【新唐人2013年10月14日訊】浙江監獄：不歡迎外國人探朱虞夫
現年60歲的中國杭州人權活動人士朱虞夫，去年2月，被中共當局以「涉嫌煽動顛覆國家政權罪」起訴，並獲有期徒刑7年。
今年9月底，美國「對華援助」組織公開了朱虞夫妹妹的一份來信，信中寫道：朱虞夫目前身體狀況已經極差，我們家人很擔心朱虞夫意志力的崩潰，擔心他熬不過層出不窮的精神摧殘，同時我們也對浙江監獄這樣對待一個良心犯，而感到極度憤怒，並表示強烈抗議。
10月12號，美國現年70歲的猶太人馬庫斯醫生，攜帶基本藥物和測量血壓等醫療器械，與人權活動家克尼斯（Kody Kness）及朱虞夫妻子和女兒，前往監獄探望獄中的朱虞夫。
他們遭到獄方的粗暴對待，克尼斯的手機一度被搶走，馬庫斯最後希望能把她帶的營養藥物轉交給朱虞夫，也遭到拒絕。
馬庫斯當時還持有「朱虞夫遭到任意拘禁」的相關文件，是由聯合國人權委員會「任意拘禁工作小組」提供，不過獄方卻說「不管甚麼聯合國不聯合國的」，那裏「不歡迎外國人」。
美國駐華領事館已經獲知此事，並表示會和中方交涉。
央視不敢報導的浙江餘姚災情！
另外，浙江寧波的餘姚市前不久遭逢「菲特」颱風，當地政府救災不力，近來民怨沸騰。

浙江網友10月12號深入餘姚重災區，看到一片汪洋，到處死畜鼓漲，通訊全無！
網友說，美國遭卡特里娜颶風，《央視》全程直播！中國餘姚遭百年洪災，《央視》為何不全程直播？中國人的命很賤嗎？
網友「想流浪的黑」也發帖表示：我在餘姚（梨洲街道竹山村周家蘆棚），這裏的水還是很深！已經發臭！
另有網友（「讀天下張憲軍」）說：進餘姚勝一村的路上，這裏的水位到昨天為止還是沒有退，最深處到我的腰部，因家裡信號很差，六天沒來電了，電話聯繫不上，擔心家人，就進去看望。我想藉助微博的力量讓更多的人知道現狀，讓政府重視起來，快來解救這裏。這裏一片死寂，水面上浮著很多垃圾，已經發臭。
貴陽中學生遭強迫 偽裝特警強拆
而據《中國茉莉花革命》網站13號報導，貴州貴陽市金華鎮上鋪村星期六發生強拆事件，約2500名中學生被校方強迫，偽裝成特警人員，參與了公安等多家單位的拆遷過程。
強拆大軍中，絕大部分是當地的中學生。他們被迫穿上黑色特警服，冒充特警，參與強拆，一些學生甚至穿上軍訓服，冒充治安隊員。學生表示，校方領導下了命令，他們不得不服從。
網友認為，「強拆工作，有理智的人，發高工資也不會參與，只能派中學生，可悲。」﹑「讓學生當替死鬼，可惡。」
還有網友說：「城管、武警、特警、公安、良心發現，不願當拆遷罪人？（還是）上級領導命令不讓參與拆遷？」

Zhejiang Prison: Westerners Not Welcome
To See Zhu Yufu
60-year-old Zhu Yufu, human rights activist in Hangzhou,
was accused of “inciting subversion of state power".
Zhu was sentenced to seven years in jail.
In September, US-based China Aid published a letter from
Zhu’s sister.
The letter said Zhu’s health had deteriorated.
His family was very worried that he would collapse
and be unable to endure repeated mental torture.
The family lodged their strong protest against Zhejiang
Prison on how they treat a prisoner of conscience.
On Oct. 12, 70-year-old American Dr. Devra Marcus along
with human rights advocate Kody Kness and Zhu’s wife and
daughter took medicines and a blood-pressure pump to the
prison to see Zhu.
The prison officers refused them access, and
temporarily confiscated Kness’ mobile phone.
Dr. Marcus wanted to leave the medicines for Zhu,
but this was also refused.
Dr. Marcus had documents provided by the UN Human
Rights Council.
They were about"Zhu Yufu subjected to arbitrary detention".
The prison officers replied that foreigners were not welcome,
they didn’t care about the UN.
The US Embassy has heard about the incident,
and was to negotiate with Chinese side.
The Party TV Didn’t Report Truthfully On The State Of
Yuyao’s Flooding Situation
Yuyao City in Zhejiang Province was hit by Typhoon Fitow.
The local party office didn’t fully help, making people angry.
On the afternoon of Oct. 13, netizens posted on Weibo:
“China’s Central TV (CCTV) dared not report disasters!"
On Oct. 12, Zhejiang netizens went to Yuyao flooding area.
There were dead animals everywhere and communication
there was cut off.
Netizens said that the CCTV made live reports
on US Hurricane Katrina.
Why didn’t they report on Yuyao’s severe flooding which
happens once a century. Are Chinese people’s lives cheaper?
A netizen posted: “I am in Yuyao,
the water is still very deep and stinks!"
Another netizen said that when passing by Shengyi village,
the water level remained the same, it was up to waist level.
The signal is poor at home, there was no electricity for
six days.
He couldn’t call his home, he was worried for his family so
he went home to look.
He hoped via Weibo to let people know the true situation.
He hopes the regime can pay attention to it, rescuing people
quickly.
He said it was deadly quiet there; rubbish was floating
on the water, which was very stinky.
Guiyang Students Forced To Wear Police Uniforms
And Participate In Demolition
On Oct. 13, molihua.org reported an illegal demolition took
place in Shangpu village, Guiyang City, Guizhou last Saturday.
2,500 secondary students were forced by the school to pretend
to be special police and join the demolition with other units.
The majority of the participants were students.
They were forced to wear police black uniform
and act as special police.
Some were forced to wear army uniform
to act as the security team.
The students said that the school leaders ordered them, and
they had to listen.
Netizens said: “Sensible people will not participate in it
even they are paid high wages.
The regime can only send students, how shameful!"
“To let students be blamed, it’s very bad!"
Some netizens questioned: “Are quasi police, armed police,
special police and the police awakened?
Didn’t they want to commit crimes of demolition?
Or did their superior leaders order them not to participate?"
