【新唐人2012年11月10日訊】現任重慶市委書記、江系要員之一的張德江，日前在中共十八大上，對記者回答了有關薄熙來案件和重慶的問題。他說，不清楚薄熙來何時受審，並且聲稱，根本就不存在「重慶模式」。對於張德江的這一「驚人」表態，外界是如何看的呢？其中又隱藏著甚麼原因？一起來看看。
薄熙來事件持續延燒到正在舉行的中共十八大。8號下午，重慶團的小組討論會，成為大批海內外記者關注的焦點，張德江出席了重慶團分組討論。針對薄熙來何時接受審判的問題，張德江指出，案子已進入司法程序，他不清楚審判日期。
而當記者問道：「薄熙來的『重慶模式』是不是會被否定？」張德江加重語氣回答。
張德江﹕「所謂的『重慶模式』，我認為根本就不存在『重慶模式』。」
張德江還說，重慶的改革開放政策不會改變。
時事評論員史達認為，張德江的態度表示薄熙來已經徹底倒臺。
時事評論員史達：「這表示薄熙來徹底倒臺了，不只是刑事犯罪的方式倒臺，而是中共政治路線鬥爭的方式。它（中共）內部血腥的路線鬥爭已經10幾次了，它的本質是不會變的。」
薄熙來主政重慶時，以所謂的「唱紅打黑」帶動經濟高速增長，並留下大量債務，這被外界稱為「重慶模式」。和汪洋的「廣東模式」相對立，「重慶模式」曾經被中共各大媒體廣泛報導，並一度「大紅大紫」。如今，張德江的否定，是中共中央高層首次對「重慶模式」作出的公開回應。
史達：「前幾年前那麼高調的『唱紅打黑』，那種『重慶模式』，現在一句話就『不存在』了，這跟中共歷史上說謊、流氓的做法、邪惡的本質是一脈相承的，蠻橫無理。完全流氓嘴臉。中共其實就兩點，一個就是騙，騙不了就殺。」
另外，時事評論員林子旭也指出，張德江是明明白白的在說謊。而他敢於在十八大上公開否定「重慶模式」，有兩種可能。
時事評論員林子旭：「張德江說『重慶模式』根本就不存在，那就和說薄熙來不存在是一樣的感覺。他敢於在公眾場合如此無視『重慶模式』，有兩種可能，要麼就是江家幫徹底失勢，張德江想用此來向胡錦濤表忠心﹔要麼就是江家幫內部已經達成協議，徹底拋棄薄熙來。」
在薄熙來被免職後，所謂的「重慶模式」也立即遭到封殺。如，重慶人民大禮堂前民眾唱紅歌的廣場立起了「綠色」告示牌，禁止唱紅歌﹔禁播商業廣告的《重慶衛視》，則出現一年多來的第一則酒類商業廣告。
隨後，中共副總理張德江這位江系要員被派去接管重慶，取代薄熙來。
林子旭：「從張德江的表現，我們能非常清晰的看到中共官員的說謊能力，他能在公眾場合（把）大家都熟知的東西說成不存在，而且還面不改色、心不跳的，甚麼叫『指鹿為馬』，大家應該清楚了吧？中共的體制培養的官員就是這個樣子的，為了自己的利益甚麼話都能說，甚麼人都能出賣，和誰都會想盡辦法切割。」
雖然不少網友認為「『重慶模式』本來就是個邪門歪道」，但也有人說張德江這是「牆倒眾人推」。
史達：「中共的鬥爭邪性就是這樣的，嗜血。共產黨內也鬥，誰鬥的最厲害，誰是鬥爭的『最高手』，他就存活下來。」
對於在薄熙來案中被殺害的英國商人海伍德，張德江說，到現在還沒聽說有證據證明海伍德是個間諜。
此外，針對進入政治局擔任常委的問題，張德江沒有正面回應，只是聲稱自己目前「心無旁鶩，聚精會神的參加十八大」。

Zhang Dejiang Denied Chongqing Model, Commentators Say there’s Two Major Possibilities
Zhang Dejiang is current Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
Chongqing Secretary, one of the major officials of Jiang Zemin’s faction.
In CCP 18th Congress, he told reporters his views
on Bo Xilai’s case and on Chongqing issues.
