【新唐人2012年6月27日訊】原重慶公安局長王立軍2月闖美領館，犯下叛國罪後，中共一直沒有公布他的犯罪事實。日前，海外中文網站刊登了一名重慶警察寫下的「一個警察的獨白：《見證王立軍》」回憶錄，文章首次向大眾披露了這個中共塑造出來的英雄的真實形象。撰寫回憶錄前言的中國知名律師陳有西，同時在大陸網站刊登這篇文章，卻遭到官方刪除。中共為何不願讓犯罪份子的行為曝光，如果中國允許「王立軍們」繼續存在，將帶來甚麼災難性的後果?
這篇13多萬字的警察回憶實錄，詳細記錄了王立軍在重慶如何推行運動式打黑，以及重慶警方利用打黑，搶奪民間私有資本的情況，更揭露出重慶公安內部在不配合王立軍時遭到撤職、毆打以及同樣遭到「黑打」的細節，也披露了王立軍是如何偽造假專家、假學者、假專利的可笑手段。
陳有西律師在他的網頁上寫道，文章上傳後，當天中午點擊立即達到5萬多人次。但是到了晚上，網友告知文章突然被刪了。
歷史學家劉因全認為，掩蓋中共領導人的罪過，是中共一貫的做法，公布王立軍的真相等於撕開了中共「偉光正」的畫皮，中共就會失去賴以生存的土壤。
歷史學家劉因全:「我認為為王立軍掩飾，其實是共產黨為它自己掩飾、是公安系統為它自己掩飾、是政法委為它自己掩飾。王立軍從一個非常殘暴無恥的一個黑社會性質的人物成為警察豎起來了的一個典型、成了英雄，這是一個諷刺，這反映了中國公安系統、中國政法委系統的這種黑白顛倒、是非混淆、人妖顛倒的一種局面。」
大陸文化評論家葉匡政表示，雖然中共在歷史上塑造了很多假英雄，矇騙民眾很長時間，但是民間對王立軍的負面聲音一直沒斷。
大陸文化評論家葉匡政:「公布的時候，他們肯定會避開一些會引起極大民憤的，或引起極大反彈的這種事實，就是盡量的減弱犯罪事實，因為怕公布真實的犯罪事實，會加速民眾對這個社會，對官員，對這個體制的更加不信任。」
葉匡政認為，中共從1949年後，切斷了民眾從宗教信仰和傳統文化中吸取道德養份的來源，體制在掩蓋中共官員犯罪事實時，又不能使人性惡的一面得到有效的抑制，才導致當今中國道德下滑得不可收拾。
文章中說，一次王立軍去解放軍醫院看病，醫生指出他有心理疾病，王立軍大怒要刑拘軍醫，最後被軍方阻攔。又有一次，王聲稱自己出訪過400多個國家，秘書寫材料時實在不好下筆，王立軍因此揚言要槍斃秘書，秘書被嚇得抑鬱成疾。
劉因全指出，王立軍被捧為英雄，是中共邪惡體制的特殊需要，而在正常的人類歷史上，不會有王立軍之流的立身之地。
劉因全：「王立軍他的發跡史是與鎮壓法輪功、打擊異議人士聯繫在一起的。王立軍在東北發跡的時候正好是鎮壓法輪功。他是鎮壓法輪功的一個急先鋒、活摘器官的一個急先鋒，在周永康的眼裡、在江澤民的眼裡，你只要聽我江澤民的、聽我周永康的，你就是英雄。」
陳有西在接受《德國之聲》採訪時表示，他通過代理「李莊案」過程了解的重慶司法系統，其實有更多的黑打事實，在這篇文章中遠遠沒有被揭發出來。
而拿到第一手文章的上海記者楊海鵬表示，有越來越多的內部人士站出來作證，會推動公眾對極權政權的認識，他說，我們現在要防止的是一種沒有薄熙來的「薄熙來路線」。他認為，中國大陸有可能再次出現以權貴主導的社會形態，因此民眾要守住底線，不能讓這種以法律之名作弊和掠奪的行為，放肆的通過各種手段沒收私人資本。
不過楊海鵬說，實際上這種情況在中國非常普遍，重慶只是規模更大的運動型典型。
CCP Blocks Article on Wang Lijun
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) hasn’t disclosed
the crimes committed by Wang Lijun.
