【新唐人2013年02月08日訊】王登朝案二審 律師退庭抗議

備受各界關注的深圳警察王登朝維權一案，2月7號在深圳市中級法院二審開庭，因法庭壓制王登朝和辯護律師的發言，導致庭上辯論無法正常進行，王登朝的辯護律師李金星及李靜林，在庭審結束前，憤然離場抗議。

據《自由亞洲電臺》報導，李金星表示，法庭很明顯就是要完成程序，而不是查證事實。他們當庭告訴王登朝，這樣的法庭，他們沒有辦法履行辯護律師的職責，維護他的合法權益，律師要求解除辯護授權。

李金星說，按規定，被告在沒有律師的代表下，法官應該立即休庭，等被告另聘律師後才可以再開庭，但這個法官竟然無視法規，繼續進行。

當天法庭外還聚集了大批聲援者，數百名警察和便衣在法院外值勤，許多從外地來聲援王登朝的維權人士被阻擋在法庭外，王登朝的親屬也只有8人獲准旁聽。

王登朝是原深圳市公安局羅湖分局三級警察，去年3月8號，他因籌備大型民主集會被抓。11月，深圳法院以妨礙公務罪和貪污罪判處王登朝14年監禁，王登朝不服一審判決，提出上訴。

中共獎勵羅馬尼亞前秘密警察頭目

《美聯社》2月6號報導，中共駐羅馬尼亞大使館於2月3號舉辦一個活動，頒獎給羅馬尼亞齊奧塞斯庫獨裁統治期間的前國家安全局局長尤利安‧弗拉德（Iulian Vlad），理由是他為中羅兩國友好作出了貢獻。

報導引述政治評論人士斯泰利安‧譚納西（Stelian Tanase）的觀點，認為中共的這一授獎，是獎勵「過去的幽靈」，也表明中共當局鼓勵鎮壓異見人士，拒絕歡迎民主。

中共獎勵前羅馬尼亞秘密警察頭子的消息，也引起中羅兩國網友的議論。

很多羅馬尼亞網友對弗拉德過去的罪行表示「不能原諒」，認為「中共的授獎並未考慮弗拉德的劣跡」。中國網友也認為，中共的頒獎無異於給羅馬尼亞民眾一種羞辱。

弗拉德1987年至1989年擔任國家安全局局長期間，羅馬尼亞情報部門的線人估計有76萬，當時的文件至今還沒有公開，今天的羅馬尼亞人對共產黨獨裁時代的秘密警察，仍然心有餘悸。1989年羅馬尼亞革命後，弗拉德因為參與鎮壓「反共暴政」而被判刑25年，入獄4年後獲釋。

Second trial of Wang Dengchao: Lawyer left in protest.

On February 7th the second rights protection trial of

Shenzhen police officer Wang Dengchao commenced at Shenzhen Intermediate People’s court.

Wang and the attorney were stopped from speaking by the

court, which led to debate that the case could not be proceed.

Before the trial ended, defense lawyer Li Jinxing and Li

Jinglin angrily protested the suppression by walking out court.

According to report of Radio Free Asia, Li Jinxing said the

judge obviously wanted to finish the process, rather than check facts.

Both lawyers told Wang in the court that in such a situation

they had no way of carrying out the duties of a defense lawyer to safeguard his legitimate rights and interests.

The lawyers asked to be relieved of the defense authorization.

Li Jinxing said, according to regulation, if a person is without

a defending lawyer, the judge should immediately

adjourn the case until another defending lawyer was hired.

The judge ignored the regulation and continued on.

A large number of supporters gathered outside the court and

hundreds of police and plainclothes were on guard outside.

Many human rights activists from other places

were blocked from entering the court.

Only eight relatives of Wang were allowed to attend.

Wang is a third degree police officer in Luohu branch of

Shenzhen Public security bureau.

Because of reparations for a large-scale democracy rally,

on March 8th last year, he was arrested.

In November, Shenzhen people’s court sentenced him to 14

years imprisonment for interfering with public functions and embezzlement.

Wang didn’t agree the first trial and appealed.

Chinese communists rewarded Romania’s former secret police leader.

On February 6th the Associated Press reported the Chinese

embassy in Romania held an award activity on February 3rd.

It was to award Iulian Vlad. He was former national

security secretary of Ceausescu the dictator.

The reason he was rewarded was for contributions to

sino-romanian bilateral friendship.

Stelian Tanase.

He thought the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) award is

to reward “ghosts of the past".

It also showed that the CPP encouraged repression of

dissidents and refused to be democratic.

News of the CCP rewarding the former Romanian secret

police chief also caused discussion from netizens in China and Romania.

Many Romanian netizens said they “cannot forgive

Vlad’s past crimes".

They thought the CCP’s award did not take into consideration

Vlad’s past.

Chinese netizens believed that the CCP’s award was to

humiliate Romanian people.

From 1987 to 1989 Vlad served as leader of the

national security bureau.

Informers for the Romanian intelligence department

were estimated at 760,000.Even now the file is still not open.

Today, Romanians still fear the secret police of the

Communist dictatorship era.

After the Romanian revolution in 1989, Vlad was involved

in suppressing anti-communists.

He was sentenced to 25 years in. prison and

released after serving four years.
