【新唐人2013年10月16日訊】余姚數千災民示威 抗議救災不力
10月15號，數千餘姚市民聚集在余姚市政府門前示威，抗議當局救災不力，和對外界隱瞞當地災情的嚴重。
示威人群中有人舉出「毛宏芳60分下臺」的標語，以抗議市委書記先前對自己救災工作打60分的言論。
他們砸毀多輛公務車，並拆下市政府門口圍欄，和政府牆上掛著的「為人民服務」的金字標語。
近兩千防暴警察到場維穩，驅逐示威者時，雙方發生衝突，有民眾被打傷流血，數十人被抓走。
示威人群與警察對峙一整天，入夜以後還沒有完全散去。
浙江省余姚市最近因受颱風「菲特」影響，發生嚴重洪水災害，目前災情仍未完全解除，但是當地卻爆發了多起大規模抗議事件。
10月11號，大量憤怒的市民，因不滿《寧波電視臺》配合當局隱瞞災情而堵路砸車。
10月9號，余姚當局在大水未退的情況下，出動警力抓捕了兩名發表所謂「不實信息」的居民，引來眾人指責。
冀中星辯護律師：判刑過重
而今年7月發生在北京首都機場的爆炸案，10月15號一審宣判，冀中星被當局以爆炸罪判處有期徒刑六年。
冀中星的辯護律師劉曉原認為，法院對冀中星的定罪錯誤，且判決過重。他表示，冀中星當時沒有傷害無辜的意圖，至多屬於過失爆炸。過失爆炸沒有造成嚴重後果，也不構成過失爆炸罪，更不構成爆炸罪。
劉曉原表示，冀中星原來已經身體癱瘓，在爆炸案中又失去了左手，對社會不會造成危害，法庭在3到10年的刑期中，選擇判處6年，還稱為「輕判」，不可理解。
冀中星的哥哥冀中吉，也對媒體表示，判決不公，他們一家已經決定上訴。
大陸維權人士郭飛雄被正式逮捕
大陸維權人士郭飛雄已經被正式批捕，郭飛雄的代理律師10月15號獲知這個消息。
今年8月8號，郭飛雄被警方以「涉嫌聚眾擾亂公共場所秩序罪」拘押。郭飛雄的代理律師藺其磊、隋牧青，先後六次試圖會見郭飛雄都被拒絕。
據大陸《維權網》報導，律師到廣州天河區檢察院對天河區公安局長金衛，和看守所所長潘偉其提出刑事控告，天河區的檢察官告訴他們，郭飛雄已在9月11號被批捕。
但郭飛雄的家人和律師並沒有收到警方的逮捕通知，或其他法律文書。

Thousands Of Citizens Protest In Yuyao
On Oct. 15, thousands of Yuyao citizens gathered
in front of the city hall.
They protested that the regime didn’t fully help citizens
during the flood, and covered up the serious situation.
Protesters held banners “Down 60-mark Mao Hongfang".
This was against the City Party Secretary giving herself a
mark of 60 as achievement for rescue work during the flood.
Protesters smashed several officials’ vehicles, and
demolished the fence outside the office building.
They took down the sign “serve for the people"
from the wall of the building.
Nearly two thousand police arrived at the site, where
they dispersed protesters. Both sides clashed.
Some protesters were beaten and injured.
Many people were arrested.
Protesters and police had a confrontation for the whole day,
by the evening, some people still stayed at the site.
Yuyao City has been affected by Typhoon Fitow,
causing severe floodding.
Now the alert hasn’t been completely removed.
Several major protests occurred.
On Oct. 11, many outraged citizens smashed cars on road
against Ningbo Television currying favor with the regime
by not truthfully reporting on the real flood situation.
On Oct. 9, the flood situation was still severe in Yuyao.
However the regime sent police to arrest two citizens for
spreading “false information", It caused public anger.
Lawyer: Beijing Airport Bomber Heavily Sentenced
In July, a disabled petitioner set off a bomb
at Beijing Capital Airport.
On Oct. 15, the bomber, Ji Zhongxing was sentenced to six
years imprisonment for the allegation of causing an explosion
in a public place.
Ji’s defense lawyer Liu Xiaoyuan says that
the court is wrong, the sentence is too heavy.
Liu says Ji Zhongxing hadn’t intended to harm innocent
people, or intended to set off the bomb, it was negligence.
The bomb didn’t cause serious damage, it should constitute a
negligence explosive offense.
Ji should not be charged with an explosion crime.
Liu Xiaoyan says that Ji had been paralyzed, in addition,
he lost his left hand in the explosion.
He couldn’t do any harm to the society. He faced up to the
range of three to 10 years in prison.
the court sentenced him to six years, and claimed it was a
lenient sentence. Liu said he couldn’t understand it.
Ji Zhongxing’s brother told media that it is injustice,
they will appeal against the sentence.
Dissident Guo Feixiong Arrested
Activist Guo Feixiong was arrested. Guo’s defense lawyer
obtained the news on Oct. 15.
On Aug. 8, Guo was detained for the allegations of
“gathering a crowd to disrupt order in a public place."
Guo’s defense lawyers Lin Qilei and Sui Muqing tried
six times to visit Xiong but were denied by the regime.
Chinese Human Rights Defenders reported that lawyers went
to Tianhe District Procuratorate, Guangzhou.
They were suing police chief Jin Heng and director of
detention center Pan Weiqi.
At that time, Tianhe District Procuratorate officer told them
that Guo was officially arrested on Sept. 11.
However, Guo’s family and his lawyers didn’t received
any notice or legal documents from the police.