He said he doesn’t know when Bo Xilai will be tried.
He also said, there’s no “Chongqing model”.
How to see Zhang Dejiang’s words? Are there any secrets
behind them? Let’s see what commentators’ opinion is.
Bo Xilai’s case continues to be the topic of the ongoing
CCP 18th Congress. In the afternoon of November 8,
the Chongqing team panel discussion attracted a big number
of domestic and overseas reporters.
Zhang Dejiang participated the discussion and
was asked about Bo’s case.
Zhang said, the case is in the judicial process,
but he doesn’t know the trial date.
When a reporter asked: “Whether Bo’s ‘Chongqing model’
will be denied?” Zhang Dejiang emphatically answered:
Zhang Dejiang: ”The so-called ‘Chongqing model’.
I think the ‘Chongqing model’ simply doesn’t exist.”
Zhang also said that Chongqing will persist in
its reform and opening-up policy.
The political commentator Shi Da thought, Zhang Dejiang’s
attitude shows that Bo Xilai has been thoroughly shamed.
Shi Da: ”It shows Bo Xilai has been thoroughly demoted,
which is not like he is a criminal, but is in line with the CCP’s current political struggle.
The CCP’s bloody internal struggle has happened more than
10 times in the past. Its essence will not be changed.”
When Bo Xilai ruled Chongqing, he used the so-called
“Sing Red, Strike Black” to drive economic growth, but left a lot of debt.
This model is called “Chongqing Model”. It’s quite the opposite
of Wang Yang’s “Guangdong Model”.
The “Chongqing Model” was reported by each
of the CCP’s media and was very famous.
Now, Zhang Dejiang’s denial of it is the first public response
to it by CCP senior leaders.
Shi Da: ”In the last several years, CCP sang very highly
of ‘Sing Red, Strike Black’ which is also named the ‘Chongqing Model’.
Now the model has never existed according to
those who have denied it.
This is alignment with the CCP’s lying and scoundrel
actions as well as its evil nature is rude and unreasonable,
this is a villainous action, actually, the CCP uses two ways
the first is lying, and if lying doesn’t work, it will kill.”
The political commentator Lin Zixu also pointed out that
Zhang Dejiang is telling “white lies”
but why did he deny the existence of the “Chongqing Model”
publicly, there’re two possibilities.
Lin Zixu: “Zhang Dejiang said the “Chongqing Model” simply
doesn’t exist. The feeling is like Bo Xilai simply doesn’t exist.
There’re two possibilities of how he was brave enough
to ignore the “Chongqing Model” in public.
One is Jiang’s faction has completely lost power, and Zhang
wants to use this chance to show his loyalty to Hu Jintao.
Another is Jiang’s faction has reached an agreement
to abandon Bo Xilai completely.”
After Bo Xilai was removed from office, the so-called
“Chongqing model” was immediately blocked.
For example, Chongqing authority erected a “Green” sign
to prohibit people from singing red songs in the square where people used to sing red songs.
The Chongqing TV played its first commercial
advertisement which was for alcohol.
This after any commercial advertisement
was forbidden since over a year ago
Then, the Vice Prime Minister Zhang Dejiang, a major official
of Jiang’s faction was sent to Chongqing replacing Bo Xilai.
Lin Zixu: “From Zhang Dejiang’s performance, we can see
very clearly the lying capability of a CCP official.
He can say a well-known thing has never existed in public
without blinking an eye, without any shy or sad expression.
What’s the proverb ‘name a deer horse’, people should
understand now! The officials of the CCP are like this.
To protect their interests, they can sell anybody,
and can try their best to separate themselves from any partner.”
Although many netizens believed that “‘Chongqing Model’
was originally crooked", some people said Zhang De Jiang is “pushing over a collapsed wall".
Shi Da: “The evil of the CCP struggle is like this.
It’s bloodthirsty.
In the CCP struggle who is more shark like,
who is more skilled, he will survive.”
For the British businessman Neil Heywood,
who was killed in Bo’s case,
Zhang Dejiang said until now he hasn’t heard
there’s evidence to show Heywood was a spy.
Furthermore, for who will enter the Politburo Standing
Committee, Zhang Dejiang didn’t answer,
but only said that he is “concentrating on 18th Congress,
and thinking nothing.”
