Facebook

Many Military Airplanes Cruise Around Diaoyu Islands.

Sino-Japanese Conflict Intensifies.

On the afternoon of January 10th many Chinese fighter planes

entered north of Diaoyu Islands into Japan’s air defense circle.

Japan Air Self-Defense Force F-15J immediately

confronted the unexpected challengers.

This is the second time this year for the Chinese aircraft to

enter the Diaoyu (Senkaku) Islands’ airspace.

China has been sending ocean surveillance ships, maritime

surveillance aircraft and military aircraft to the Diaoyu Islands.

Will China start a war with Japan?

Let’s look at the report.

According to Japan’s NHK report, aircraft of three types of

fighter planes flew over from north of the Diaoyu Islands.

They breached Japan’s air defense identification circle and

remained there all day.

Japan’s “Kyodo News" reported, Japanese Defense Ministry

officials said that the Chinese fighter planes, including J-7

and J-10, flew into the “air defense identification circle,

but did not go into Japan’s “airspace".

Currently, Japan’s defense ministry has strengthened their

vigilance of the Diaoyu (Senkaku) Islands.

They denied they would fire warning shots at the Chinese aircraft.

Wu Fan, a political commentator reviewed the recent actions

of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

From declaration of sovereignty over the Diaoyu Islands,

dispatching ocean surveillance ship, maritime surveillance

aircraft, and military aircraft, the confrontation between

China and Japan has gradually intensified. The shadow of war has emerged.

Wu Fan: “The Chinese people dislike the CCP, and it is a fact.

However, the CCP has set off nationalism

to instigate people’s hatred of the Japanese.

So, to some extent, they would support

the CCP to fight against Japan.

Meanwhile, it also arouses the same sentimentality for the Japanese,

who have never admitted being a defeated nation after WWII."

On January 9th a website survey in Mainland China asked:

If Japan fired a photo-elastic missile at Chinese aircraft, how should China react?

Among more than 20,000 respondents, 63.5% chose “with a

superior counterattack, or using live ammunition". 34.1 % of people chose “same riposte.

Wu Fan believes that China and Japan have new leaders,

but China and Japan’s economy are not good.

Japan’s economy has declined for 20 years.

Judging from the current situation, the two countries want to

take the road of militarism to stimulate the national economy.

By developing arms, just like Nazi Germany, the former Soviet

Union and the U.S. during World War II.

Ever since Shinzo Abe, the Prime Minister of Japan, took office,

he has been actively preparing for military expansion.

Japanese Defense Ministry supplementary budget for the year

2012 was up to 212.4 billion yen.

In response to the Diaoyu Islands, special equipment funds were

applied for the Self-Defense Forces.

Abe also asked the Japanese defense ministry to strengthen

warning and surveillance over the Diaoyu Islands.

“Agence France-Presse” reported on January 9th it was alleged

that Japan will come up with 2.1 billion in the next few months.

This is an unconventional military spend, including a purchase

of the “Patriot surface-to-air anti-ballistic missile system".

It is also planned to upgrade four F-15 fighters.

The CCP new leader, Xi Jinping, also wants to strengthen

the country and the military.

Not long ago, Xi Jinping, during his “southern tour",

boarded the deck of “Haikou ship".

He inspected the cabin and the class schedule,

and also watched the live ammunition drill.

He also said that “to achieve the great rejuvenation of the

Chinese nation is the greatest dream in modern times.

In other words, that is a dream of a powerful country,

and a dream of a strong army.”

Xi Jinping wanted the army to remember: “A strong army

is capable of fighting a war and also winning a war.’

Wu Fan believes Xi Jinping may follow the same path of Deng

Xiaoping, who launched a war against Vietnam after taking power.

Wu Fan: “Xi Jinping, as far China is concerned,

hopes to have an external war.

If he can control the war and win it, he can elevate

his prestige and control the armed forces.”

The Multidimensional News Net said that China has dispatched

military aircraft against Japanese fighters.

This has completely turned the nature of the Diaoyu Islands

confrontation into a new dimension.

Wu Fan pointed out that incidents of “Southern Weekly" and

“Beijing News" have helped to raise the constitutional issue.

This has caused huge social repercussions and unrest.

At this moment, the CCP is sending military aircraft obviously

trying to transfer social conflicts into ethnic conflicts.

Wu Fan thinks, when a country faces internal and

external crises, a dictator will launch a war to divert people’s attention. That is his usual practice.

When the situation intensifies, there will be a good excuse

to exercise strict control over society.