Wang is the former Chongqing Public Security Bureau’
director, who went to Chengdu』s U.S. Consulate in February.
Overseas Chinese website recently published an article,
written by a Chongqing police member.
The article is titled 『A Police Monologue:
Memories of Witnessed Wang Lijun’s Records.’
It discloses for the first time the true image
of a CCP’ drawn picture of a hero.
A well-known lawyer Chen Youxi wrote the preface
and published this article online.
But it was removed by the officials soon after.
Why doesn’t the CCP expose the behavior of criminals?
If CCP continues to accommodate people like Wang Lijun,
what kind of disastrous consequences will this bring?
The 130,000 words article shows in detail how Wang Lijun
suppressed the underground businesses in Chongqing City,
as well as how the Chongqing Police robed
private businesses in the name of suppressing the mafia.
It discloses how people in the Public Security bureau were
removed, beaten and persecuted for not assisting Wang.
It also reveals how Wang was faking work experiences,
certificates, resumes, etc..
Lawyer Chen Youxi wrote on this webpage that after
the article was uploaded, it got 50,000 clicks around noon.
However, the publication
was removed on the same night.
Historian Liu Yinquang thinks the CCP has always been
trying to cover up its crimes.
Publishing the truth about Wang Lijun will tear up its cover.
The CCP will lose its ground.
Historian Liu Yinquang: “I think CCP is trying to cover up
its own crimes, the crimes of the public security system,
and the crimes of the political and legislative system,
by covering up Wang Lijun’s wrongdoings.
As a cruel mafia figure, Wang Lijun was set up
as a role model for the police.
It shows the reversed nature of China’s public security,
the political and legislative systems.”
China’s commentator Ye Kuangzheng thinks that despite
CCP’s efforts to impose role models to mislead people,
in Wang Lijun’s case people always held negative opinions.
Ye Kuangzheng: “When publishing their crimes, they will
for sure avoid those that can cause strong anger and reaction.
They would lessen the severity of the crimes,
in fear of losing people’s trust toward the CCP system.”
Ye Kuangzhen thinks since 1949 the CCP is cutting off
the roots of people’s spirituality and morality.
With covering up its crimes, the vicious side of human nature
is not suppressed, thus resulting in today’s lack of morality.
The article discloses how once Wang Lijun was diagnosed
with psychiatric illness at a PLA hospital.
Wang Lijun was furious and wanted to punish the doctor.
However, he was stopped by the Army.
Another time Wang Lijun claimed that he has visited
over 400 countries. A secretary was not sure how to write it.
Wang threatened to shoot at the secretary.
Due to this threat, the secretary suffers from depression.
Li Yinquang pointed out that Wang Lijun
being presented as a hero serves CCP’s needs.
In a normal society, there cannot be room
for such Wang Lijuns.
Li Yinquang: “Wang Lijun’s career path is closely related
to the persecution of Falun Gong and the dissidents.
He is an active pioneer in the persecution of Falun Gong
and organ harvesting of live Falun Gong practitioners.
From the perspective of Zhou Yongkang and Jiang Zemin,
one becomes a hero if following them.”
Chen Youxi said for Deutsche Welle that he got to know
the Chongqing’s legal system through the Li Zhuang Case.
There are more facts about “Suppressing the Underground”
that were not even touched in the article.
Shanghai reporter Yang Haipeng, who got the original article,
said that more and more insiders are stepping out.
And that this will help people have the right understanding
of totalitarianism, and prevent the “Bo Xilai’s role model.”
He thinks China might become a society,
controlled by the rich and powerful again.
People should defend their rights and not allow
their private properties be taken away in the law’s name.
However, Yang said, this is a very popular practice in China.
It is just that in Chongqing this was on a much larger scale.
