiang Zemin’s ‘house manager’ in Yangzhou.

Subsequently CCP official media emphasized

to hold leaders accountable for group corruption.

Recently, there was a series of news about separations

of the Jiang faction.

Hong Kong’s February 2014 Chingming magazine reported

in November 2013 that retired standing committee member

We Banggo of the Jang faction suggested removing “Jiang

Zemin Office" at Zhongnanhai.

On February 16, Hong Kong’s Oriental Daily published a report

titled: It is Said Huang Huahua Reported Two Hundred

High-Ranking Corrupt Officials.

The report alleges former Governor of Guangdong Province

Huang Huahua of the Jiang faction reported corruption issues

of Jiang’s faction including Zen Qinghong.

Recently number one “strategic think tanker" of the Jiang

faction and former CCP Vice President Zeng Qinghong was

said to become a target.

News about corruption of Zeng’s son Zeng Yong was

exposed. It seems Zeng Yong is under house arrest.
